This show was very good for me, for those who didn't see it Alex Horne from Taskmaster just like SHOWED UP and I screamed at the idea that they know eachother. I was very sad when I could no longer re-watch it.

i actually got to meet dan akroyd in a liquor shop where he was selling & signing bottles of crystal head vodka some years ago. i did not even know who he was then but i now have a bottle of it waiting for me for my 21st birthday so that's... something!
I work in a liquor store and I can never remember what the fuck the skull bottle is called so I usually mentally refer to it as "dead guy vodka."

Of course it's based on a true story. Don't you remember the news talking about how Harrison Ford survived a nuclear blast by hiding in a fridge? They took that and put it in the movie as a reference to the incident, both to show how cool he is, and as a fun meta treat for those of us at home.
