  • Saya pernah bekerja di tempat pembudidayaan ikan sidat ini selama 2 tahun ,proses perawatan ,pembesaran sidat mulai dari sebasar bulu rambut sampai sebesar tangan dewasa ,alat nya sangat krusial sekali Di indonesia sangat banyak melimpah namun biaya untuk ini sangat besar Vitamin nya Makan ikan sidat size 150 gram setara makan 40 ekor ayam goreng .❤

    • Me too. You can get eels in London in old fashioned eel and pie shops. Very much dying out now. Real shame, our culture is disappearing. Too many burger bars. Nothing wrong with a burger. But it has no history with lots of people in Europe. So good on Asia for keeping some food history going

    • They are farm raised, not wild caught.

    • @@JamesJones-cx5pk. I was under the impression that eels only bred in the open sea, not sure how you can farm them. That’s why I posted my comment. It’s only very recently that the full lifecycle of the eel has been understood, but feel free to check it out.
