Here's the recipe in case you're lazy to watch the whole video 😂 2 tablespoons of white rice, add a cup of water, cook the rice over low heat, when there is very little water left, remove it from the heat and blend it, you can add more water to blend it if necessary. Then they filter or strain it, although they said that it can be used without straining it. Add 2 tablespoons of milk, one of olive oil and one of coconut oil, mix very well and store in a clean container and in the fridge. It is applied to clean skin for 15 minutes and then rinsed off with lukewarm or cold water. It can be used 2 times a week. You're welcome 😝

Personally, I am Asian-European and my skin just got a little darker and grayer, and this is not my body color. I just want to be healthy. there is nothing wrong with bleaching or get a tan. Okay, so I made it today the recipe is the same as mentioned in the video. The milk I use is raw. So I'll be writing my experience over here and I'll be using it regularly. Day 1: I put it on for 20 minutes at night, it softened my skin and my scars have faded a little bit. Overall I'm okay and I like it. Day 2: due to day 1 my skin was glowing a little bit I'm not even kidding I was so happy and after applying on day 2 my skin has brightened and my acne is faded a little bit. It's taking time but I'm loving the process. Also, I put it for 15 minutes at night. Day 3: it was good my skin is feeling so smooth and is not looking bad or broken. I got one pimple on my nose but it's fading and I had scars and acne on my cheeks and they are also fading. I put it for 15 minutes at night. Day 4: My skin is getting smoother and soft, the discoloration is fading and my acne is fading too and the pimple on my nose is gone. I put it for 15 minutes at night. Day 5: my skin color is getting clearer and I didn't put it today I was busy but as I was washing my face three new pimples have formed but they aren't bad almost unnoticeable and I think they will be gone like tomorrow and I don't think it happened because I didn't put it today. Day 6: one pimple is gone the other one is unnoticeable and the bigger is okay, it isn't too bad. My skin is getting softer, and smoother and I'm getting my original color shade back. I put it on for 15 minutes at night. Day 7: I used it at night the results are the same as usual. My skin has softened a lot and there is less discoloration on my face. The scars are fading and my pimple is reduced faster. Note: I have finished a one-week course and I will continue with it. I used to solely for getting clear skin, not for fair skin. I love my color and I have no issue with it. To all saying that it's fake, it only nourishes your skin I just want to say that every other product does that and if we have a skincare routine we will not have a problem with it. This is the cheapest skincare you can get and it has no chemical reaction. If you reach your goal and stop using this cream and stop caring about your skin then your skin will go back to square one. So I would recommend you all continue with it. If you can't use it daily use it thrice a week. Also, those saying love your skin color I just want to say that everyone has the right to feel comfortable in their skin and to be comfortable in that you should have a skincare routine and this cream gives you one.

I can understand ! I'm tired of looking like two different people ! From my neck on down to my toes are three shades lighter than my face. I'm black, and get sunburn on my face badly. Through the many years, it a big noticeable difference. I just want to look like one person. With one skin tone.

It is alright to like a certain tone of skin, but remember that making skin fairer and making skin healthier are two different things, and you shouldn't feel insecure in your skin tone. Every colour is beautiful :)

Ahí les va la receta en caso de que les de flojera ver todo el video 😂 2 cucharadas de arroz blanco, agregar una taza de agua, cocinar el arroz a fuego bajo, cuando ya le queda muy poca agua se saca del fuego y se licúa, se le puede agregar más agua para licuarlo si es necesario. Después lo filtran o cuelan, aunque dijeron que se puede utilizar sin colarlo. Se le agregan 2 cucharadas de leche, una de aceite de oliva y una de aceite coco, se mezcla muy bien y se guarda en un recipiente limpio y en el refri. Se aplica a la piel limpia por 15 minutos y luego se enjuaga con agua tibia o fría. Se puede usar 2 veces por semana. De nada 😝

Do you have to use milk and olive oil and coconut oil?

I made it 3 days ago and have been using it! Its great but you will not go from dark to light overnight or with one wash like the video shows it will probably take a month or two from the progress iv seen so far this is a great cream its all safe ingredients and my skin is looking 4 shades lighter in 3 days I am very impressed by this. It will not magically turn you white. It merely just reverses the sun damage your naturally skin suffered if you ask me. My natural complexion is a very light tan. But over the years i have become dark due to sun damage and harsh chemicals in products iv used but now i am hopeful to restore my youthful skin as it was years back. Pleease note to all those saying love yourself you are right however this is not something that is going to change your skin its not like bleaching or anything of that sort! as I said before its just restoring your natural complexion basically making you look as good as you can and there's nothing wrong with wanting to be the best version of yourself. I am not a dermatologist but I do want to share some tips on what worked well for me. 1. I used half of the coconut milk dove soap(instead of original dove) 2.Instead of leaving on for 20 minuets I left on for 2 hours twice a day( which for me is perfectly fine as there is absolutely no harmful ingredient that could damage my skin ) 3. I boiled the rice and used that warm rice water. 4. I wash it off with cold water never hot as that opens the pores and could give u a very inflamed look. Cold water leaves your face feeling fresh and pores tightened.

Hello. I'm actually using it since when I was a teenager. I have these aunts that I really admire their skin since when I was young, and I asked them what's there skin care and they told me about it. Same exactly with that video. Their skin aren't really that white but it's glowing, so clean and clear, smooth and soft like a baby skin (to think they are aging now hehe), and they never experienced such damage skin since they started to use it. My skin before was uneven until I started to apply it skin. My skin gets brighter anf I got no any acne or pimps any more. I have also acheived glowing, soft / smooth, clean / clear, and many great things in my skin. Until now I'm doing it. Must try it especially to those people who suffer from damage skin.

I'm honest I didn't expect it to really whiten my skin but still rice already helped my hair. I used it every day now for a week on my face and hands and my skin feels so so nice. It just makes my skin so clear and finally after struggling a lot I have less pimples. Of course my general skincare routine also comes to it but still this recipe is amazing and I will keep doing it. (For those who are interested I'm only using nature cosmetic products and it's totally enough. Our skin doesn't need chemicals) And no, it doesn't made my skin whiter. But i recently learned if we protect our skin whit oils/creams and keep it moisturized the skin will improve in a good way and we can longer keep our light skin tone. Even tho every skin colour is beautiful and nobody needs to change it. But taking care of ourselves is important and this recipe is amazing for calming down your face and skin
