  • Just starting to watch. Hope my question is answered: where/which category does Sure smile fall under?

    • Sure Smile is indeed a new brand of aligners that are doctor-facing. I am not entirely sure what type of thermoforming material they use but I am guessing it's one made by Dentsply Sirona.

  • Do you find that the type of thermo-forming machine (vacuum vs pressure) makes a significant difference in aligner performance?

    • YES! I actually have a video about that. kzhead.info/sun/kq2we62LrZquZ3A/bejne.html

  • Dr Thanks a lot for your kind educational video 🙏. At 2.07 were you telling Invisalign is not good at expanding teeth or clear correct?

    @Kav2811@Kav28112 жыл бұрын
    • Invisalign is softer, so I'd say CC is better at arch expansion as long as you are ok with TIPPING and not skeletal expansion. FOr skeletal in kids do an RPE first

    • Are you talking about the thermoplastic material? That really depends on whatever software is used to make it. It's not a brand. I do have some content made on that just search by keyword within my channel

    • I would love to hear your feedback! Why do you feel this way?

    • @@Straightsmilesolutions yes absolutely, I have had invisalign in 2016, the only one issue that I had were the pain for the first two trays and after that everything were perfect and I were really enjoying the results. For clearcorrect, I am having it right now, the doctor said it will takes only 10 trays to get you the results you want “ one tray per week “ When she put for me tray 1 I had insane pain! Waay more than I had with invisalign, also my gum were so hurt because of the shape and the trim it has, it is actually so tight on the gum which is really not what I expected. In the first three days, I started to get many many cuts, in my lips, my cheeks from inside, my tongue, and a huge cuts around the gum in three different places. Guess what’s next? The one tray per week did absolutely not work! Even though the doctor told me so and the company who sent the trays said that too. Many many mistakes and the feeling of the trays are awful I hate it so bad that I went to another doctor and now will get invisalign instead

    • @qasim mohammed lol why would you think of that?

      @insaneq8y@insaneq8y3 жыл бұрын
    • @qasim mohammed I have a scholarship that pays 1000$ for orthodontist every year and I pay the remainings only

    • @@insaneq8y one person having pain doesnt mean another will. My pain tolerance is very low and I hate needles but Clearcorrect only caused a tiny bit of discomfort when I ate and no pain any other time. Also clearcorrect has not verified full per week changes yet. Probably an issue with your orthodontist but my teeth didn’t hurt at all.
