    • Well, my Samsung S22+ has the option to limit recharging to 85% to preserve cell usage, which means that the system can rotate which battery cells get charged, leaving the most used 15% to skip some charging cycles, in order to limit cell degradation, and improving product longevity. So this sounds like a really useful feature actually.

  • How does this compare to the TB Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max? I sent my Epos back as they weren't comfortable to me, I didn't like the ANC implementation (hated the Sidetone quality with ANC off!) nor did the sound really hit the spot (compared to the Penrose I also use). I need a more comfy set than the Penrose for daytime work use as well as gaming.

  • It probably stops charging at 80% to not damage the battery, especially if its plugged in all night that would do some pretty decent damage to the batterys life time. Keeping batteries between 20% and 80% will ensure the battery lasts for the longest possible time. Going up to 100% and still being plugged in will damage any battery

    @simonrockstream@simonrockstream2 жыл бұрын
    • Even if it does that, it should report 80% as "100%" which is what some phones do. It just makes sense from a consumer perspective.

  • @the techne: wait, you were able to use the wireless dongle and BT at the same time? (PC & Phone) This was the sole reason i fully hated this Headset - since the marketing was so heavily missleading. Their support told me, it is impossible to connect the Wireless dongle on a pc and use the BT connection at the same time (and i tested it). In my testing it was only possible to use BT, when you are connected through USB or 3.5 For the asking price that is unacceptable. I was specificially looking for the feature to connect two devices at once - Wireless & BT. However, the Virtuoso XT is a no go due to comfort and the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless was too expensive at the time.

Not have to ever worry about the headset dying on a wireless headset is great. • If people buy them they shouldn’t pay the full price of $279.99 because they regularly go on sale for as little as $100 to $120. I paid $112.99 + tax and shipping and everything they came to $120 total. I just ordered them today and should get them Saturday. I will update my comment depending on how they sound when I receive them

  • I think you lack mobile amplifiers and in-channel headphones, which are very popular now... Glory to Ukraine
