Kaapo Kakko and Chris Kreider scored in what was a playoff like game at Ball Arena in Colorado. Artemi Panarin and Vincent Trocheck would beat Alexandar Georgiev in the shootout and the Rangers emerge victorious against one of the best offensive teams in the game today. He’s been great, he’s being relied on in all situations/special teams etc. Because of him, we haven’t missed Chytil too badly nor Zibbys subpar play most of the year. Imagine where we’d be if we didn’t lose Fil and Zbad playing like a top center? Crazy to think about that. Three years ago when we battled tooth and nail with the canes during the playoffs, I remember Trocheck being so tough to play against and i was like, man that guy is good! I was hoping the Rangers would sign him in the off season and they did!
Troch is great but Breadman is next level. Not only he makes his linemates better, he makes the entire team better.
And I know everyone and their mother moved to Colorado but I refuse to understand how the avalanche always get their arena taken over with how good they are crazy to me

There are Ranger fans in good numbers at every road game even the ones in Canada.
Just that New York is such a big market. Second biggest next to the leafs. And when the leafs play at the garden there’s a lot of leafs fans there too. Love seeing the red and blue fill away stadiums.
What a beautiful play with his skate to kick it to his stick by Kakko he has a lot of skill, plays defense and is good in the corners he just doesn't score. If that kid starts to score everyone will be talking about how skilled he is just remember I am predicting that he will break out soon.
I agree, I think that guy has a ton more potential. He may not become what they thought he would be but he's a skilled player that the Rangers would regret losing to another team. They need to lock him up long term on a good deal. Laf is getting better each game too.

Where is this team without Trocheck and Bread? Wow that first line has really taken Laffy under their wing and scored so many big goals this season. 😊
Laffy has also gave them top tier plays as well, he forechecks hard, is strong on the puck with possession. Don't get me wrong they helped his confidence along with laviolette but don't underscore his impact because bread and trocheck have more goals and points, you have to also realize laff isn't.on the 1st pp getting the same minuts as them. But in big moments he comes through like the stadium series his performance was a huge reason they got the comeback at the end, the more confidence he gets the better he will be...imagine if gallant and Quinn had the coaching ability of laviolette to see how to best produce wins by its players like panarin instead of switching lines after one shift not being how he wanted it.

I feel bad for other teams sometimes when the Yankees or Rangers take over other stadiums because I know if I was a fan of them I would be pissed that there were more Rangers fans than Avalanche fans.
The away Rangers fans are so prevalent that the opposing team has to drown out the goal scoring chant with the Away DJ playing weird techno music.

I been a rangers fan since 1990.i have seen only one cup but at this point its cup or bust.i have seen alot of great seasons from this franchise and get disappointed every time.now i am happy there doing so well.this might be a even better team than in 2015 when they made the finals.what i dont want is i dont want is them to finish with the most points in the league.the reason is i feel it will put to much pressure on them being the best in the league being the team to beat.now this is a very very good team and i am pumped but i at this point i just want the playoffs to start and not be so nervous.as fans know playoff hockey is a different animal and the rangers know the work they must put in and need to stay consistent and get hot going into the playoffs what they been doing all year.lets go rangers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been here since 1979. Last year was as bitter a loss as 1992 and 2014. I'm such an abused fan I worry they're peaking too soon. Praying I'm wrong.

If we’re being honest, I want Boston and Tampa Bay to play each other in the first round with Boston winning. The Lightning are getting hot right now and I’m not sure the Rangers would beat them if they met in the first round. As Micheletti said when Lightning beat the Rangers recently, “It’s a culture of winning” (in Tampa).

Good win, but in my opinion, Rempe needs to be in the lineup every night. You can’t say he’s going to be needed in the playoffs and at the same time not get him as much experience as possible before the season ends.

Great game, great win. Gotta say tho, that had to be one of the worst attempts to overturn a goal I've ever seen. What was Bednar thinking? He's lucky the Rangers didn't score again on the delay of game penalty he took for that stupid review.

What would you expect? All hockey teams have local announcers that work with their teams.
