    • That was legitimately the most WTF part of the story. What kind of trash do you have to be to know someone JUST rescued a dog and then when they are asleep you just abandon the dog again. It doesn't seem like it was a 1-person operation either, they had to stop the boat to throw her out. How much of a 'nuisance' would a dog have to be for someone to do something like that? I'm the opposite of a violent person, but it makes my blood boil just thinking how could someone make that decision.

If youre a nice guy trust me theres a million women out there who will like him and love him marry him etc. Clearly your just mad cz something bad happened to u and youre not mature enough to get over it or to simply understand that just cz one person was bad doesnt mean all of them are that way.

I couldn't believe that after he'd rescued Negrita he had to make the captain go back to get her again because somebody on the boat didn't want her on the boat with them and had abandoned her again. Can you imagine the fear and heartbreak of the poor animal, thinking it was safe again and then that happened? I seriously think I'd have pushed the person responsible for the second abandonment overboard and see how they felt to see the boat going on without them.

International waters don't belong to anyone, it is true that committing crimes in international waters does not mean you automatically escape all repercussion however I would bet everything I hold dear that many, many activities that would be illegal somewhere including piracy and murder transpire in international waters all the time and go unreported and unresolved and it's also true that legal complications do exist when it comes to international waters and jurisdiction.

    • @@MrDelgrigorov I am not speaking about a specific country, do you understand the definition of international waters? My comment was in response to yours and your comment implies that something done in international waters will end up going before a judge. The point of my comment is that things which transpire in international waters don't always end up being addressed by any legal system because there are a lot of issues involved in policing international waters. If you have any interest in the topic of crime on the high seas then you should be aware of the ongoing political debate on the topic and possibly have some idea regarding the current guidelines that define zones around countries, how far their claim extends out to sea and the relevance of the flag a vessel in international waters sails under. I am going to guess that English is not your first language and suggest you read your comments again to try and grasp why your most recent response does not make sense. Best of luck to you, I think you'll need it.

I first got an all black dog (although she is getting a bit grey now) but then got a black and tan dog. Unfortunately the black and tan somehow sheds white fur. 🙄 oh well, couldn't leave her at the pound she was at after I saw her. I don't understand how black animals get overlooked, as they tend to catch my eye.

  • “Some people didn’t want her on the boat.” Sounds like some people need their asses kicked [Edit] Alright, I’m editing this comment to sort some stuff out. First off, could the dog bite? Yeah, so what? I could bite. You could bite. Keep your distance, or ask her rescuer to keep her away from everyone. It’s not that hard. The dog could have a disease? Oh no, like I could have a disease? Like you could have a disease? Keep her quarantined. But we’re on a boat? FIND SOMEWHERE. It’s not that hard. Some people have a fear of dogs. See my first point. Some people have allergies. That’s fair. The only thing I can say is suck it up and stay upwind. The fact is, none of the above is a valid reason for allowing a starving animal, who finally gets a chance to live, to be condemned back to a horrible, lonely, agonizing death. If you really think differently, you are some of the people I originally mentioned. It’s just monstrous.

It’s also doubtful someone else came all the way out there around the exact same time, plus their body language makes it seem like they weren’t surprised to find it there and the dog didn’t really approach like they would a stranger. • Joselle You have most of that right! GOD had it planned from the beginning of time, not the universe unless you think the universe is GOD, as in the one who loves us and protects us for believing in him and his son, whom he gave, sacrificed for our sins!!! If that's what you mean then you're correct, if not, search your heart, your soul!!! That still quiet voice that tells you everything will be okay, that you are loved, that love is good, that you should do good and be loving, that is JESUS knocking on the door to your soul asking to let him love you, forgive you, be there and protect you, just believe in him that he was risen from the grave and that you should as follow his laws/commandments to be a good and loving child of his!! Otherwise you're just floating in the ocean with all of it's huge waves and turmoil, sin risking drowning in a sea of things you shouldn't do. Things he whispers to you, tugs on your heart not to do or then tells you to feel horrible about it if you do, because that turmoil is satan trying to trick you and drag you down with him because he is jealous and wants everyone to go down with him so he can say you're his he won and to keep you from your father, from GOD!!! GOD adopts us out to our earth parents so we may experience and learn and feel things we otherwise would not get or know if we never were born to this world, but we are his, a part of him until he releases us here to be born, to experience, and he wants us all to return to him but many get lost, are stubborn and rebellious and fall! Kind of like the Amish have rumspringer I think is how it's spelled! At 18 every child is allowed to go live in the modern world and given the choice to return home or live a selfish consumed life about only themselves with no more cares for good wholesome life with littles worries and much goodness and little heartache or stress if one lives as they should by GODS laws! Which some people resent but or yet don't resent them as part of man's laws plus the hundreds of thousands of other laws they have tacked on to literally enslave mankind to control manipulate and deceive them!!!! GOD created us and he created angels before us! The angels know way more than we do, they have powers and this and that but, they can't have children with each other, they don't feel and experience things the way we do! That's a big reason we are born here is the gift of experiencing in this way and to have that free will to choose!

    • I'm not going to defend them, not at all, if I were on that boat I would've defended the dog myself. However, I think I know why they wanted to leave her. They were probably scared that she might carry a disease from the island. Taking her on the cruise risked the health of everyone on board. Sometimes people have reasons for being cruel. I don't like it, but sometimes a good deed can put you at risk.
