JYP himself told what's their mistakes even in the small details and corrects them that's why they're so synchronize
In one of the show, JYP said that he took a couple of photos of them while dancing, the photos must have them in same poses, that's when he ensure they're synchronized

I watched another show with their CEO and he explained that the level of precision required was such that he would pause the practice videos at any point and check to see if they were perfectly synched.

U should definitely check Gfriend’s dance practice! they have the most brilliant moves and known as the most synchronized girl group! anyway love the reaction!
In Master in the House (with JYP), it's revealed that when ITZY performs JYP takes screenshots as they're performing in their video. Every screenshot they all have to have the same move, with a beautiful/straight/clean dance line. If they don't, they send that shot to their group chat to discuss that they need to improve on that part.

the one you mentioned that has a sister is chaeryeong, she is one of the main dancers in itzy (along with yeji)! her sister is chaeyeon (also my pfp), the main dancer for iz*one and one of the best dancers in the industry at the moment. it’s rare to see a dancer that uses their joints like chaeyeon!

Like you, JYPark himself LOVES synchronization too. He also has this idea that his idols’ choreo should be simple enough for fans to follow along, so when you watch JYP artists dance practices you’ll see that their moves maybe aren’t as hard as some other companies but they’ll be very clean and synchronized.

chaeryeong’s sister, chaeyeon is izones main dancer! she’s one of the best recognized dancers in kpop
Some fans theorize that ITZY's Dalla Dalla and SKZ has a connection, that Elevator in the MV might be a reference to SKZ's Hellevator, the glitches is present in SKZ MVs especially their early days (District 9, My Pace, etc), that set in the rap part is the same set in SKZ's My Pace. Dalla Dalla also talks about being different from others like My Pace. Also, ITZY and SKZ appeared in one survival show before (but SKZ won so they'll debut first). etc
for itzy it’s all about execution they make even simpler movements look incredible

Dalla Dalla is their debut song so that's why the mv isn't as "flashy" as the others. I think during & after ICY's mv filming, JYP's directors & editors have had a clear idea of what they want ITZY's mv to look like. You can definitely see the improvement from Dalla Dalla to Wannabe
this is their debut song and a title track. I think that since wannabe is their third title track, they were able to put more into it set-wise 😊

Dalla Dalla is their debut song, it's their first MV that they put out. Each comeback they level up their MV and the choreo for each song. ICY and Wannabe is so Good

This girl (Chaeryeong) is one of the main dancers of ITZY as Yeji. And Chaeryeong’s sister Chaeyeon (who is from IZ*one) also one of the best dancers in this generation of k pop. Please react to IZ*one. Hope you’ll like it.

dalla dalla is their debut. since jyp had so many comebacks planned for itzy within the year i don’t think he wanted to show everything they had in one go to keep the public interested so it’s a little less flashy

yayy so glad you're getting into girl groups! also just curious, would you consider watching queendom on patreon? i really enjoyed your rtk reactions and i think it'd be really interesting to see ur opinion on the original version of rtk- queendom! there were some really great performances (both vocally and performance-based) and although there were definitely less stunts and tricks and intense choreo than rtk, it's a great way to get to know some more super super talented girl groups!! (plus you'll kind of get to know yooa from oh my girl- you've seen her in hit the stage with u-kwon as well as featuring in onf's performance in rtk! she's an incredible dancer!)

JYP is very strict when it comes to Itzy's synchronization - he takes photos during their performance and sees per shot if they are uniform 😭
I recommend you to check out all IZ*ONE dance practices because their synchronization are the best among K-girl groups (from computer data with almost 96% sync)
I tried learning this choreo, and my knees HURT and I got really confused at first on how to do the moves, really upped my admiration for them!
I remember there was a interview or sth where itzy mentioned that JYP would take pictures of them while dancing and check if they all had the same levels etc. They really do pay a looot of attention to synchronization
how to not pause every 10 seconds if every ten seconds they are generously giving us iconic sequences, making them rain on us like sprinkles on ice cream

There's Chaeryoung, her sister Chaeyoung is in a group called IZ*ONE. You should check out her dance compilations. Not biased but she's definetly one of the best female dancers out there

I usually get goosebumps from songs and very talented singers but ITZY is whole different level. They can give me goosebumps just by their moves and yes I've watched and tried it without background music.

i think the only thing that is a big bad thing in dalla dalla's dance is the lack of formations. if i remember correctly, they first changed from the 3:2 formation in the middle/near end of the choreography.

one thing that i think should be pointed out in good GG choreo is that they choreo their neck too so that the hairography is synchronised and looks good.
