    • He literally said that they have no F-ing clue on these pots, acting like he is better than everyone after he loses a big pot (despite Negreanu being one of the best players and most earnings in the world), which is his typical blow-up speech. Essentially he was saying what Negreanu was doing was stupid, which is why he didn't put him on the hand (except that's what you want to do in poker which Phil often does not understand, Negreanu frequently calls this out as it is not uncommon for Phil to do).

  • High Stakes Poker is the absolute best Poker show of all time. I agree with Jerry Buss its worth paying the antes to see it! So many legendary moments here, legendary players. This show was IT, I can remember playing with the boys with this on tv in the background and we'd stop the play just to watch big hands lol

  • Phil is angry bc he knows a big raise means that he's getting bluffed which is (by his opinion) an idiot move and "honey, he put 40k on a bluff, this idiot from Eastern Europe" or that his opponent got extremely lucky to get the winning hand time after time after time after time again

  • It doesn't get much better than Negreanu lighting up Hellmuth with a clean better play. Bluff would have been sweeter but this is great.
