Griffey and Griffey junior going back to back yard, Manning brothers both winning multiple Super Bowls, and many other examples of families achieving amazing feats can be found. It is impressive, but I hate all this hyperbole of “Once in a Lifetime” or “Billion to One odds.”

  • 0:15 pretty much every plate appearance and baserunning play I made when I played in middle/high school I have no idea why the ball hit me so much. It made actually playing the game very difficult because you already have a moderate amount of fear of the ball when you're a teenager, but imagine that fear compounded because it's actually justified.

    • @@TheVertigo686 It really wont. The odds on that were astronomical. Hitting a home-run to the same spot, twice in one game, isn't THAT unlikely. Considering these aren't amateurs and all..... Same deal with 2 Grand Slams in an innings. Sure, it's unlikely, but hitting a bird, in full flight, without knowing where the bird is coming from/when.... You could try that for the rest of your life and never come close to hitting it.

    • My favorite one is a reporter interviewing a Baseball player. Then out of Nowhere a ball is coming for her at 90mph. The guy without even looking, catches the ball next to her face with his bare hands. That was super hero levels of epic. but don't remember who it was or where I saw it (I don't usually watch sports)
