Why does American law make no differentiation between free speech and hate speech in the manner of other democratic societies.? We have seen how a private individual, and a company, E Jean Caroll and Dominium, for eye-watering legal expenses have reached settlements of $5.000.000 and $787.500.000. respectively. If the DOJ prosecuted public figures for spreading unfounded, dangerous seditious conspiracy theories by selfishly exploiting the spirit of the first amendment for votes or money, there would not be the chaos tearing at the fabric of American society today. I take it you don't believe these agents are whistleblowers? As we discussed in a different thread, similar smears were applied to Snowden (NSA claimed he was a traitor, not a whistleblower, for divulging classified info, which he did). Do you consider Snowden a whistleblower?

Well since the FBI is being accused here , that they did not decide to fire them for normal reasons in the course of doing it's business. The assumption of correct protocol is with the agency , therefore the burden of proof is with the whistle blower.

Mr Connolly displays Stupidity in speaking with a third person rather than the first. Representing and sitting in to make sure his Rights are not Infringed upon are two very different things…..They he continues with the third person which is considered hearsay! Mr Connolly seems upset regarding a phone call & President Trump clearly cannot let go of the past and that impinges his current position.

This hearing is shedding light on whether or not , those accusations are credible. If the fbi is guilty of political bais and carrying out illegal activities because of these bais, this would make us a banana republic, and democracy in this country has died. It's important to ether prove, or disprove these accusations.
