Mayweather never lost focus on his craft, no vices, you can just tell dude really loves everything about Boxing. He fought so many high level fighters with different styles and still came up on top. His defense is #1 in boxing history in my opinion, and his punch selection is top tier. Crazy to think about all the fighters they threw at him... 100% he earned his legacy. And he's still fighting for fun.

As a Brazillian 26yo guy that only knew Mike Tyson and Mohammad Ali in the boxing world until 2 years ago. Does not make any sense to me that Floyd does not get the love that he deserves. If you listen to Floyd's arguments, you'll realize how business savvy he and his team are and were. Floyd was never ducking or dodging anyone. He was waiting for the right season for certain fights to materialize. He was asked why he didn't fight Shane Mosely before Marquez and the answer was simple. Marquez had an entire country behind him.
Floyd, Tom Brady, Kelly Slater, Michael Jordan.. all legends of their sport and all had second win eras where they just dominated again and again
