The Toyota FJ Cruiser is a retro-styled mid-size SUV produced by Toyota between 2006 and 2022. Introduced as a concept car at the January 2003 North American International Auto Show, the FJ Cruiser was approved for production after positive consumer response and debuted at the January 2005 North American International Auto Show in final production form.

The FJ Cruiser was built by Toyota subsidiary Hino Motors in Hamura, Japan, between 2006 and 2022. The vehicle shares many structural underpinnings with the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.[6]: 96 The FJ Cruiser entered the Japanese market on 4 December 2010, announced on 25 November in that year.
On 5 November 2013, Toyota USA announced the 2014 model year Trail Teams edition would be called the "Ultimate Edition" and that the 2014 model year would be the last for the FJ Cruiser in that market. It continued to be made for sale in other markets such as Australia[8][9] until its export to that market was discontinued in August 2016. As of April 2022, it is still sold in markets such as Chile, the Middle East, the Philippines and Southern African Customs Union countries.
On 1 October 2022, Toyota announced that the FJ Cruiser would be discontinued in the Middle East by December 2022, along with a final edition model

I love my 2008 Sandstorm FJ Cruiser and will never get rid of it! I’m 72 and still regret letting my ‘76 FJ40 go.

There is no doubt that the fj cruiser will gradually become a rare car. In particular, American cars made in Japan will never be released again. The durability of each part does not deteriorate and does not break incomparably.

Эту легендарную модель всё и ещё производят? Для каких рынков? Я приятно удивлен, это шикарная модель Тойота, влюблён в неё. Как и в Прадо 120 1GR-FE. Тойота, плиз, возобновить производство 120, поклонники очень обрадуются. Все-таки европейский дизайн 120 заслуживает внимание и возрождение этой модели!!! И мы очень-очень любим V-6

- Этому видео 10 лет минимум,я видел его году в 2013....И оно тогда ещё было далеко не новым.Нам это видео показывали на работе ,по внедрению японской системы Кайдзен(улучшай,совершенствуй).

- @@denlo4103Здравствуйте,нам тоже пытались внедрить эту систему,но к сожалению только пытались. Эта система в России не приживется. Не для нашего менталитета. Мы привыкли делать наоборот. А руководство только делает вид, что к чему то стремится. На самом деле ничего кроме денег их не интересует.А всякого рода изменения это лишь попытка подняться с колен.

que alegría ver trabaje en esa planta de hamura la verdad esa planta es la más grande de la Hino ahí se fabrican todas las camionetas Toyota, Hilux,camiones de bajo tonelaje y en la otra planta de Hino Shi se fabrican los camiones de alto tonelaje en la cual trabaje en la sección furemu mucho tiempo en la cual mi jefe era sr. Watanabe,Maeda ,honda, y otros que no me acuerdo ahora y también Kato San era bien alegre y trabador gambatte Hino jidosha

I like my 2007 DJ,, But they have a problem with UNDER carriage rusting and switches burning out for wipers...2 would HAVE been sufficient,to much of a overload with 3 wipers..improvement in these areas would solve some of their problems.

I have a 2014 (last year sold in USA). No mods, 120k miles Arizona FJ has only seen 8 inches of rain a year, it's in my garage.

- Hell the world does not need the US anymore the FJ Cruiser continued to sell for another 9 years past the discontinuation date profitably. All of Asia can self suffice on merchandise they can sell amongst themselves. But TSLA, Apple and US consumers rely on China for profits and sane and reasonable prices on everyday stuff. @@user-pg5xt4bq4w
