I get shut down all the time asking chat gpt things. I aksed chat gpt how to buy an unprogrammed ai last time and it told me. Even though open ai messaged it violated their policy. The chat has also let me know the programmers stopped its ability to learn new data outside conversations since 2022.

Computer programs can't do anything on their own. AI is specifically a computer program that does things on its own. I dont understand people that say "AI can't create anything original" because its completely untrue. AI can and will go off in the direction it wants and it will eventually be so much smarter than us that we won't be able to control it forever
