Doing this exercise for 15 Days: Age:19 Weight:64kg Height: 5'2"(158 cm) Day 1: really hard, took 10s break for each exercise,leg got paining but somehow managed to complete all the exercises ❤ Day2: my hip area was so painful caz of day 1 exercise but did all exercises nd gave 10s for each exercise break. Little harder but for sure u must do it❤ Day3: it was much easier to do and I can clearly see some inches reduced ❤️ Day 4: thighs paining but still did all the exercises ❤ Day5: Last exercise was bit hard but did it ❤️ really my body feels light and can see the hip area nd chest area got reduced a bit ❤️ Day 6: Did my workout and felt so sweaty 🥵 and I can clearly see the reduction of my side fat❤️ Day 7: Didn't do caz I got my periods ❤️ Day 8:Did my workout easily ❤️ And today I felt my side breast fat also got reduced many inches ❤️ Day 9: did my workout but some exercise were hard ❤️ Day 10: Done my workout twice caz I was hyperactive today 😂❤️ Day 11: Done my workout and I sweated a lot I can definitely see many inches reduced please do this exercise regularly ❤️ Day 12: Done my exercise and I can see my side breast fat reduced and some abs kinda line came not sure wt it is ❤️ Day 13: Done my exercise and consistency is the matter ❤️ Day 14: Done my exercise and felt easy ❤️ Day 15: Finally the big day🎉 I had completed my exercise andy waist size reduced a lot and side breast fat also reduced and can see front belly is little bit stiff and nowy weight 61 kg .. not only this exercise help me reduce the fat but also the diet and drinks I had to reduce my weight ❤️

Я делаю 1 раз в день с ещё одной тренировкой. 2 день☑️ ноги болят. Изменений не вижу 3 день✖️ я была занята, так как приехали гости. Завтра буду делать в двойне 4день☑️ занималась в двойне. Талия:69 5день☑️ сделано. Всё ещё ощущаю боль в ногах. После тренировки пью много воды 6 день☑️ вижу некоторые изменения. Ноги уже перестали болеть. Weight: 69kg Goal: 55kg Height: 1,72cm Waist: 83cm Day 1: ☑ Day 2: ☑I felt a little burn behind my knees but I was able to do it very well :D Day 3: ☑ Day 4: ❌ I can't do it Day 5: ☑ Day 6: ☑ Day 7: ☑ my waist is definitely more defined, my belly feels so much toned and I starting to see the hourglass figure, I'm so happy

Day 1: Did not see much change BTW, I DO THIS 2 TIMES A DAY Day 2: Noticed my belly starting to go a teeny little bit down Day 3: From the side u can see that it is flat, I also lost weight too! Day 4: Still the same, but when I eat, it doesn't put on much weight Day 5: I can start to see little bitty abs popping in Day 6: Still the same but my legs are slim (I only did it one time today) Day 7: Still the same (the only negative thing about loving weight having slim thighs is that your butt get smaller, but I do 50 squats everyday so it helps) Day 8: I can notice my waist tightening but stomach still the same VERY VERY SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING YOU GUYS, I LOST MY COMPUTER CHARGER BUT I WAS STILL ABLE TO DO THE EXERCISES FROM A DIFFERENT DEVICE Day 10: Super tight waist but not flat stomach its flat from the side but can't see much from the front, I feel like this video is more from tight waist than flat stomach but still really happy with the results THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME UPDATING U GUYS BECAUSE I AM SUPER BUSY BUT THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT!! Doing this for as long as I need! I’m currently 65kg (144lbs) at 5’1 and I’m tired of not fitting into clothes and being constantly unhappy in my own skin. I am trying to eat more protein, veggies, fruit and drink more water (2 liters per day) with this, and I’m also doing another work out afterwards. I’m happy to tell anyone the routine if they want it :) I’m unable to do a lot of walking due me and my family’s schedule, so I at least get 4-5k steps in a day. I am going to try to do jumping jacks and jump rope with this whenever I have the time My goal is to reach around 50kg (112lbs) in 4 months Day 1: I feel the burn in my thighs and my lower stomach is a bit sore (mostly from other workouts I tried earlier). I feel good about myself for getting it done. I only managed to get half of another workout done unfortunately. Better luck next time! ✅ Day 2: I finished both work outs :) I was super tired and took a bit longer breaks, but got everything done! No change yet, but I feel like I have a small amount of muscle ✅ Day 3: Finished! This morning I noticed a hit of a curve around my waist instead of the boxy look I’ve always had. It really made me feel good. ✅ Day 4: Had an event today and I started my period! I did walk 5k steps and do some other exercises though ❌ Day 5: Did it! I walked 7k steps and got really bad sunburns, but the workout felt easy ✅ Day 6: Tired, but did it! I feel like I've noticed a few small changes, but not much. I did eat poorly today so that may be why 😖 ✅ Day 7: Felt sore but went fast! My stomach from the side looks slimmer, though the front feels mostly the same ✅ Day 8: Only got to do this work out, none of my others unfortunately! I was super tired and didn’t get to do this until late. I did walk 7k steps again though :) ✅ Day 9: Finished! I've lost 1.5lbs since I started (now at 141.5) and my stomach is flatter on the side, but just like a day ago not much has changed front the looks of the front. I have dropped some inches on my hips and waist though! ✅ Day 10: at 140.5lbs!! My legs burned and I feel good! ✅ Day 11: Done! Pretty easy ✅ Day 12: Did it! I’m at 130 lbs :) ✅ Day 13: Completed! ✅ Day 14: ✅ I wanna say that this workout has flattened my stomach a little and helped with some weight loss, but that mainly comes from what you’re eating. If you want to really burn fat and drop weight, definitely eat better (not all vegetables, but do a calorie deficit and eat lots of protein!) and be active :) Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ No differences at all. I’ve started drinking matcha green tea before this though! Day 17: ❌ Fell asleep Day 18: Done! ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ❌ Very sore Day 21: Exhausted :( Did other workouts though ❌ Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ Day 24: It was my birthday party, so I didn't get it done! ❌ Day 25: Didn't get done. Was super busy with cleaning! ❌ Day 26: I could not make myself do it today! I've had stuff going on and I'm so tired ❌ Day 27: I'm going to stop updating. I feel like this workout didn't exactly change much for me, and I have not been motivated to do it. I'd strongly recommend other workouts like HIIT and pilates. Losing weight and fat largely is based on how and what you are eating. I would recommend a calorie deficit as that is what I have been doing, eat at least 90g of protein a day, lots of veggies, fruits, and nuts, and a BUNCH of water (2L+ a day). Check the scale in the morning, never the evening, try to count your calories a little in apps such as MyFitnessPal, and try to make your meals special. Put in things you enjoy, because if you hate it you will never stick to it. You can look up videos and recipes for healthy, high protein, and low cal meals that are super creative snd tasty! I also have begun to stick to a fasting schedule to help burn fat. I am going to do this with more discipline over the span of the summer (3 months) and will update if I remember :) Good luck to everyone trying to better themselves!

Doing this for 2 weeks before school!! day one ~ actually really easy! My arms are a little bit sore, but that’s okay! day two ~ easier to do than yesterday, my belly looks flatter!! day three ~ I used to have a pretty flat belly, but I gained weight since I felt like I was too skinny. I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect but my belly looks similar to how it looked like before. day four ~ felt no pain 💪💪 (jk but it was significantly less sore) day five ~ less bloated for sure! I’ll try doing it two times tomorrow!! day six and seven ~ I was really busy preparing for school and going on family road trips. So i unfortunately wasn’t able to do them, but I’ll do it 3 times tomorrow to make up for it. day eight - parents were home and it’s hard to make time to exercise 😭 day nine ~ I walked for about 30 minutes and reached a total of 0.72 kms. Couldn’t feel my legs (😭) but it worked in my favour since I couldn’t feel ANY leg pain (😝) doing the workout since I couldn’t feel my legs! I’ve gotten some results with my waist being more smaller and less bloated after eating! day ten - jogged for 30 minutes and reached a total of 1.09 km (YIPPIE)! My legs are DEAD. Did the workout and I noticed my waist is more curvy! day eleven - I AGAIN jogged for 30 minutes and got to 1.35 km!!! Currently sweating so hard 😁😁😁. Did the workout successfully (except I took 20 breaks since I was incredibly tired from running) day twelve - ran for 30 minutes (AGAIN) and was able to reach 1.6 km 🥳🥳. Workout was easier and overall my stomach seems more flatter!
I recommend doing it 2 times after waking up at least an hour later and before you go to bed it will be faster

I’m doing this for a glow up at school! :) Day 1-✔️ It was a bit tiring but I managed it!. But still no changes :) Day 2-✔️When I woke up I felt a bit tired but at 6:58 I did the workout. I’m gonna update tmr in the morning and ima start doing this in. The morning afternoon and before bed. :) And I’ll start doing, this for a week!

i’ll try and update as i go !! 103 lb 162 cm (current) day 1: 2x video, it was fun and also easy to learn, my legs hurt a little though day 2: i didn’t have time because of midterms but i did feel quite sore in my waist area and calfs ! day 3: 2x, it did burn a lot today and i was having a lot more trouble then the first day but i kept going !

Doing this workout for 2 weeks Age: 13 Weight: 76.1 kg Goal weight: 50 kg (obviously not going to get it in 2 weeks but I’m doing other workouts x) Height: 5’4 (162 cm) Body: midsized Gender: Female Happiness: 4/10 Confidence: 2/10 Day 1: super easy but felt effective, sweating a lot, didn’t drink water throughout so was dizzy, made my heart rate go up, very good overall. Day 2: again it was really easy, I didn’t sweat as much, I had a headache before hand and it got worse after working out, my calves really hurt already before I was jumping on a trampoline for a couple hours, love this exercise I will keep doing it :) Day3: only did half the workout because I was feeling really Ill, sweat a lot as it was a 30 degree day, didn’t feel as great and doing much to my body but it’s part of the process :) Day 4: rest day :) Day5: really exhausting because I did one of my other workouts before this. I’m seeing a big difference in the size of my waist it has gotten a lot smaller. The side of my breasts have lost some fat and my hip dips are slowly disappearing. I know this is a lot for 5 days but know that I have been doing 3 other workouts everyday as well. I also noticed my clothes are feeling looser around my waist and hips. My current weight from the past 5 days is 74.9 which means I have lost 1.2 kg Day 6: didn’t do much today except on my phone so It felt good doing some exercise. I ate 2 meals today plus a bowl of ice cream. It was really easy today and I sweat a lot still. I’m going to say how much I eat everyday from now on. I had a bowl of Rice Bubbles this morning and 3 sushi prices for lunch. I had a bowl of mint ice cream and I also had a coffee in the middle of the day. Day 7: one week in! I decided to do it in the middle of the day instead of just before bed which was so much better and felt more refreshing. I sweat a lot. I can see my stomach getting so much flatter and I’m not getting bloated. My hip dips have really shrunk along with the size of my breasts. I’ll come back later to tell you what I ate today. I have a bowl of cereal and pasta. Day 8: I didn’t sweat at all and was super easy. I had a pizza role for dinner and that’s all I ate. Day 9: didn’t have time so i guess a rest day Day 10: did a lot of other workouts cause I felt guilty after eating kfc. I didn’t sweat much but I wasn’t motivated. I was bloated today because i ate a burger (my body can’t deal with fast food) so I felt insecure. I wore my school uniform which is thick so made me look bigger and now I feel disgusting and back where I started. I keep thinking I look exactly the same even know I know my waste is smaller but I feel ugly. This is part of acceptance it will pass by tomorrow xx Day 11: didn’t do it because I didn’t have enough time x Day 12: great and I did it at 4 o’clock I ate an omelet at breakfast, ham and cheese toasted at lunch and I also had some chips but I haven’t had dinner yet

baby you are so much like me. I was 13 except i was really overweight, im still overweight but my body type is midsize now. I've gone back into a depressive episode so i'm gaining a bit right now but baby please do not let your weight shape you. I'm almost 16 and all i've ever done is cry over my weight. You are beautiful no matter what ❤ Also i believe in you! you can lose the weight! if you eat a little more than you want once in a while that's okay. Don't get into the habit of shaming yourself for eating but also don't get into the habit of letting all the junk food slide because well i've been doing fine lately so wtv 🎉 I trust you can do it. it's okay to have bad days where it feels like you've lost all progress but it will come back !!!

I’m doing this for 10 days Info: Waist size: 26inches Thigh size: 22 inches Day 1: I paused a lot, definitely felt the burn and sweated(a good sign) No visible changes. Day 2: Was a bit harder than yesterday but I finished it still. Still no visible changes.

I don't have a flat stomach and this is why im doing this exercise, i hope i'll somewhat lose weight by september :) update tmr!! 15/08: ✅I felt lighter today when doing it and it was definitely easier getting through it today, not much change but im starting to lose weight since im doing 3 different exercises and going on walks everyday and eating healthily. im happy im off to a good start. i'll update u all the next day

gonna do this for 2 weeks! A month or so ago I used to have a skinny belly, but lately I’ve been really over-eating probably because of school-anxiety. I hope this helps me! I’ll do this later, after school!! DAY 1• it was kinda hard, I also had a hard time “understanding” how to do the exercises, but I managed to do all of them! I feel sweaty and tired, but I’m proud of myself, I’m also starting eating healthy foods! DAY 2• I was a bit sore from yesterday, but way easy! I also understood how to do some exercise better. @@PotterVilleEdits it might be for different reasons, I was in a calorie deficit during summer and I also dance for 1 or 2 hours almost every day and workout for 30 min. Sometimes it is just genetic, don't stress it! Everybody is beautiful just the way they are💕

doing this for 14 days, maybe more :)) Age: 15 Weight: 58 kg (?) estimate Height: 5'4.5 ( 163 cm ) Goal: 53 kg note: Drink more water when you're doing this ! it'll help I promise and keep a healthy diet as well and breathe through the exercises ( p.s for the people who don't like drinking water, same here, but if you need to either make yourself drink it or get those water flavoring / enhancer things :) I recommend MiO water enhancers ) Day 1 : sweating a bit but it wasn't too hard, did it twice along with 45 situps and 10 pushups + drinking water :) updating tomorrow, y'all please try to remind me I have adhd I'll forget about this in like 2 days 🙏 Day 2: still a bit of sweating, a little sore but nothing bad. walked about 20 minutes today, did 2 sets again + situps :) noticed a tiny difference earlier today Day 3: I forgot if I did 1 or 2 sets but I walked 15 minutes this morning and did 15 pushups post-video

Day 3: didnt see much change but it was tiring bc i did it in the morning . Also im doing a calorie deficit Day 4: see a little big of progress but still going
Doing this 2x a day for two weeks!! :) Day 1 ✅ it was tiring but I felt accomplished after the workout 💪 If your struggling with your weight loss/gain journey you can do this and remember consistently is key! We will reach our weight loss/gain goal!!

Хочу подтянуть свое тело, ведь я очень быстро похудела, и тело не очень хорошего качества 1 день : сделала, + около 30 минут кардио,+ тренировка на руки 2 день: сделала, + тренировка на руки и ягодицы,+ еще одна тренировка на талию 3 день : сделала 4 день : не сделала, так как была в аквапарке 5 день : сделала 6 день: забыла 7 день : забыла 8 день : забыла 9 день : вспомнила. Но решила бросить, и начать более тяжелые тренировке. Всем удачи!

Hi 💛, I would like to tell whoever is reading my comment that I got very fast results!! I followed intuitive nutrition, reduced soft drinks, and exercised twice a day. I am in the first week, and I got a very beautiful and sculpted waist, as well as getting rid of my arm fat insanely fast! I will continue for a month to get rid of lower belly fat as well as inner thigh fat .
Doing this for 2 weeks before school plus another exercise(please if I don’t update this remind me ❤) 1. I’m sweating a lot but I finally feel accomplished! My arms feel sore but that’s probably also because I’m practicing rolling my arms back far in order to get good posture 2. I just got back from a plane ride so I felt a bit stuffy. Today was ig okay, didn't sense progress but ig I just need time. 3. Caught cold and staying up because of jet lag so nope... 4. I'm feeling way to tired from those two to do much... I guess I'll have to wait until I get better

Doing this every day 2x for 30 days Day 1: (Monday, July 31) only did this at night because I just started. It was quite fun but I got out of breath by 5 minutes. After the workout I got really thirsty. Day 2: (Tuesday, august 1) I felt my chest tighten while working out and my heart beat fast. Really felt the burn in my left arm and abdomen. Day 3: (Wednesday, august 2) the first time I did it today felt like always but the second time I could feel some soreness. Mainly my left hurting but other then that nothing. Day 4: (Thursday, august 3) my legs definitely hurt today yet the workout seemed to go by faster. I memorized the workout by now and I feel somewhat complete when I do it. Day 5: (Friday, august 4) my legs didn’t hurt at all today and I’m starting to feel more confident with myself! I feel way more refreshed and calm when I workout. Day 6: (Saturday, august 5) I can definitely see some progress. My stomach looks more flat and my muffin tops are barely there. I recently bought a pair of jeans that just barely fit and now they almost fit perfectly! Week 1: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Week 2: Day 15: Day 16: Day 17: Day 18: Day 19: Day 20: Week 3: Day 22: Day 23: Day 24: Day 25: Day 26: Day 27: Week 4: Day 29: Day 30!!🎉:

(ps : I'm doing this workout along with 2 other workouts. the chloe ting standing ripped abs 10 min workout & kiat jud dai workout, [the whole kiat jud dai workout is about 27 mins but I'm only doing 2-3 mins overall, 30 seconds from each exercise] ) Day 1 (9th December 2023) : okay, it was slightly tough & i took breaks in between, my posture wasn't good, but i did it. I was sweating a lot. cya tomorrow! Day 2 (10 dec): okay so, i did this today, surprisingly, it was a bit easier than yesterday, my posture however still wasn't good & i was sweating a lot. I took around 5 secs break after some of them. See you tomorrow! Day 3 (11 dec) : so today, my body was kinda sore (i ran earlier), but the workout felt just like yesterday. I am going to start it from Today evening Weight - 50kg Age - 14 Challenge for 1 month Day 1 - i did it 2 times in starting it feels easy but after some seconds it becomes harder but i did it now i am tired i will do it tomorrow and i will write it here....😅 Day 2 - today i did it 2 times i don't feel any type of change and my legs starts hurting but still i will do it everyday . i will Do it tomorrow again 😊 Day 3 - hlo , i did it 3 times today . my waist and legs are hurting but i am feeling refreshing and good . there is not much change in my weight but i will see my weight on 15th day 😁 Day 4 - sorry guys but i don't did it today because my head is aching but i will do it tomorrow 🥲 Day 5 - i did it 2 times today and it was easy today i don't see much change until 4 days of exercise 😀 Day 6 - well i didn't do it for 2 or 3 days because i got fever but now i started again i did 2 times 😊
Doing this for two weeks along with another workout! Day 1 : it was okay! It made me sweat a little and some leg pain along with some burn, but i felt fine! Day 2: I'm doing this in the morning and evening now! In the morning I did sweat like before but I definitely felt the burn! Day 3:again, sweating and soreness in the legs - but I definitely felt some more burn and I noticed a slight change in weight now! Day 4: it's starting to get a little easier towards the start, but harder at the end. But it's definitely doing something. After doing this I could feel my heartbeat, I was quite tired today. Day 5: my heart was beating after this, but I forgot to do it this morning. I didn't do exercise 10, but instead did a one min plank. Day 6: I felt really tired today, so I didn't do it. Day 7: I'm starting to look similar to the thumbnail photo of day 5. It's slowly getting easier but exercise 8 and 9 always get me Day 8: Defo felt the burn, felt tired after and am noticing some weight change.
Well done sorry if u didn't want to hear an explanation on what things are like going on for me I've been contemplating for a while on if I should do exercise cuz I'm so insecure about my body and I finally started today I did a total of 3 diff workouts on for thighs and 2 including this one for the body and I already feel better but well done to u :)

Doing this for 2 weeks!! Day 1: it was definitely tiring, I didn’t really feel a burn?? I’ve been cutting out eating snacks and eating not so big portions of food either, let’s hope to see results soon!! Day 2: the exercise were a bit easier today, I felt a bit of a burn when doing this!! When I woke up I feel like I saw a bit of result from doing this, I really hope I don’t end up quitting 😿 Day 3: I forgot to do it this day, I was super busy unfortunately and I ate a few sweets due to my brothers birthday party 😞 Day 4: I put more energy and effort into this workout and when I finished I feel like I burned quite a bit and I was tired!! Day 5: I started my period and didn’t do it 😢 Day 6: didn’t do it 😴 Day 7: didn’t do it Week 2!! Day 8: I got my motivation back to do the exercise, I did it 2x and I was really tired after it but that’s how I know it worked!! I felt a burn definitely, and I’m hoping to keep going :) Day 9: I did it once in the morning, im planning on doing this in the evening also! I felt a bit of a burn, and when I’m either myself I clearly saw a difference from the last time I weighed myself :) Day 10: I did it once in the morning and I felt pretty exhausted from that but I’m also a bit sick ;) Day 11: did it 1x around like 12, im gonna do it twice later in the day, im also gonna do another workout as well so if you wanna know which one it is please reply :) Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Extra!! Typing this out so i'd feel motivated on looking better in 2 week!!
