you should get proper audio recording equipment consisting in realistic* mics placed very near each individual instrument, and to a mixer interface* to computer running a daw. . by realistic i mean inexpensive measurement mics in example t-bone mm-1 or expensive Ehrlund EHR-E. by mixer interface i mean something like inexpensive yamaha mw12 that has one output, or other modern expensive mixer interfaces that allows to record each instrument at once individually in order to adjust the levels in postproduction. there are hundreds of home studio music engineers teaching on youtube how to apply plugins like Waves 12. then syncronize that audio to the audio of the video, without including any room ambience sound.
