Spoiled offspring ruin the empires great men have toiled their whole lives to build.

    • In name - yes But in careers, Jr is most definately the first Floyd mayweather. Sr was for intense and purposes a journeyman - no disrespect ment at all I'm just stating a fact his father was rather average ad a righter. Jr well and truly out the mayweather name on the map and into the realms of legendary status

    • @@antoniobaker3828 you're right roger was rather good boxer however Floyd was still average in my opinion. My point being if jr never got into boxing and made his own legacy, sr would have been barely remembered. Roger I think still would have as Roger I feel accomplished rather alot all things considering but sr is now looked on fondly as a good fighter only because of the relevance and legacy of his son. If jr never laced up a pair of gloves sr wouldn't have been remembered so fondly and would barely have been remember apart from die hard fans of the era

  • That was the moment Max began hating on Floyd Mayweather. He's been trying to discredit him ever since. Funny how now folks are quick to say how old Mosley was, and how Floyd didn't fight him early in his career. Then the footage comes out where Floyd is calling Mosley out years before, and when Mosley is asked about that fight, he double talks and says he's going on vacation??? Convenient how folks always forget that stuff that doesn't support their narrative.

Leonard, Hearns, Duran, Benitez, all fought each other in their primes none ever ducked anyone, or waited till the other got too old, all fought like men, didnt fight like a sissy running and holding... You missed the greatest welterweight era ever. Mayweather would not have been undefeated in that era trust me.. Even at Jr. Welterweight Aaron Prior would have destroyed Mayweather... • @@114wildfire Again, you're regurgitating some silly BS. Most fighters want to put on a show. Pac and FMJ included in that which is a large reason so many people watched them fight over the years! That said, Pac certainly didn't give the fans what they wanted by choosing Jeff Horn who did NOTHING before he BEAT Pac and hasn't done anything but lose to elite fighters since. The wait for FMJ vs Pac was arguably much more Pac's fault than FMJ in fact although BOTH fighters have blame in that wait. Regardless, it is a prime example of how PERCEPTION gets in the way of REALITY in fight making and the narratives that go along with it.
