After being fired from the biggest food processing company in town, one man decided to go into business himself. He never envisioned that it would grow into one of the most dominant food companies in history. This is the story of Lay’s chips.
Taking risk is the main recipe for success. You can’t and won’t be successful without taking calculated risk 🙏🏾✊🏾💯
Yes, risk is the down payment on success
Pringles are owned by Kellogg’s not Frito Lays. They were originally founded by P&G and later sold to Kellogg’s company. 8:36
This channel is absolutely the most valuable in youtube the way how you edit is just everything especially for people who have short attention span or adhd ❤💕
Pringles is not part of Frito Lay.Pringles is owned by Proctor and Gamble
Where did you get Cheese Onion and Salt & Vinegar as the first flavored Lay's? The first flavored chips were BBQ, introduced in 1958. Sour Cream & Onion came out in the 1970s.
And millions in the US are generations on welfare. Says something about the person. There is no substitute for hard work and a strong work ethic

Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it
As an Australian, I have see Lay's chips here and there, but Smith's chips are EVERYWHERE I didn't realise it was a vast empire. Dorito's also. I like the Green original ones and the Yellow Nacho cheese ones as I can eat them as a coliac. (Also all Smiths chips here are gluten free so bonus!).
I mean it makes sense because smiths chips ARE lays chips just renamed specifically for Australia. 9:12 Surprised you see lays at all.
you have excellence in creating amazing videos congratulations great job
Damn dude this video is the best merketing too ever I want myself a crispy bag and a glass of coke!!
Lays are my favorite and i love the spring onion and balsamic vinegar flavor
That is a Great History. I love this histories.
I’m good with just a plain potato chip. In fact, having to go on a salt free diet I was surprised to find salt-free potato chips. Unfortunately they aren’t Lays. Fortunately they are really good!
Hey bro just love the videos nothing else to say
And now I’m hungry. I didn’t know Lays owns Smiths. I thought Smiths was an Aussie brand.
I thought Pringles was a P&G product??? Until Kellog's bought them?
Got to love history
I thought Lays was not a premium brand in the Netherlands. Chips were sold as Smiths 40 years ago.
My friends : How do you know so much about so many businesses? Me: Business Stories.
The first flavored Lay’s chips were Barbeque. Lay’s started out with only one flavor - their classic salted chips, until the introduction of Barbeque flavored chips in 1965, followed by Sour Cream and Onion./ Pringles is an American brand of stackable potato-based chips invented by Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 1968 and marketed as "Pringle's Newfangled Potato Chips". The brand was sold in 2012 to Kellogg's.
Thank You, Mr. lay I found out, he is my 16th cousin, cool
*16th
Tell him hello from me! How is he these days?
@@WillStephensArt sorry never met Mr.lay or his fam. Just found out we we're related.
With all that money and he still died at 73?? I figured with all the money that he'd be able to live a little longer than that. But I guess money can buy you anything......except more time unfortunately:(
Or your health.
Crunchy potato fries Kettle chips please
hell yeah good story
Today’s chips from Lay’s is too expensive including Cheetos. Or smaller bags 2 for 96 cents. So, I buy at Aldi’s brands for lot less. But, they do sell only Funyuns in a large bag for nearly $5.
A lot of these people leave school early and then their life really begins😮
I did that wish me luck!’
@@WillStephensArt you'll turn out great!

Pepsi didn't invent 7up. They bought it.
Pepsi isn’t the owner either.. Pepsi have the license from Keurig-Dr Pepper to produce it internationally. In USA depends of the bottler, some are bottled by Coca-Cola franchises, and some by Pepsi.
Offer each sales rep higher price drag to another place ok la

They sell air
An inflated bag helps prevent the chips from being crushed and using nitrogen for the inflation preserves them by preventing oxygen from contacting the chips. The amount of chips is controlled by weight.
Lol
