  • Shout out from pool guy in Texas. You did a good job. Drain cleans are a challenge and time consuming. For the critics, this man is being transparent with his work and providing free education for people to learn about a trade that has a lot of gate keeping. This is how I was taught and I think he was pretty professional. When you own a business or manage the accounts, customer communication is a full time job. Also pool guys are people and have to multitask not just the business but our personal lives. Sometimes we need to move slower to deal with stuff. The business is a marathon not a race.

I have a 2 step plan for you! 1: forget this channel exists, it's why he uses the phone 2: think about it, clearly if he's still getting work the phone isn't an issue to his clients or boss/employer (unless he's self employed in which case he is the boss)

Half of you check your phone every 5 minutes, sit on your phone while someone has a conversation with you. Maybe he has a sick child at home, maybe he puts on a different song, etc. So many things you don't know about him but still complain.
