When i first saw what was happening on that big one i felt sick, it just looked like entire ocean was folding down ward and over on to me! Notice when i dive under reef was right in my face only a few feet deep but when i turn to swim up i was suddenly very deep as wave had no back at all just went from 2ft to 15ft deep! Crazy spot! Epic adventure! Thanks for watching part 2 coming!

Most people have no idea the balls it takes to jump off a boat into a part of the ocean you have never been, by yourself, and sit in that impact zone. Nate got huge balls! Respect!

Huge respect for the Florence brothers, you would never see Toledo doing anything they do . Such as adventurous mad surfing, fitness and love for the ocean.. and Toledo is the world champion of surfing for the last two years, what a joke. See his piss weak world champion performance at pipeline 2024, has anyone seen Toledo surf pipeline, chopes or the box at western Australia.????????
Feels like Nate is picking up the legacy of Ross-Clarke Jones, exploring unmapped Ocean and breaks. I mean this looked like the edge of the world. The whole ocean folded over itself onto him with his nose inches from the reef. This channel is Star Trek for surfers.

So good to see surfers finally doing what bodyboarders have done for years, hunting remote slabs and just working it out manually if it’s safe to surf. This kind of stuff bridges the respect on both sides. Amazing.

Thats really inspirational filmmaking. It breaks every rule in surffilmmaking: long Clips with no cut, bad sound, no surfing, shaky camera... its so real and unreal at the same time. Amazing stuff!

On the 22nd north swell we had epic 8 ft pumping waves at Maravagi Resort in the Florida Islands group, Central Province. Can't wait for part 2 and hope you scored! Love and peace from the hapi isles

That was one of the most insane vlogs I’ve ever seen. That was bonkers. I can’t believe how cleanly you were able to dive that wave to the head, my anxiety was through the roof.
Appreciate this vlog so much. There are days like this when you are just not feeling it and need to be safe. We know you guys aren’t scared but good to see that you calculate the risks and in this instance it was too sketchy. Stay safe And I watch your Vlogs, whether you catch waves or not.

I've surfed some remote breaks on the north end of the Big Island and I can't imagine how scary that must've been. Props for even paddling out, solo no less. Crazy.

Easily one of the best surf videos I've seen in a while. Even gave a tinge of the other side of it for a bit, gut feel when out over your head yet in awe. Big boat rock on way in too. Heavy spot. Respect.
Great to see the skilled risk management. Young guys with a long life ahead of them. I’ve been 1st in the water on big days in the Mentawais, and it’s very difficult to figure out the setup, and even judge the size.
