My whole family loves this meat! Delicious pork recipe. I met him on vacation in Mexico. A chef from Mexico shared this pork recipe. The secret is in the marinade. Now I cook meat this way for my family. This is a great pork recipe. You will love this delicious and easy recipe. My family was happy when we tried this recipe for the first time. I have never eaten such a delicious dinner. Few people cook pork like this. This is one way to make a delicious dinner. My grandparents loved the taste. Delicious. The recipe is simple, but the result is insanely delicious. Cooking for family and guests. Cook with love! Pork turns out juicy, soft and very tasty! The preparation is very easy! Just pack everything up and into the oven! Try it, you will like it!
Preparation and ingredients:
Pork 1 kg.
I cut into pieces (1 cm thick).
I cover the meat with cling film and use a kitchen mallet to knock off both sides.
That's how thick the meat has to be.
Salt and pepper on both sides to taste.
Cut 4 potatoes into slices.
salt 1 tsp.
Black ground pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 0.5 tsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Mix well.
Onion 2 pcs.
I cut the onion into rings.
Put potatoes, meat, onions, bacon alternately on skewers.
I gradually add all the ingredients.
I placed damp parchment paper on top of the foil.
I spread the meat on foil and seal it tightly.
I place it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 60 minutes.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
ketchup 1 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tsp.
French mustard 1 tsp.
Mix well.
I grease the meat with sauce.
I put the meat in the oven for another 15-20 minutes (until golden brown).
Cut red cabbage 300g into thin strips.
salt 2 tsp.
1 shallot head.
1 cucumber.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Mix well.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
I take the meat out of the oven.
Everything is ready!

Even my old and oh so beloved grandmother (RIP 2006 @ 89) did it that way a long time ago (and like me she learned it from her grandmother when she was young). For larger "roasts" (or 2 to 4 pieces) you can also do it crosswise with 4 skewers. All it takes is the butterfly cut. The rest of the procedure is practically the same. And if you cut the meat into narrow strips, skewers with 4, 6, 8, and etc. pieces also work quite well. Afterwards you only have to cut them through to get individual skewers for the rotisserie, pan or deep fryer. It's just so much more convenient and less time consuming when one can pack the skewers batch-wise while pointing upwards rather than making each skewer individual by itself.

Можно без шпажек делать. Называется, - мясо '' Гармошка '', такой же кусок мяса надрезается сантиметровыми кусочками не до конца, оставляя подложку чтоб не разваливалось. Между слоями прокладывается чередуя , картошка тонкими ломтиками, сыр, помидоры. В фольгу и в духовку.

Zrobiłem, wyszło pyszne. Wydaję mi się, że na filmie mięso nie było odpowiednio miękkie więc ja piekłem 1,5 godziny zawinięte w papier i folię a potem poł godziny w glazurze. Mięso wyszło soczyste i smaczne. Jednym słowem polecam :) Pozdro z PL

Really excited to try this dish b/c the cooking process agrees with me❗I have been craving pork chops for the longest time!! Using something like the Shake N Bake store bought coating mix for oven baked pork chops would make me shake my head NO!! The red cabbage salad paired with The "kebab pork-&- potatoes" hits the spot❗♥

New subscriber here, I really like what you did with the tenderloin. With the price of chicken and beef, pork has become one of our main go to meats these days. I’m definitely giving this one a try, but I will be adjusting it for the air fryer. I’ll let you know how it turns out. Can’t wait to taste the glaze.
Air Fryer sounds like a good idea, possibly uses less electricity. I have an electric oven.....S. California electricity bills have gone way up!
That was pork loin, vs tenderloin, though one could use pork loin and create individual skewers vs doubles. Pork loin less expensive too and nearly as tender if not overcooked.

Irma! Thanks for sharing your recipe. It looks very tasty and delicious! 😋 👍🏻 I suggest using an oven roasting bag, instead of parchment paper and foil. Because the bag uses vapor to cook the meat and seals in all the natural juices! Making the meat & vegetable very tender, moist & succulent! 😊
Excellent reminder, I used the bag for turkey, now for pork thanks for the tip!. I have to double maybe triple the meat so the Turkey bag will be the ideal size, I hope.
@@BattleStarPegasus1 Well.., I guess it'll depend on how many people are going to be present. But if there is only 4.., the original recipe portion should be enough I think? 🤔 I only say that, because the bag is standard size and can be used for smaller portions, although it will need to be sealed a bit closer to where the meat is. Unless you're planning on freezing the leftovers? 😏 🙂
Можно сделать ещё так. Мясо нарезать чуть толще и не отбивать, а сделать неглубокие надрезы продольно- поперечные. Обязательно замариновать часа на два. Затем слегка обжарить на сковороде до появления корочки, запечатать мясо. А вот уже потом запекать с беконом луком и картофелем, как в рецепте. К салату огурцы порезать соломкой и ещё добавить красный болгарский перец. И красиво и вкусно. Приятного аппетита.👍

свинину мариновать с рисовым вином что-бы убрать специфичный привкус и запах свинины. Картофель залить на 20 минут в горячей воде, в духовке за 40 минут он не приготовится если будет сырым

I would strongly recommend replacing the loin with another cut, maybe a par-cooked pork belly or even pounded out chicken thigh. Pork loin should be treated more like a steak or chicken breast where overcooking should be avoided at all costs. By the time the potato and onion cook the pork loin in this would be far overcooked.
That was my first thought. The pork looked like shoe leather when done. I think she wrapped in foil and parchment to try to help with the dried out meat. Great concept but agree it is wrong cut of meat. Subbing pineapple for potato would probably work better and cutting onions very thin.
