i was wondering do you put the soap outside, so it works by putting into the sponge, and comparing your both window so much difference, i will buy this, my parents had brought once before i was born , i’m born 1998 but they said it didn’t work because it keeps dropping. so you solved to issues

On Ali Express there is option to buy for 20-30mm glass which is thick double glazed windows. Mine works perfectly fine. 🤗👌

At first... Esp if there's too much dirt.. But you'll learn eventually
Its actually pretty tough using that thing.. Lots of complain frm ppl using that item.😄 Got stuck halfway and time consuming. U need strength in a way and must knw the technique of using it. Each to their own. Oh btw, remember in the future to step dwn frm ur chair/stool before removing that device outside. U knw wat i mean? Be safe than sorry.✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Our window is double layered. So magnet won't hold the other side

I bought one of these and wasted £20 as I didn't read the small print. They don't work on double glazed windows!
What is the issue with double glazed?
i haven't got 1 yet but they have different magnets for double glazed windows. So I would always buy the 1 with the strongest magnets. Last time I checked they have 4 different types of magnets depending how thick the glass is. I would just go for the strongest magnets

I’m not sure where you bought yours, I bought mine on Ali Express and I have double glazed windows and it works perfectly fine. There are usually options for what thickness your window glasses are, so you have to choose magnet strength accordingly! 👌 you probably bought wrong magnet strength.

Your windows are made to lift up and out so you can clean so this was not needed for you. but thank you for the video,
😂 why you didn't lift the window and pull it? I don't see this item very useful except straggling e to move that magnetic around.
It's a sliding window.. Obviously lifting and pulling the window is not an option
