Sling Ring portals can open portals between universes. In What If, Supreme Strange used a sling ring portal to summon Zombies from the Zombie Universe. They just didn’t do that in NWH. It seems one has to be powerful enough in order to use a sling ring to open a portal to another universe.

Definitely just miscommunication between writers cause it definitely negates the plot of MoM, but i’m sure they are supposed to open portals between “realities” they said and it does let them access the mirror dimension etc but I feel like parallel universes, No. however it seems what if writers just treated it as the multiverse..

I think Mordo’s saying in the first Doctor Strange that slings rings could allow users to travel the multiverse is purely a writers oversight before the rules of the multiverse were more refined in the future

Ned brought Strange back from the mirror dimension at the end of NWH. The void could be a dimension shared by all existing timelines that remains there even after a timeline has been pruned due to its ties to the remaining timelines yet to be pruned.
Baron Mordo in Dr Strange 1 explained how the rings are able to open portals throughout the "Multiverse" verbatim
although if this is true it would ruin the whole plot point of MoM and the need for America Chavez

There's not a single mcu character in that trailer. My guess is that all of the scenes from the trailer are from the first half of the movie (even Cassandra nova doesn't look like a villain either) and they're trying to trick us from the main plot, My guess is that portal is going somewhere where the major conflict is really happening.
Surely a 2+ hour "MCU" movie won't revolve around a void looking universe filled with x men characters fighting each other till the end of the movie. so i think that portal is 100% going to another universe (most likely MCU) and Deadpool will surely interact with a lot of MCU characters we won't expect

There's no question that the two universes are presented as adjacent and able to influence each other. Different question whether the actor of an MCU character actually appears and talks and stuff.

It’s been implied/stated that sling rings are used to travel throughout the multiverse. We just haven’t seen it much. Just in what if when strange supreme (granted a particularly powerful sorcerer) uses a sling ring to summon zombies from another universe on top of ultron. So it can be done, meaning Ryan Reynolds and the Deadpool team wouldn’t be “breaking the rules” if they used it in that way.
Mordo does say in the first Strange movie that sling rings allow them to travel the multiverse its right there in the first movie when we are first introduced to them

Could be Ned’s sling ring. In the comics, Wolverine fights Spiderman and accidentally kills Ned. Maybe it’s a Ned variant (Hobgoblin) that’s been hunting Wolverine and then they jump from one “Oh shit” scenario straight into another “Oh shit” with emo Ned.

14:28 Ngl, I still wonder what it would've felt like if they kept the scene of Wanda killing the Sorcerers & using a decapitated body to fight the others. It's probably better that they cut it bcos that probably would've made Wanda seem too villainous - I just think it sounds cool & creative lol.

You do a hell of a job you put yourself through the ringer to try to find any connection from a trailer to the potential big story picture you know for a fact, how trailers work how they will lead you down a rabbit hole where you want or not which is the whole idea to have people talking about what’s going on, so then when they go, they want to go see what is actually happening. I know they’re gonna come after you. It’s part of the job it shouldn’t be but they will but listen. In the training sequence of the first Doctor Strange film, Mordo clearly says that the sling rings allow sorcerers to “travel throughout the Multiverse.” Therefore they should allow a sorcerer to travel to another universe, providing that he can “see every detail” in his mind’s eye. It might be helpful if Marvel stopped using the terms “dimension” and “universe” interchangeably. They’re not really the same things, and it can lead to confusion.
I feel like in the film deadpool will say: “Now before you complain that this doesn’t abide by the rules of the MCU…”

Has anybody else noticed there’s a VFX mistake?? While jumping through, in one frame part of the right leg of Wolverine is cut. Maybe that’s because this shot was altered and rushed to put out the trailer 😅🤷🏻♂️.
Also, I think wade is going to call himself "DR DOOM" and that's what his swords say. "DR" & "DOOM". Sharp as medical tools and just as deadly.

Supreme Strange used it in What if to summon the zombies from the zombie universe. So what mordo stated in ds1 is infact true but to be able to do that you must be op like supreme strange.

The portal scene is most likely in the end of the film, and they travel to the MCU universe.

Crazy thought, but what if it's actually Dr. Doom on the other side of the portal?
#1 no it's not. They would not include the climax scene of the movie in the trailer. That would be like if in the Infinity War trailer they showed Thanos snapping. #2 As they discussed in this video, Sling Ring Portals don't travel between universes. #3 It's not climatic enough to even be a final scene. Cassandra doesn't even care that they are leaving. If they were going to have a final scene of Deadpool and Wolverine escaping into the MCU with a portal, there would be way more stakes.
Temp pads have the same energy color as the sling rings, and as the other sorcerer magics, so maybe the temp pads tech is based on the sling ring and magics
What if Juan was with Deadpool wolverine and when they went through the portal, they just start going through bunch of portals like from different iconic scenes in movies and Juan just keeps casting more and more portals and they just like kind of run through all of them cause that would be so cool😃
That Sling ring portal has to be when they jump into the events of Endgame battle when Wong opens up all the portals for all the heroes to appear and this is the perfect time for Ryan Reynolds Deadpool to come face to face with Thanos. If that's not the case then it has to be something surprising that they won't reveal until the movie's premiere. Also Cassandra Nova is allowing them to jump into the sling portal and purposely wants both of them to screw something up.
It's probably going to look so goofy tho, if that really happens, unless they actually interact with some characters that were there. But I fear that it will be as corny as the cw Flash doing time travel thing.

the colours of this kind of magic can be unique to the universe the sorcerer is from, M.O.M for reference, so we might clearly be seeing a 616 sorcerer at work here, my bet is we are seeing a pruned 616 character or future moment that would be mirrored later and could feature America on the otherside and they're suddenly brought into a bigger problem/Villian and they handle their part of the mission but we only see their POV/part of the mission (like watching inifinty war but only Gamora's screen time or role in the movie)
I don’t think anyone has talked about the fact that if Deadpool and wolverine are in the void, that would mean that they were both pruned in the movie

@@jbarajasp no, we havent seen anyone come in using a tenpad but we saw morbius leave the void using the tenpad. So it basically acts as a gateway to and fro. I think the reason the tva agents never went there was because of alioth,they basically had no business going to the void
@@essayhelp01 I don’t think it has a way to get into the void. The void is inaccessible unless you get pruned, otherwise the void would be pointless entirely if people could just get in and out whenever. But it can act as a gateway to enter other places for sure.

Alan Silvestri is the composer for Back to the Future and Avengers films so I'm sure if they wanted to use a medley crumb from it, it probably wouldn't be too hard to get. Ready player one used a small piece of it for the Zemeckis cube.

Sling rings have been said to be able to traverse the multiverse but would need to be “strong enough” to “see” the universe and place they’d be jumping to. I think this creates a “barrier of entry” that most sorcerers wouldn’t ever get to but the strongest of sorcerers like supreme strange and agamoto probably can.
There have been plenty of times a sling portal was just left open though. Sorcerers don’t need to constantly make the hand motion to keep the portal open.
We don’t know the full capability of the sling ring at this point - so I am still supportive of your video’s possibilities
