In this video, i will show you how to Clean the fuel injection in less than 5 minutes Directly without disassembling any injections, it will be direct injection cleaning by connecting carb cleaner can to injector rail, and staring up the engine BUT keep in mind to remove the fuel pump fuse or the fuel pump wire harness, because we don't need fuel pump to push gasoline, the fuel line is disconnected, carb cleaner can connected instead with an adapter

  • Just use Sea Foam in the gas. No need to take anything apart. Works great in the fuel and oil.

    • ​@@realdevbro447belle question, pour les injecteurs du Diesel ce n'est pas possible. Ils faut des outils de précisions pour tarer les injecteurs. Et d'ailleurs les injecteurs du Diesel ne sortent pas ensembles sur une rampe.

  • That fuel pump was amazingly accessible! Most are not that easy to get to. I guess the other option would be to find the fuse for it and pull it...but honestly, pulling the rail and replacing them is not all that hard to do.

  • My question, where did you get the long plastic straw thats attached to the spray can nozzle ? The one that came with the bottle is like 3/4 smaller? Did you make it or bought it?

    • Sprays can cause detonation. Where the liquid or vapor ignites before the piston is at the top. I don't recommend this. Wait until you have a quarter tank......and put some Lucas in it. And drive it all within a few days so you don't get moisture accumulating along with the alcohol.mixture in the Lucas. Don't let Lucas sit in your tank. But it cleans injectors.

  • I used your method of removing the fuel injectors. Actually I got some spare ones and a fuel rail from the junkyard. Then I was able to pressurize the fuel rail with carb cleaner and I didn’t have to fit the hose to each injector. Can you do a video on using seafoam or water in a vacuum line to clean carbon? My car is 25 years old and I can see carbon on the pistons when I look through the spark plug holes, but I can’t tell how much there is.

  • Go to video for older cars by getting all that car cleaner into the combustion chamber is not a good thing , especially for your catalytic converter , but in video just some pros and cons like with everything with car system cleaning

  • When I pulled the fuel pump fuse on my 2018 Kia Sorento it won't start. Any ideas on how to get the car started so I can then spray the carb cleaner?

    • Disconnect the connector at the fuel pump, leave the fuse alone. Pay attention to the video, he explained why.

    • Late reply , it's called a hemostat , similar to forceps , both used in the medical field and both also found in mechanics tool kits . They come in long , short , straight and bent variations .

  • This is half measure cleaning, because debris is clogging injectors from the injector fuel supply side.

  • Plug the end of that hose and use a small drill bit to pop a hole into it for the straw. Angle the hole towards the injector side.

    • If you have stady RPM the engine starts right away, mo shaking, you don't need cleaning

    • ​@gordonhenderson1965 he mentioned some model cars run more than just fuel pump on that circuit. Pull the fuse if that's the case, you have cranking but no start.

    • It's good when it enters combustion, it will clean carbon buildup on the pistons, this method will be used for cars where its hard to remove fuel injector, for some cars, the whole intake manifold has to be removed

    • @@AliMECH Nissan Murano is like that. Cylinders 1,3,5 require remove of air handler and entire intake. Swap testing can require reassembly and another disassembly. I just say screw it and do them all. This is a good trick to get you through a stop gap time though.

    • ​@@AliMECH I was just looking at my 5 litre V8 Windsor block Ford engine and considering parts required to remove the injectors. You've solved my problem with this fix... intake manifold is huge and covers most of top motor space.❤
