@@graemeholland1315 Hi! Jeff actually is the one who does the overlay. It’s a software called dashboard. And then for the editing part I use a mixture of Premiere Pro and After Effects. Hope that helps

First watched this race on Vegan Cyclist channel. Classic Vegan race. Where Vegan feels good, tries to go off the front in first 20 mins and then blows himself up. Throughout his video was like "I think that is Nor Cal"
every race man he never will stay on a wheel lol.
@@letheal He has the Endurance, there is no question. Not sure if it is his lack of protein or ability to suffer last 20 mins.
As a Drew Levitt who lives in Oakland, seeing the Other Drew Levitt feature so prominently on NorCal Cycling is a little surreal. He was my friend's student in high school and was already a beast; well done reeling him in and beating him.
I kept doing a double take at the race every time they called his name.

Yeah the sprinters gap would have won it for Matt. Whenever I wanted to pass a double trailer in my 74 VW, I needed to start my overtake about five minutes early if I wanted any prayer of passing that thing before running out of road.

I "did" this race once and was at the back into "corner 1" and was quickly spit out the back as the cat 3 field got strung out with the sharp corners and the rough pavement . That was it for me racing technical crits....

Yo Jeff, congrats again, the Dolce guy is Marcus, yes second race, second breakaway of the day. Great work out there, i was on that initial move on the preem lap and i when i saw u guys roll of the front with my team mate Marcus I was glad i had a good excuse to slow down... race is brutal and in the pack that switch back was a 5mph pita each lap

Jeff’s HR has always been lower than mine, but it’s not the same as comparing power #’s - lower is in fact better but it’s all relative to your own threshold, not relative to someone else’s necessarily.
