I wish to have fpv drones but i have no money so i just have to wathc
Glad you made this video by putting an English version on top of your original one. The knowledge you’re providing is precious, don’t bother about lip-sync, keep up the great work!!
i was wonderin if i was just tweakin or ....... thhank you for clearing it up
ps: the lip-syncing doesn't work
So cringy to watch that. But he’s doing his thing making a video. Props for that. Yeah. Use the source audio or reshoot. It stuck out like a sore thumb. Thought my audio sync was off
Just imagine that this is a regionalisation voice over 😅
Maybe he doesn’t speak fluent English??
i bet he could make it sound way more natural just by changing the audio balancing a bit during the scenes where hes talking to the camera literally theres nothing cringey about a simple editing misstep
these voice dubs are ¿normal? in Russia. idk if he's from there but it looks OK for him. you may not like it but for them it's fine. 👍
Love how you used your flights & footage to teach! For those who don’t have enough for a full setup, buying a controller ($60-200), a simulator ($15), and maybe a tinywhoop setup ($160) is the ultimate hack for getting started with FPV without breaking the bank. Thank you for sharing your experience in such an entertaining and educational way.
Thanks

I started FPV this moth with the iFlight Protek R25. I really enjoy the hobby and the nice community around it! Thanks to guys like you, the entry barrier is pretty low because of the very helpful videos. I am looking forward to get a better Drone in the future and diving deep in the FPV hobby! Thanks for videos like this!🤗
hey, can it carry gopro?
Hey, what goggles and controller did you get with it, if I may ask. Looking to get into FPV Drones myself as well.
The explorer is still my favorite been flying it for 3 or 4 years. I love how stealth it is. It’s super quiet with tri blades. I’ve had plenty of racers too but there’s just something I really like about low slower controlled flying. You get to see more detail in the environment when you’re not blasting at 100mph which is also fun lol.
I'm so glad I found your channel! I started flying FPV this year and it's been an amazing hobby! I would LOVE to make it into a career one day
AOS is pretty up there with the mark5. Completely agree with cinebot, cinelog, chimera, and explorer. Great picks. For the dji o3, keep in mind your esc pwm frequency has to be at 48 or higher if you want good gyro.
Just a note for future flyers: many waterfalls in Iceland (including some in this video) have restrictions for no drones. This is because of many unskilled people crashing and not every tourist appreciates drones zipping around. Have fun, but just be aware and considerate out there!!
The crash scenes showcase the trampling of Iceland’s beautiful nature to recover his aircraft. I welcome the ban if that helps keeping people on the tracks.
b la bla bla
Well of it weren’t for people who fly this close to nature how’d the rest of us see it ? What natgeo or discovery did a decade ago we have access as fpv pilots today and that’s a proud sign of moving with the times:
@@SuperAkshayp true! drone NO stressing animals LIKE helicopters NATGEO channels staff!!
yea the bureaucrats let loaded guns in the National parks in USA but ban my drones, I stopped listening to these jerk after that. These types of bans are designed to catch the unskilled and deter them, If you crash they got you if you dont they will likely never find you with the range on these drones. The barrier to entry has become so low it was only a matter of time the before the law decided to stop idiots. I get NAS safety and flying around aircraft should be avoided but the bureaucrats that think they can just ban anything from plastic straws to smoking are gonna get ignored.
Hey bro, this video is a great resource. It's something I wish was available 2 years back when I started flying. Ive lost 2x DJI fpv's as well and you're absolutely correct on them. This video was very helpful!!
Dude, the fact that you're doing these videos in both Russian and English is incredibly impressive. Keep up the amazing work!
Thank you so much for this video! I bought my first drone this year - DJI Mini 3 Pro and I've been having so much fun! I really want to get into FPV drones and this video has given me some great pointers!
With having just getting into drones again after trying the cheaper hobby lobby one I got through a family white elephant party, this video was exactly what I needed to see! Going to sell a nvg goggle lying around for a DJI O3 setup and a ezmax for others to use.
You don't need to pretend to talk! A voice over works well and is less distracting than pretending to talk. I don't mean this in a rude way the video was high quality and the information was beyond detailed and better than good!Again I am not trying to be rude as I am a bilingual person that english was my second language. It is now my first and french is my second well quebecois which is just more slang style of french they speak in the Quebec province of Canada. I am saying all this so you know I am not trying to be rude only giving a personal observation. Thankyou for the videos, knowledge experience, and personal opinions for of novice flyers out here! Please keep the videos coming I am enjoying your channel!
💩 keep that observation to yourself. He did a great job
I fly the DJI FPV + GoPro 8, the only issue is the signal.. other than that, it is a beast!
I'm new and just bought the tango 2 controller. I was completely lost in the liftoff simulator and almost gave up. After 4 hours of crashing in the sim, it finally clicked. Now I can fly around and do basic maneuvers and generally go where I want to go. It's amazing and can't wait to start flying a real drone. If you're new and the sim is confusing as hell, don't give up. Just keep crashing and it'll eventually click for you too. I still don't know exactly how I'm controlling it, but my fingers and brain seem to have developed some muscle memory on its own.
Exactly the video I was looking for as a beginner. Appreciate all the detail and breaking it up in to sections, ie Controller, beginner drone, etc.
The exact video I was looking for before getting into FPV drones. Cheers mate! Looks like a fun hobby can't wait to give it a go!
You get a drone yet?
Great intro to FPV 👍 I've been trying to get into this hobby for years, and keep starting and stopping because I'm intimidated by the steep learning curve. I just need to get on with it - it looks like so much fun!
You can do it!
I’m good. At. Drone
I've heard that the GEPRC drones are for the intermediate to expert when it comes to flying. You also need to learn which system within the drone is right for you. Also, you need to acquire a radio, goggles as well as batteries. On the plus side, you will learn a lot just by doing your own research. Nothing wrong with the Avata as that is perfect for beginners to learn the basics of flying FPV and also build confidence. The good thing about the Avata is the built quality and the battery life is a bit better compared to other Cinewhoop drones. There are many videos out there not recommending the Avata because it's too slow (not really), too loud (change the props). These are usually folks that have many hours with advanced FPV drones. But, I recommend that you get back into it.
I have the same issue bro...😢
I've had betafpv cetus pro for about a week now. I'm glad I'm starting right! Loving it and taking notes on what could come next! Great video
Gotta say, this FPV drone stuff reminds me of certain parts of the old Myst games. Specifically, the special Books you could use to travel between worlds, which those games used as a core mechanic. Each book would have an image panel, of sorts, at the front of the book, but the "image" would actually be a moving video of the place you would be taken to if you used it. The format of those little video clips would usually be a long run-up to the general area around the arrival point, followed by 3-5 seconds of circular touring around the location, spiraling in towards the final destination, until at last the camera's POV would settle into a simple orbit around the arrival point, after which it would continue looping that final orbit section, until you either used the book, or closed it.
I agree. The Cinebot30 O3 has been marvellous for me. 😄😄😄
Yes so cool drone
Best video for beginner FPV!! I've watched this a couple of times and have learned a lot from you. Smashing the sims now with my first drone (GEPRC Cinebot30 on order). Keep up the great work!
Thanks bro. Have fan flights.
Am thinking of the same one based on this video. What are all the accessories you need/bought?
Duuuude I was literally 2 weeks from getting that dji fpv... you are helping me immensely w this video.
yeah the cheap aliexpress alternative will have way better signal than a dji drone. the cheaper the drone the better the signal, that's how it works right? /s
DUDE! great video. And thanks for dubbing into English, at first I though the sound was out of sync, but now I realize you're providing this video in English and Russian, That's very cool of you.
bro, thats a great video. I already got into fpv last year, but broo, this video is so different from all the others. good job. also, you could at least mention flying analog as an option aswell for the people with lower budget. you can get used to it quickly and then its an incredible expiroence aswell!

Nice video i feel i am on the same journey started with DJI mini, DJI FPV, DJI Avata and just added flywoo LR Explorer and this drone is so quiet. Love FPV best feeling in the world!
Wow... Thanks for this superb video ... I'll keep my story as brief as possible: I'm in Canada, and flew my first drone last year: the DJI Mini 2, and loved it... but I was not happy discovering what was sold to me was actually an 'open box' from the retailer (for $700, full retail price - Fly More combo). So for a few hundred $$ more I traded it in for a Mini 3 Pro, Fly More Plus Combo, and absolutely ADORED that one - for one whole day, as the remote proved to be defective (left stick pushed in too easily, and I was stuck with a 'remote calibration error')... sooo.. no replacement even at the retailer, so a couple hundred MORE $$, I wound up with the DJI Mavic Air 2S. Although it had the best camera, it was a bit too large and loud for my liking (and the Mini 3 Pro took much better evening and low-light shots) ... good thing I got the DJI Care Plus, I crashed it soon after I got it, but I believe the gimbal was faulty (constant gimbal errors since the first week). So up till just yesterday, I still had one more replacement before August. While attempting to have it track my vehicle on a journey home down a quiet road, it mis-tracked and hit a tree on its side - and fell in to rather deep water, just off the road in a swamp. I'd sure like it back, I'll try to find it again today, but I'm an older guy at almost 60, not in that good of shape physically, and kids in their 20's that are staying at my gf's house are brutally lazy even after I offer $50 to have them find it, refuse to get their feet wet in a swamp... so my odds are not good at recovering it, and I can't afford the fly-away replacement cost right now. But I DO get more work in the summertime, and was planning and getting a Mini 3 Pro variant once again - OR an Avata combo. You sir, seem to be very honest and knowledgeable in areas of cinewhoop and FPV, and thanks to this I believe I'm gonna take a much better, more efficient road on my journey of remote aircraft flying. This in itself a great beginner information hub for me, and can't thank you enough!
Thanks for sharing your story. I hope you managed to get back in the air!
For stage 1 fail safe you need to set it to angle mode and set throttle 1250... Otherwise your drone just falls out of the sky until GPS Rescue engages.
Also random point, I tested the BN-220 GPS back to back against the iFlight GPS (which is 3X the price) and the BN-220 GPS performed better every time. There's no need to buy the GPS from either iFlight or GEPRC, the Beitian BN-220 works flawlessly.
Thank you for this video, im just starting FPV flying. i'm going to use your FPV kit. how long can i fly with one battery? i have bought 4 batterys for now

Thanks for giving more cons about using DJI, all anyone else says is it’s great

is it me or is the audio out of sync...?
I picked up the Avata a few months ago. What do you suggest for my next drone with O3 unit? I want something quieter. I still crash a lot so I'm thinking I need prop guards.
Maybe try flywoo explorer for long range?

Great video! Wish you would post full flight videos. Would love to watch them
Working on it!
Great video, but I think it’s important to mention that a drone with gps position hold is absolutely necessary for beginners. Most open source FPV drones don’t have that.
Hi Mike, what options do you recommend to a newbie FPV pilot who already flies gps drones?
Both of the Cetus beginner drones he recommends have altitude/position hold.
@@mitchlewis535you will not use that. Manual mode only. Gps is for safety when the signal is lost (wision or radio). Whoops dont have that. You need ports uart on drone FC and enough power and a m10 gps and good setup in betaflight 4.4
I love your style man! Great job explaining the hobby to date!!!
I think I am most impressed with your lifestyle and your home. However your video is one of the best on KZhead. Great job!
Great video. really helpful. What charger do you use for your 6s batteries on the long range drone?
Is it just me or is the voice not matching up with the video? Kind of like everything was dubbed over
MAN...this is mind-blowing! You are a genius in flying drones...WOW!

Great content and editing but something very uncanny going on with the audio track not emotionally matching the footage.
Thank you very much for this guide. I am looking to start and I was on my way to build my own first drone. But now im not so sure anymore. Maybe the small starter kit first and then build. Anyway thank you :)
Great video! Super informative! I'm looking for an upgrade to my Avata. Will the Cinebot 30 work with my DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 that I already have until I can save up a few bucks and replace it with a TBS Tango 2? Also curious how hard it would be to add a TBS Crossfire receiver later if I swap everything over to the Tango 2 controller? Just trying to take some baby steps towards getting more serious drones and the Cinebot 30 + a GoPro mini looks like a great next step up from my Avata! Thanks again for breaking this down so well for a noob like me :)
The controller 2 works if you choose the o3 "pnp" unit (no additional receiver). To use elrs or tbs you'd have to solder a receiver to the flight controller, then in betaflight enable the "serial rx" on the port you soldered it to, in the receiver tab choose "serial" and "crsf", and then setup the channels in the "modes" tab.
@@redcobra1246 thanks man. Sounds like a bit of a hassle, but doable. Good to know!
@Darwin Allen I forgot to mention, with elrs you have to flash the receiver as well. I do it through wifi. I'm not familiar with how it's done with tbs. Yeah it's a pain the first couple of times. Once you're familiar with it it really takes less than 5 min (except the soldering). If you buy a bnf you're better off buying it straight with the receiver
@@redcobra1246 thanks for the advice. And yeah it's looking like I'll just spend the extra few hundred on a new radio and get the receiver factory installed. I know how to solder but if I can avoid it I do. I think I'll start a separate quad as a build from scratch project.
Hey - I love what you’re doing. Thank you. Question - why would somebody pick a 4S over a 6S for your typical outdoor freestyle drone like the Mark five you recommend. Do you get a significantly longer run time?
my question also, i want to know if he prefers 4s over 6s
From my experience 4s batteries are lighter so you generally get better agility and the drone is quieter. 6s batteries give you more power and more flight time.
@@redcobra1246 I'm pretty sure 4S packs aren't necessarily lighter than 6S for the same Watt Hour capacity. By using the appropriate kV motors, the rpm (and noise) of the props can be identical between a 4S and 6S quad. Higher voltages almost always makes any motor system more efficient. Higher voltages allows power to be delivered with fewer amps. Wires can be thinner in a higher voltage system than with a system with lower voltages. Professional camera drones often use 12S systems. The main downside to high voltage systems is the cost. High voltage ESCs cost more than ESCs used for lower voltage systems. The motors for high voltage systems also cost more than similar motors for low voltage systems. If you can get electronics to handle it, you're almost always better off going for higher voltage. Another (claimed) big plus for the high cell count quads is the reduced voltage sag when the throttle is slammed. I've heard this claim many times, but I'm not a good enough pilot to really know how much this matters. One downside for high voltage systems is the nasty spark you get when plugging in (and unplugging) a battery. There are ways around this spark but it's something to keep in mind.
@ddegn I meant to say they're more zippy. For a standard fpv drone of 800-1200mah 4s tend to be lighter than 6s. 6s has more power but it's bulkier
Also started flying DJI Avata ! Liking it for now ! Trying to shoot some videos as well. GyroFlow is a beast !
DUDE this is the best Drone review for beginners, Thank You so much.
Welcome
I wonder if it’s possible to have a robotic drone that works as a signal relay, that uses triangulation to keep itself in-between the drone you’re controlling and the controller, and at a higher altitude, so that you can have a greater effective range, and avoid geographic signal barriers, like the ridge on that island or the mountains around the glacier.
This is awesome
I wish all KZhead comments were like this
@@bootyblaster3009 you want to attach a dji signal relay to a drone? Well i think they have done it for agri line of products hehe
One of the open source video link systems has this sort of feature. So adding a link is possible but the extra step adds latency. The added latency would make flying close to things more risky. The latency could also cause a headache.
@@ddegn guess the idea would be useful for people doing documentary or exploratory work, with drones laden with sensors, but perhaps not quite as useful for people doing acrobatic stuff near the surface, lol
That gym clip was crazy!!! nerves of steel flying through the bike lol Thanks for the video!
I am very happy with my DJI Avata, i had no idea about fpv and in my area there is noone to ask about this topic, after the first flights with the motion Control i found out there is an acro mode, i checked the rc2 an it costs me all together €980,- (Professional set costs much more) now i am addict, sure the next one is a more pro copter but i ve never started this journey without the DJI Avata!
Whats with the cloned voice
Nice video, but please don't do the voiceover on clips of you talking anymore 🤣
Why?
@@man.fromearth because it's uncanny and makes it difficult for your viewers to draw a human connection to you, which is important for viewership interest. Just add subtitles if you feel like your english pronunciation isn't good enough, or use B-roll during the talking segments to avoid the horrible lip sync effect if you want to continue using someone else's voice
@aflexe Thx I'm not the only one. The voice over really was confusing and missdirecting.
I don’t mind the voiceover. If it helps you make content easier you should keep doing it. The videos are good!
I actually love the voice sync! Such a good video!
This is a great video I’m actually buying my first fpv this month after around 8 years of flying regular drones. I think my option will be to buy the Dji fpv combo as it’ll get me a “long range” drone with gps, battery, goggles and remote to start and the explorer if I can afford that one on the same purchase
why do you overdub?
Good points about DJI FPV. One more thing, you won’t be able to fly it wherever you want and need to send request to china to unlock geo-area. Yes, even if you fly in Argentina, you still need to send paperwork to private Chinese company to fly your own drone you paid thousand dollars. And they might decline it. Moreover, in US now you can’t even fly it at all unless you connect a smartphone with GPS to goggles. This is ridiculous.
FPV makes you feel the rush!
Your life looks like a dream brotha. Maybe someday I'll be able to afford getting one of those. I remember when I was a child I used to daydream about what it must be like to fly. Those were simpler times but its beautiful to see technology has allowed at least some of us to enjoy this as a reality.
Love your video but WTF is wrong with your audio😂 can’t concentrate on what you are talking about
I really hate how you pretend to be speaking something, but the audio obviously is prerecorded. It makes a really unpleasant feeling.

It's really not that bad

I have ordered for myself (beginner), the RadioMaster Zorro m2 and a pair of batteries for it for 180$. Can't wait to start learning on a sim and then practice irl
I'm out of FPV and RC in general for like 5 years now, decided to get back to it, a lot of exciting new hardware and technology out there, unfortunately due to silicon shortages a lot fo stuff is out of stock (a lot of lipo batteries as well for some reason). I bought FPV goggles v2, jumper t-pro v2 transmitter, geprc cinelog 30 and some ISDT chargers. Goggles and chargers are with me, transmitter on the way from china (was out of stock everywhere locally) and drone itself unfortunately is on preorder from china (out of stock everywhere locally as well) apparently should ship out in few days but still like 2 weeks for delivery.
Hi Man from Earth, I really get inspired by your videos and finally get into fpv drones, just recently ordered CineBot 30 from GEPRC TBX Nano RX version, now is time to purchase a controller. I am looking at Tango 2 TBX and I see there are a few versions out there including a new one coming up. Can shine some light and help which version is the best reliable option. Thanks so much in advance for your help. I forgot to mention that I am planning to use with my DJI Goggles Integra, should I consider another Goggles as well? Thank you and please keep the good work coming up
This Video helps me. Thank you!
What is the range and runtime like comparing the Cinebot 30 and Explorer? If i want to fly a mountain bike trail from top to bottom through trees, is it possible or do the trees then interfere with the signals?
