    • What they should've done, is as a group, fund the money to go get a team of really really really good lawyers. Sure, they might have had to bite some off of their life savings, but listen, there is no way this shit would fly in court, if you present all the evidence. They could have sued for ALOT of money. Especially those police guys who had their carrers in jeapordy all because of what to me looks like some fucking officers in some no name shithole county, being jealous of all these cool cars. It's fucking pity and they didnt wanna admit it wrong. It's just blatant. It would be so easy to sue for ALOT of money here given the circumstances of being ordered to basically cause damage to their very expensive luxury vehicles, being forced to pay the towing companies, not being able to show up to work, having your carrer in jeapordy and travel expenses and so on. There is alot, maybe too much work for one lawyer to handle it on his own, but if you hire a really really really good and well known lawyer who owns a lawfirm, who has like 5 guys under him, helping him piece it all together, they could have sued for alot of money. I really hope they did that, because that's what I would have done in their shoes. I bet you that a lawfirm like that would be extatic to take on this case, because the ammount of money to be made from this is astounding. Lmao. Fucking stupid cops who don't wanna admit they did wrong.

    • @@HankScorpio64 I'm not even american, but yes I get what you mean, but I still think you miss the mark on the root of the problem. A police has by simple virtue of being a police, power over you. Now, you could say that this is artificial and I agree to some extent. They are essentially backed by the whole back-bone of the country to do whatever the fuck they want with you. Y'know, before people started having cameras on their phones, they would get away with alooot more shit aswell and you can especially see that in "small town cops" who think they are demi-gods of sort. It's repulsive and disgusting. The only reason the police exist is to keep the government in place, because otherwise people could just say "wtf? let's march it down!" and the tyrant would have to step down. Unfortunatly, that's really not gonna happen when they have their ultimate weapon: the police, which more acts as an intimidation factor, caus if it were really coming down to it, the people always outnumber the people in control and their human tools (police/military). You gotta look past the water that's already inside the boat brother, you're not changing the police, matter of fact it's just gonna get worse and worse with time. USA is already a defacto police state but you're gonna get a 1970's Mexico soon - where the cops literally were the law, walked around executing people on the streets as they saw fit and noone could do shit about it. By looking past the water that's already inside the boat, you gotta look at the people who is funding the police, namely the government. Yes. Exactly. Do you get it now? "Oh we gotta change" Lol. You honestly think you can change anything? or are you just speaking generally with some lost hope of someone else doing the work for you? Either way, you're never going to fool the tyrant, in this case you are the one who's fooled. You are too focused on their foot soldiers rather than the root of the cause. Don't focus on the causation, but rather on the cause. But oh well, that's only if you're gonna talk about this subject to begin with, ultimately it's fucking pointless. The odds stacked against us are too great, they got it all and we are mindless tax slaves infinately funneling them money as if that was granted and something given. You're best shot is to never become a public person. Never speak negatively about the police/state/government or any of the like to a large group of people. Because they will peak an interest in you and you will be put on a list of enemies in their eyes. They see people who can see past the illusions of "bad vs bad" civil distress which ultimately leads to civil war. They want it this way, because if you are focuse on killing off your fellow folk, then they aint gotta move a thumb to do it themselves. Live off grid in the eyes of the government. That's the best course of action. If you don't open your mouth or give them any reason to belive you are their enemy, you will most likely never have any problems. You might run in to some asshole cop once or twice, but hey, there is nothing to do about it other than fucking bending over and taking it right up the arse. If you however start talking to newspapers, or organising yourself in your small community and maybe even sending in letters of suggestions to changing laws, that's when you are treading dangerous territory and if you continue on that path, they will get rid of you. Remember that these people have endless resources and materials. They can get anything done, you are but an insect compared to their machine which will crush you if you even come close to appearing as a threat to them and the police is their first and foremost defence which ensures their continuation in tyranny.

  • I’m so excited/relieved to tell this massive story (Wash Post 2012 Cover Story) that we’ve kept quiet for 7yrs. First off, I’m aware of the reputation of Mischief. We’re not angels. If any of us get caught do something illegal, we’re responsible for our actions. This was a situation that we’ve never experience before. This 1.5yr nightmare with Augusta County involved 26 people and cost us tens of thousands of dollars. Thanks Ed for the opportunity to tell our story! After viewing notes: Original interview was 43min. “We never mess around the DC area”. I need to clarify that we stopped messing around the DC area after I went to jail in VA in 2006 for reckless driving 83/55. Out of the 16 cars on drive, 1 Lotus did manage to escape by hiding behind a dumpster at a gas station. The police watched all our social media accounts before and after our court dates. Our lawyer Sheila was never allowed to work in Augusta County again after defending us. Augusta refused to send me back my GoPros (I plead not guilty). I will do a followup video on our KZhead channel. - Dustin

  • I grew up in a small town. Me and my friends have all been pulled over and abused by our local small town cops. I had two separate encounters and my best friend wound up going to the emergency room with a broken rib. This was 1995-2000. Times were a little different, fewer cameras, less internet involvement and different attitudes. When my dad found out I got roughed up by a deputy, he blamed me. I live elsewhere now but I know for a fact that the same deputy who broke my friend’s rib is serving time for sexual assault. I recognize the need for police and I know some good ones personally, but I’m glad times are changing. Police need to always, ALWAYS, be accountable for their actions.

And he was most definitely NOT a gearhead because a competent officer would listened to the vehicle owner when they explained going into that field would heavily damage their car. Again that rolls right back into the first theory that the arresting officer only saw dollar signs because he assumed that these are expensive cars, they have the money to burn. Now, I'm not saying the authorities behaved appropriately either. But I do understand why a small town would be somewhat upset at being descended upon by a group of wealthy guys in flashy cars trying to use their town as a racetrack. Again, I'm not defending every action of the police and DA, but I understand. Bottom line, if you don't want to get in trouble with the police, don't speed. And if you're planning this kind of high-profile drive, it doesn't hurt to notify the local authorities ahead of time, so your arrival isn't a shock that puts them on the defensive.

Give them an inch and they'll drive a steam roller over your rights the law the policy and cheat everything they know to get you. By the way the police chief's always say they were following their training. Did you catch that? This is what they are trained to do to us! And when they get caught doing their evil, the police chief says they need more of this training. Did you catch that, more training to not be caught in the future.

    • Well since the police already didn't give a shit about actual evidence then if they stood up for themselves it would have been heftier fines jail time and getting fired from government jobs. If the cops are going to take footage without a warrent the first person who says you can't do this is going to be charged with resisting arrest and cuffed.
