In these days it have a lot of people bring idol and doing a lot of foolishness until it gets very serious, so this will never end

I love Darwin awards. So helpful to society. Courts aren’t as busy, more apts/houses available to rent, dropping rent, decreasing food shortage, etc etc. demands on health care, freeing up universities for applications, the list is endless.
For part 17: A lawyer in Brazil took his mother to a MRI scanning. The lawyer loved guns more than everything else and just refused to go unarmed wherever he went. There are a lot of warnings around MRI machines that say that you shouldn't keep any metallic stuff. However, the lawyer ignored all of that because he loved his gun so much. Then, when the MRI machine was turn on, the magnetic fields pulled his gun and fired it. The lawyer was shot by his own gun and died some days later from the injury.

Best one I ever heard was the petty thief who used to go round syphoning petrol out of motorhomes. On one motorhome and whilst sucking on the pipe to start the syphoning process, he found out that he'd actually put the pie in the sewage tank. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 GLORIOUS. It's what the Darwin awards are for.
Young fella, too. Story goes on to say he was very easy for the police to track down. They followed the trail of barf he left from the siphon tubing -- still in the RV -- right up to his back door. The story does not speak of the judicial disposition of this case
I bet the officers lost brain cells after seeing the drunk guy's keys were in his pockets the whole time.
The staged robbery, the runway cyclist, the burning shoes, the plastic bag beehive, the electrical wire shooter, and the motorcycle drawbridge stories I'm pretty sure are also from a previous entry in this series.

For part 17: Crushing Debt (26 September 2009, Belgium) The city of Dinant is the backdrop for this rare Double Darwin Award. Two bankrobbers attempting to make a sizeable withdrawal from an ATM died when they overestimated the quantity of dynamite needed for the explosion. The blast demolished the building the bank was housed in. Nobody else was in the building at the time of the attack. Robber One was rushed to the hospital with severe head trauma; he died shortly after arrival. Investigators initially assumed that his accomplice had managed a getaway, but the second bungler's body was excavated from the debris twelve hours later. Would-be Robbers One and Two weren't exactly impoverished--their getaway car was a BMW
This series will never end…and I love it. This is one of my favorite Be Amazed series, followed by the karma videos and revenge ones. Keep it up!

Some from throughout history: Francis Bacon - Contracted pneumonia when trying to freeze a chicken. Matthew Webb - Drowned trying to swim across rapids at Niagara Falls. Aeschylus - Killed when an eagle dropped a tortoise on his head. Madame Blancharde - Tried to set off some fireworks in a hot air balloon. Bobby Leach - Died of a broken leg after slipping on an orange peel.

Webb and Blancharde would do but not the others as the awards require you to be doing something stupid. The rest just really embarrassing accidents while doing normal stuff hence not a darwin award. Example: slipped on a banana peel while walking to work VS set up an obstacle course of banana peels and slipped while trying to get through them as fast as possible.
Glad you included the folks who survived but cannot procreate. Many people seem to forget you don't have to die to lose the ability to cancel their part of the stupid gene.

This is one series that will never end. Particularly when people think that eating contests, drinking contests, contests involving doing stupidly dangerous things, and messing with fire and/or live explosives are good ideas. Bring on the next part.

This series continuation just proves a catchphrase I always say. "People gotta be people."
Yeah...that first story. Was with my father on old mine property that he was surveying for the company in Colorado. Found a box of sweating dynamite in an old shed, so we VERY carefully made our way out of the shed, went down to the only working telephone for miles, and called the sheriff. Sheriff, who knew my father, asked if he had a rifle with him (kind of a "gimme" question because the sheriff knew my father ALWAYS carried a rifle in bear country). When my father said that he did, sheriff apparently just said that he could handle it. So, back up to the shed we go...well, HE went, I stayed at the truck which was about a quarter-mile away. He got the rifle, propped it up on a rock large enough to hide behind about 300 meters away (easy shot...he'd been in the Marines), aimed, and fired at the wall near where the dynamite was. Either the force of that 30.06 round passing close enough to the box was enough, or he hit the box, but it didnt matter. That shed was GONE! Small bits of debris and rocks were falling even out near the truck! My father comes walking out of the dust-cloud, lit up a cigarette, made a comment about how that was better than sex, and we drove to the next survey site. Just another day at the office, for him.
Those two Australian guys stabbing eachother in the dark sounds like how Bugs Bunny would defeat Rocky and Mugsy.
This series will continue forever. When be amazed dies, we must continue his legacy
Welp glad to see that this amazing series continues on. Even when we get to part 16! Looking forward to number 17 where we find more ways people well met their end very stupidly.
There's a Darwin Award winner story that has given me nightmares. It was a girlfriend who went over to her boyfriends house drunk after they'd been fighting and banged on his door. He wasn't home, but assuming he was and just wasn't answering because of the fight she started looking around for other ways into his house, eventually settling on the chimney. She attempted to climb down head first for some reason, unaware that the chimney shaft narrowed before opening into the fireplace, and she got stuck. She probably shouted for help but the sound didn't carry out the chimney and the weight of her body kept wedging her further and further into the shaft, compressing her chest and making it gradually impossible to breathe. It is, frankly, one of the worst ways to die I can think of and I shiver every time I think of that poor, foolish person. **shudder**

Horrible. I feel sorry for her, but at the same time I can't help wondering how she could get that idea, even being drunk. Trying to get in through the chimney is of course a very stupid and dangerous idea in the first place, but climbing down head first???
@@mayday6916 Yah, no question it was an incredibly stupid decision. I think what gives me the icy shiver down the spine is the realization that we all, myself definitely included, make the occasional stupid decision without thinking, and that if you are really unlucky that stupid decision can lead to a really grim ending. I'm sure, however foolish she was being, that it probably seemed like a perfectly reasonable decision to her in the moment.
Always get super excited when there’s a new installment of this series, I don’t know how I didn’t notice this one! I’m kinda that one friend that intentionally does idiotic things every 2 seconds so maybe someday I’ll be on this series 😌

The one with the fireworks up the rear definitely had me laughing, nothings better than pure stupidity with dire consequences especially if you wanted children but are now unable to.

I can’t even begin to imagine how traumatizing it would have been to be the neighbour running to get their garden hose to put the woman out only to have them die from burning.

I have NEVER had the pleasure of watching this series before, so after laughing so hard at the end I just HAD to start watching your series from the beginning. Gotta tell ya, unless there were two bumblebee-heads in Brazil back in 2002 who asphyxiated themselves while trying to remove a bee hive, we've got a duplicate story here lolol. Not a worry though as it is funnier the second time around.

Probably not. The Burger King Robbery story was also told in this series, but it didn't tell the plan of how the firefighters would come "rescue" the woman in the freezer, nor that the Day Manager got her just desserts because she STUPIDLY kept the money on her AND in a paper bag. Talk about Grade A idiocy.
Love these series but I need to be honest, some of the stories put up here have been mentioned before in your earlier videos like the Brazil Walkman incident, the Burger King manager incident and the tennis lady cleaning her shoes with gasoline etc. it’s like you’re recycling the stories but I guess it’s more fun to tell the same stories again in a funnier way. Been a fan of your channel since 2019 so yeah I pay a lot of attention. Keep it up!!❤❤❤🎉

Great video as always! But we've seen a few of these before. Like the fast food robbery, bike over bridge, shooting at electrical utility pole and plastic bag over head to protect from bees. Unless it has happened on more than one occasion. Which, honestly, wouldn't surprise me. Cool to finally see the fireworks up the 🍑

I always feel so guilty for enjoying this series, I laughed about the bike making the leap given the rider did not and the demise of the Sunderland guy (known as Mackems in the area). All excellent, all bonkers ways to go, this is one of my favourite series on your channel ❤

17:14 wow, this one really hit home, since just 3 days ago I happened to witness a head on collision of two guys who were driving scooters. It was pretty bad, one of the scooters broke into pieces and it's driver was lying on the ground with blood gushing from his nose and mouth. The other guy was able to stagger to the sidewalk after getting his scooter off his legs but was clearly also hurt pretty bad. I called 911 and stuck around until help arrived, some other drivers pulled over to help too, one was a nurse who turned the bleeding guy on his side so he wouldn't drown in his own blood. I hope the guys are okay, neither of them were wearing helmets.

i am impressed that he got the dynamite even to the hole in the ground. Nitroglycerin is the basically definition of highly explosive. Its shown in so many movies , where sweating people move around some of that stuff in fear to even slightly shake it a bit.

We had a lady slow roll right through our construction barricade, dragging a cone under her front bumper the whole way. She "didn't notice" until the detail cop stepped in front of her car and hammer fisted her hood.
