  • I am scared just watching the footage from the safety of my home. I don't know if the description of that accident was quite accurate. It looked like teammate #1 didn't complete his pass of blue shirt guy before veering left to get off the rumble strip gutter, and nearly took out blue shirt guys front wheel with the move, causing blue shirt guy to lose control a bit which took out teammate #2. Sort of self inflicted from a team standpoint.

  • Great commentary and video. Gr8 getting to hear from the Dutch dude..tho I feel so so bad about the guy who crashed. in the start I rewound it bunch of times and he literally fell without putting his hands out I knew he got really hurt. dang man that didn't look pretty on that cinder block type stuff no less. I know Jeff u had a break of collar bone. I can't even imagine the pain that feels like. Let alone when ur better and being vulnerable to another crash u must be like so on edge I don't know the words but like too careful where u can't race like before not u personally but in general. When I sprain my shit skateboarding tho when it is fully fully healed like an ankle cuz u can still feel micro pains even after 6 weeks when u do some impacts but u just let it happen.... But sprains when there passed I would LOVE what I do skateboarding so much and in the dateline and time of all high heart rate and sweat I just went after it like before. But a break usually the part that broke heals but it can some people always leave like micro pains and stuff no?

If he would've continued concentrating and looking ahead, his periphereal vision would've seen the wheel from the right, he wouldn't have been surprised by it, he wouldn't have taken his focus and his power away from the handlebars and he could've stayed upright instead of losing balance and only getting saved from crashing out by transferring the crash onto the next guy.
