The jack the tank segment was legendary 😂😂😂 Muhammad not tapping is crazy, like a spartan warrior, he will come home with his shield or on it.
Leon's takedown defense and the sick body kicks were epic. honestly more impressed by the defense and his ability to get back up standing were the most impressive parts of the performance.
I was more impress by the pletera of cheap shots and dirty tricks he displayed.

If you think Leon is scared, after beating Usman twice (who also beat Duckington twice) you are deluded.

I don't understand people claiming that both for Dangerous Davey last week and Leon that a fence grab should result in a point deduction and a restart on the ground. 1.) It may not have gotten to the ground, or there could've been a scramble as soon as it got there 2.) The ref can't determine whether Usman/Assuncao would've landed in mount, full guard. half guard, side control, taken their back etc, so how can a ref decide which position to restart it in? Taking a point is the only fair way to deal with the situation.

UFC must have wanted Leon to lose so they put the first fight at altitude. Then they tried to spring Colby on him with no prep. @Leon you got the upper hand, beat the P4P guy, you could leave to PFL or other and say you are better than anyone at UFC legit.

Calling it now, since Leon turned down the fight, they will have Colby fight someone for an interim title and he’ll have to fight him or give up the belt
Edwards vs. Usman 3 was an oddity. Usman was overconfident so he didn't adjust his typical gameplan (ex. wrestling and pressure strikes). Leon won the 2nd fight but for this fight he improved his gameplan to the degree that he won a decision (remember he would have lost a decision in the 2nd matchup). Usman might've had a chance to get his belt back if he would've respected Leon's potential and adjusted his game plan, while Leon showed the proper respect and humility so he worked hard to win.
Ain't broke, don't fix it. There was absolutely no reason whatsoever for Usman to go in with a different game plan. The only thing he needed to change between 2 and 3 was stay disciplined and keep your hands up. Usman's gameplan broke Leon down in both of their first fights, so he would have been an idiot to change up what he's so great at. Leon was simply the better man
dont forget the altitude. loads of fighters were fighting on fumes that night. leon won the first round and won of won the fight if it wasnt for altitude.

I agree with you on how suga was put on hold for his title shot but cejudo has been in the works to coming back when Petr Yan was still champion and I'm not a fan of cejudo as fighter but the reality is cejudo was a double champ who didn't lose the belts he vacated them cause he didn't have any clear challengers but the UFC didn't fight to keep cejudo because he wasn't a pay-per-view draw. And in all honesty Suga Sean is in the perfect spot for him cause waiting equals more training and overall better preparation, that will lead him to becoming champion. And when the dust settles and they look back at what was his keys to victory that will be it. Sometimes I think everybody forgets honestly how young Shawn is because he has been with the UFC for a while now.

Disagree with Rick even if they wait and announce it... still doesn't make sense and im not at all interested in that fight.
