It's impossible to not like Ortiz, even a Yankees fan like me.
I'll agree to that. Although its been a while since they went to a WS but, the fans still travel amazingly well and root for their team as good as any I've seen even if the team is bad during a season. Watching the fans in Seattle for example it almost feels like I'm in Toronto.

@TheDCGuitar134 жыл бұрын
Eduardo Rodriguez actually apologized for reacting that way, but I don't understand why. As a Sox fan I just felt it showed how hard he was trying and how much he cared. Also, Ortiz is a treasure.
@thedavescloop5 жыл бұрын
The Rodriguez thing was perfect for baseball. It needs more emotions. Player shouldn't have to APOLOGIZE for showing emotion. Also I felt bad for E-Rod, but that added to the emotion of the game, made it more interesting to watch from a pure baseball fan standpoint. The emotion in that game made the outcome that much more interesting. Yes, Ortiz is amazing :D

Game 5 ALDS 1995 Edgar Martinez double down the third base line to score the tying run Joey Cora and the winning run from first base Ken Griffey Jr sending them to their first ever ALCS and saving baseball in Seattle as we know it.

17:39 I was 8 years old and attended that game 7. And I'll tell you I have never felt anything more electric than when Edgar hit that single to give the Marlins the win. That stadium was called Pro Player at the time formerly and it was huge. It was at capacity so there were almost 70,000 people at the game. It felt like the stadium was going to come down 😂 Even when the fans did the wave. Since there were so many people there and everybody participated it felt as if an eathquake was striking. I went with my father and we had great 3rd base side seats. One of the best experiences of my life. Nothing like it. You gotta love baseball 👍

I'll agree to that. Although its been a while since they went to a WS but, the fans still travel amazingly well and root for their team as good as any I've seen even if the team is bad during a season. Watching the fans in Seattle for example it almost feels like I'm in Toronto.
I miss the 2015/16 glory days... but so many fans back then were bandwagon so now it’s nice visiting the Rogers Centre with real fans.

Best reaction I’ve ever seen is dcs reaction to Juan Soto putting the nationals ahead against the brewers. It was the first time the nationals showed up in an elimination game. So much beer and popcorn was flying. So much electricity.
Eduardo Rodriguez actually apologized for reacting that way, but I don't understand why. As a Sox fan I just felt it showed how hard he was trying and how much he cared. Also, Ortiz is a treasure.
I would have done the same thing if I was Rodriguez or Big Papi
The thing I don't get is Eduardo gets praised for this but when Carson Smith slammed his glove in the dugout earlier in the season he got thrashed for it. (I know he got injured) I agree stuff like this needs to be focused on more shows how much passion some of these guys have for the game
I agree! I had someone tell me their fave player for the Sox was JD drew cuz he never showed emotions I just don't get it.

So many iconic moments but 11:55 sticks out to me. In the modern era we’re used to seeing team, staff waiting at home to greet the hero but to see the manager or coach out there chasing down the guy as he’s coming up on third, just so overjoyed, that was a good one
The hell with the Astros highlights

Christina Garberson so do you

One of the best experiences in my life was being at the Orioles/Tigers series. That game was so electric you could hear the crowd four blocks away from the stadium! By far one of the best sports experiences ever!
For anyone who remembers the White Sox World series run, I love watching these broadcast versions of the Koenerko Grand Slam in game 2. My view was completely different. I was at the game in section 147 (3rd base line behind dugout). The Cell was absolutely rocking. So much I swear it felt like an earthquake. Never heard a crowd so loud in my life. Still give me chills to this day.
Dude Toronto has the best fans and energy dam
