  • Thanks so much for taking the time to make this video. I learned a lot of interesting details, thanks in part to your errors, but that means saved time for those who get this product after watching your video ! I live on the 10th floor with floor to ceiling windows that can only open slightly. I did get an estimate by a professional window cleaner who does high buildings, but it was 40 x more expensive than this product. So seems totally worth it. Thanks for the hands-on approach and showing how to use it properly. 🙂

  • I live in a 4-story townhouse with 10 windows on rear and 10 windows on front, so this is definitely NOT a waste of time, since it will prevent me having to ever again risk falling 40 feet from my top floor.

  • Always try to wash windows right after it rains, because the dirt comes off easier with little to no smear marks

  • May be slide rather than pull in opposite directions. You can't walk away? You have to stand and go through the motions with it.

  • I tried using mine a moment ago and found it a bit difficult to use, particularly because I have no idea of the correct amounts of water/detergent to soak it in. But by watching your technique I think I'll give it another go, from top to botom this time. First attempt got streaks in the windows, but they were very dirty and the air was dry outside, maybe after raining it'll work better.

    • Aww bless you Marie! 💓 give it a try it does actually work very well! It will take me some more time to master the technique of this type of cleaner, once I do I’ll upload a video on how to use it! I should get round to it soon! Now the issue with the windows here in the U.K. is the condensation from the winter air! Take care and all the best :)

  • LOL, bought one of these and what a total waste of time, save your money. OK for shower glass only, due to magnet not strong enough to hold both pads together on double glazing.

    • Did you get the correct colour cleaner for your windows? For example the Red one I am using in this video is for double glazed windows, and in my previous video (you can see it on my channel video list) I used the blue coloured one which is actually for thinner glass windows!
