The presentation was well done, and showing what can be accomplished with less than a full machine shop. As Sandy Mackie has already pointed out, the teflon tape wrap was backwards, and I was always instructed to leave the first thread bare to prevent shearing off a piece of tape that may get under a valve in a large hydraulic or pneumatic component in a customer's plant.

Put the PTFE on the right way and scratch the threads so it doesn’t back off when tightening

Its awesome idea but how do we control how much air flow needed .. if just by pressing the trigger i think it would effect accuracy

I especially like how all the parts used are maybe rated to 300 PSI maximum. And the working pressure of an average PCP gun is 2000-3000 PSI. At least the gun won't go anywhere near any vital body parts.... Wait a minute..... Hmmm. Natural selection at work, I guess. 😂
Interesting use of basic gear. Some good principles in action. I don't think Daystate need worry though.

Put the bolt into a hand drill ,then use a grinder to round the bolt head

If i connected this qev atmosphere to a 3/4 inch pvc, and the pilot to a soda bottle pressurized with a bike pump, would it work?

make your rifle barrel some rifling in it that would be great precision is must for rifles.next time make a rifle by a thick rod.
