  • If you got to Williamsburg go to Jamestown as well it is amazing my kids loved it we went there four years in a row and to Virginia Beach It was just beautiful!

  • Virginia starts at the coast and goes to the Cumberland Gap where Virginia, Tennessee, and Kentucky meet. Your video shows a Virginia that ends at Roanoke. There's another 350 miles of Virginia west of Roanoke that has great places to visit.

  • Thank you for talking about Virginia! We have tons of history here and while most of our cities are few and far between, and less heavily populated than those of some places ( until you get to Northern Virginia), there are many beautiful places to visit here.

    • It’s ok. Less people know about it, less traffic. But Mt. Vernon is mentioned and most of the time people will end up in Alexandria afterwards.

  • Mount Rodgers state park. When you.hike to the top of the mountain, you can see Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. You can see out 20 miles

  • as someone who is born and raised in northern VA (right next to Great Falls Park, actually [def. check it out]) I can attest to a couple of the places mentioned being worth the trip. Charlottesville is super scenic, and my parents relocated to the colonial Williamsburg area a couple years ago, where theres lots to do with theme parks and shopping while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere . Richmond is meh, and same with VA Beach/Norfolk.

  • As a Virginian skip norfolk and richmond, crime is spiking and if you want to see historical monuments better get there fast. Falling like dominoes. Williamsburg historic triangle is amazing and Nelson County is breath taking. Oh and NOVA(northern Virginia) is basically DC so crime is a problem there too.
