  • I love how detailed you get with your performance reviews! What version of the firmware was this testing done on? I know they said they are working on lowering click latency while still preventing slam clicks and I wonder if the newer versions of the firmware have better latency.

    • @@adovkoder 3395 is the poverty sensor that everyone else is using, 3950 is the sensor that razer has been using which has been the best across the board and razer has had exclusivity on it (idk if that exclusivity either has expired or is about to expire). Eitherway razer has a deal with pixart where they have exclusivity on any new sensor they release for 2 years or so before anyone else can use it, meaning the best sensor is more or less ALWAYS reserved for razer and no one else.

  • I’ve been using fingertip for years, and I don’t think weight disqualifies this mouse. You get used to it. Lighter weights are nice, but they’re not necessary for a mouse to be a top performer.

  • Just waited for this Release but invested my Money now in VGN Dragonfly and the Zaopin pro but doesnt shipped yet , just wait like 40Days now :D But if i wanted to try a Vaxxee Mouse than the Np01/s because its a bit different to my other Mouse and should be a good Addition in my Collection :)

  • This is my favorite mouse its fit my hand perfectly. At first I felt it a little heave because I have a Razer V2 and Pulsar X2. Because the shape is so perfect I got used to the weight. The sensor implementation NP-01S is amazing. Competitive mode is so responsive I feel more snapping and faster that my V2 in 4k. I play in 240hz monitor on Valorant and Overwatch. Tracking for me is better NP-01S than X2 and V2. So if anybody like this shape this mouse 10/10 for gaming.

  • You eventually feel more accurate and more confident in your aim than you did with the Vaxee XE wireless? I am quite tempted to get one of those on its next drop but I am also hesitating to get Atlantis mini 4k and the Pulsar X2V2 instead... I play mainly in fingertip grip but I can use some claw grip too on certain mice

    • @@321zxc I eventually tried all of them and ditched them afterwards. I am now using the G-Wolves HTS+ which is really good overall, except the annoying charging cable that is super hard to plug into the mouse

  • Not sure if you compared the wired with the Viper Mini, but how do you compare their grip width, or at least their shape for fingertip chums like me? 😬 I have hand dimensions extremely similar to yours, so any input from you would be clutch! I'm not sure if I aim for the NP-01s, or if I wait for the OP1we to make it's appearance! I kinda feel desolate after the whole Razer Cobra Pro fiasco 😅

    • @@reverseplant5834 I did, but man, it just doesnt give enough insight :/ For example, there are no real measurements of grip width, neither shows properly the slope from top to bottom of the grip, and those can be huge on how a mouse feels in hand

  • I would love it if vaxee keep selling this 'feature rich/heavy' version and release a light weight version around 60g, i love the vaxee XE in terms of shape and features but it gets really uncomfortable if i play for longer sessions(5-6hr) especially as im a low dpi player (400dpi) and in games where i 180 or swipe a lot 70g is a death sentence its fine for csgo and valorant where i am holding corners but not much else

    • i recall reading 70g is there ideal and don't want to go lighter. Vaxee is founded by a CSGO pro afterall.

    • had the same problem as you and lighter mice did not fix it on my end (just made my aim unstable), but what helped me the most was adjusting my chair a bit higher, you should give it a try although i think youve problably done it already

    • @@kennwin Thats why i mentioned 70g is good for csgo and valorant where you arent swinging around and have to look a lot of different places, go look at some high level fortenite gameplay for complex building in end game fights lighter is better for those kind of games

  • I love what Vaxee are doing but.....I just can't find any "in stock" in my region.....as for Zowie, I can find and buy anywhere here in Australia....Even on Vaxee website, virtually everything is either "out of stock" or "coming soon". fml :D

    • It's more so about adapting to a mouse that you buy, not so much about how it feels initially when you get it. Factors such as size and shape can matter, but you should always use proper time to adjust to your peripherals. 1-2 months to get fully adjusted.

    • Many mice have stiff middle clicks. I haven't had any action bound to the scroll click in years because of this. I suggest you do the same!

    • Apex has more binds than other FPS games and I'm out of convenient keys to use. For me giving up middle click for ping is not an option.

    • @@NY-Vice most people will have no issue with the np01s middle click. I've also played Apex and for example Quake Champions just fine with a 60% keeb and no actions on scroll click.

    • @@NY-Vice 60% keyboards are usually easy to program which means like 4x the possible near wasd binds vs regular boards, what to press shouldnt be an issue; use capslock as a layer key
