  • Well fluids and hydration are critical if you don't drink the fluids before you need them it'll be too late what they're saying is there's very little fluid that you can consume while you once you start competing so it's important that prior to the match that you've already have the right carbohydrate levels and water hydration levels prior to stepping out on the court because by time you step on the court it's really too late because your body can only absorb so much water per hour and stomachs has to digest food before it turns into the workable glycogen that their body needs to utilize so timing is key you have to prepare before you go into the battle in other words early preparation is the key to best performance so you know that's in tennis is really a big deal when it comes to you're studying the

  • That blood sugar level once that blood sugar level drops you are out of energy and and all you are is energy and so if I have a higher energy level you then you and I have a more even energy level rather than up down and I'm constant it causes a mood fluctuations in your mind is it has to be calm it has to be focused and your eyesight improves or gets worse due to blood sugar levels and when you start going into diabetes too you start losing your vision double vision you look at stoplights it's a blur you can tell when your blood sugar's too high and you can tell when your blood sugar's too low after a while yeah you get you understand the effect of certain foods on your body you have to be on the diet for a while and understand okay how am I feeling but if you know I can drink one beer and you see the difference alcohol is not too good for your drops blood sugar levels it's really bad on people who have diabetes and he'll hit you like a ton of bricks and next day you won't have much energy because of alcohol alcohol is a killer it takes out your energy levels like a bonk so just certain things you can tell what has it immediate impact on your energy levels and it's not doesn't take a bright side just to figure out that hey this is this is not a good food for me or you have food allergies so bad that your nose is all plugged up it affects your breathing everything you know the minute you're on the diet of the world is your happy go lucky your mood change your sex drive everything about you is is change the way your out looking perspective of life when you have that high energy levels you think that you're capable of doing anything but depression and and most people get divorced because of diet that's why they're getting divorced there's most people break up or fight each other because of the mood swing which is they don't realize is directly affected by the diet she wants to diet is stabilized you don't have the mood swings that affect your partnerships with your mate I mean when you go down you you take it out on your mate so it's like everybody's affected by your performance I was reading that if you're a good athlete everybody around you is in a positive light but say you're not doing well it's going to affect everyone around you so you know you either contribute to society or you take away from society and when you are a better person and a better athlete and you have energy you are a contributing to society but when you are have bad mood swings and have no energy and upset and angry then you take away from everybody else's energy this thing about positive energy and negative energy becomes also really key how you think is how you act how you play to triggers these triggers are key to if you look read the 1936 book by Earl woods you will see how he keeps pays special attention to what he says to his child or other people because a positive affirmations are are the planting the seed in an individual that later blossoms into making that person give them the idea that they can become a champion and they become it now if you have negatives and doubts that you if I point out the negative things in your game while I give you a lesson it will do more harm than if I avoided that completely and just stayed on a positive note because the harm of saying something negative to a person hurt some more than the technical problem that you're trying to fix if that makes sense so the mental is the psychological and the energy is the diet now you got the unconscious conscious mind it's kind of like the inner tennis going on in her golf and a motorcycle riding all those have are some truth to it how the brain works there's two hands to the brain left and right hemispheres and these control it's like a iceberg like the conscious and the subconscious what's below the service and above

      @mohammadfarooqui7891@mohammadfarooqui78915 жыл бұрын
    • Mohammad Farooqui I think it is. How much has his gluten poor diet influenced his play? Zero, he doesn’t retire anymore due to slight breathing issues. Which was why he went gluten for his health. But as a coach the reason he’s performed remarkably consistent since 2011 has everything to do with exercising correctly. Becoming technically better. Not diet. I would argue in the long term if Novak doesn’t eat more he could end up retiring soon. Playing how he does over a season and not eating enough won’t be good as time goes by. Just not a good balance. That’s just common sense. You mention those weights. Weight fluctuates all the time and can’t be determined by looking at a fixed number on a webpage. You just have to look at Rafa and fed they are not the same weight lol that is clear as daylight. Federer himself has been looking gaunt since 2010. I’m sure Novak is underweight for his build. He’s going to have to sort that out.

      @Nightingale_1@Nightingale_15 жыл бұрын
    • He changed it because he was diagnosed with celiac disease. Of course I sense he has the right to tell others to at least read his story and how nutrition is something so important for 21st century sport.

      @hugosk891@hugosk8915 жыл бұрын
    • Hugo Guillén yes but what I’m saying nutrition isn’t why he’s won more majors after 2011. This is because of correct tennis conditioning and technical development. Yes he might have whatever eating problem. However, why can’t he eat more food so that at least he weighs normally for his height. For example. Rather than eat one slice of gluten toast - try eating another slice of gluten toast? Personally he isn’t the best person for advice if you are a serious healthy athlete looking to improve. If I had a issue like he does with gluten then I’ll read what he does to tackle the problem with his diet. But I strongly advise against listening to Novak on nutrition if you are a healthy young athlete trying to develop. For me a guy like Andy Murray is the ideal person to look at regarding the impact of nutrition and fitness. Novak isn’t, as a result of his compromised position he is taking away key nutrients away from body. I feel Novak can eat more, there’s no doubt there. Being normal weight will help long term.

      @Nightingale_1@Nightingale_15 жыл бұрын
    • My point was that people can learn indeed from his personal experience. I just like to imagine what would be the situation if his celiac disease was diagnosed before 2010. Maybe we'd be talking about the absolute greateast, maybe not.
