No dog breed no matter what dog it is, I repeat no dog, no matter what breed it is (you can name them all - Tosa, Kangal, Dogo Argentino etc.. name them all my brother) (You can spend 100 years naming them all) None can beat a North American wolf, these tiny small European wolves are like house cats in comparison to a Timber/Dire wolf 🐺 Happy to help aha I love your passion for dogs but you're absolutely hilarious 😉 My favourite dog breed is called Karelian Bear Dog (I have one) I also love Rottweilers, Japanese Akita's & Bully Kutta's. I'm of Pakistani origin, so back home we have Bully Kutta's, they are massive they look like donkeys no lie, we use to strap equipment on his shoulders which is for planting seeds in the field & he would go up & down in the field in straight lines, a working dog) Also many years ago we had carnivals/festivals & every month there was dog fights. The dogs don't fight to the death, it's more of a wrestling fight, tactical fight, they wrestle & submit, pin down their opponent, then they are separated/stopped. I'm against dog fighting but this was my childhood. The Tosa Inu & Bully Kutta both have a different fighting style compared to any other dog in the world. I love dogs but trust me no dog can beat a proper wolf & I'm not American I live in the UK so there's no bias from me, only knowledge & facts 🙂

Tibetan Mastiffs are a primitive breed. That has change some work some who have been bred for show type, and for other domestic characteristics. They are not trainable in terms training like a German Shepherd or herding dog. They need a person who has a strong alpha personality Their skills as a flock guardian and protection dog are there in their nature. Someone mentioned the wolves in the video not being like Canadian wolves. I have seen videos in the past of Tibetan Mastiffs taking down wolves in the Pacific Northwest which I know are much larger than the wolves in my area. Just personal videos from friends.

This is most likely a large black Mongolian wolf, the black color gene in wolves came from mixing with dogs in the wild. This also indicates that wolf-dog mixed breeds born in nature are quite competitive with pure wolves, both in Asia and in North America. Otherwise, black wolves would not have been found in nature.

Here in Germany there is a new development using asian #Yaks as highly efficient protectors against our wolves. Different protecting dogs together with the Russian #Barsoi could defend against wolves as well. Unfortunately we had traditional wolf guardians in Europe but the breeds got extinct because wolves were eliminated by humans. Now wolves returned. We also have an increasing number of Tibetan Mastiffs in Germany.

Tibetan Mastiffs may be your best Dog since they like to stay close to the live stock. What I found funny was that one Wolf going back to eating and keeping the Dogs at bay that made me wonder about them.
An easy self make spike collar and a self make spike armor using bamboo stripes, nylon strings, Velcro straps will make a LDG almost invincible. And it's so cheap and easy to make. If a snow leopard strikes on the 2" nails, the dog might be bruised, the cat will be limping for a long time. Any wolf bites the dog's body will not be able to eat for a week. Timber wolf will be useless. The owners won't lose any more dogs. This armor is so light and so flexible and won't interfere the dog's mobility, the secret is using bamboo.

Most of this is correct except for stating that practise doesnt show that the wolf has the advantage, and that when it stops and fights the chances for its victory are low, this is ignorant. Its true that wolves prefer to flee, but if two animals of the same weight face off in a situation that doesnt favor either one the wolf almost always wins.

A hunting dog can guard livestock he will attack farm animals if not his own farm he will attack animals in villages or other farms . second is 5 000 m above sea level dogo will collapse. Winter is not jock in Himalaya. And escorting livestock is not exercise for sport is everyday working . Vet are rare in that Highland and that fragile white color pet will freeze.
