So this pool was apparently left for around 4 years while that’s probably correct it does look like it’s been left for much longer!
The pool was actually completed last year, however the surround wasn’t and the customer wanted to enjoy the pool for summer and resume ground works after pool season finished!
I really wanted to get the whole project in one video rather than post with it half done!
So here we are full pool and surround transformation!

The first glance at this looks like an old pond, with primordial soup and sewage in it. Lots of very hard work and good skills applied. Then the beauty of the garden is crowned with a gorgeous pool. What a reveal.
Fantastic transformation! The only design flaw though with this pool for me was the lack of steps or even a ladder to get in and out of.
It’s more aesthetically pleasing without any of that, plus some people don’t need it, not much of a flaw more of an interesting decision
I agree it's not fun if you have little ones.
I too do not understand the lack of basic pool entry amenities. Maybe they just put a floaty in, jump, and hope for the best? 😂

Wow! Incredible transformation! It went from a pond to a pool! I've watched carpets being cleaned, pressure washing, drains being unclogged and a whole manner of oddly satisfying videos in the past - I guess I can add pool transformations to the list now too! 😅

We just bought a house that came with an above ground pool that looked a lot like this, it's been almost 2 weeks of shocking and scrubbing but we can finally see the bottom and started the vacuuming today! Super excited for it to be swimmable!

Hi, any suggestions on what I can use to get algae off my vinyl pool liner. It’s an above ground pool and the walls from the water line down is covered. I wasn’t able to physically take care of my pool at the end of last season and it’s a mess now. I just got it drained today and the floor isn’t that bad it’s the walls I’m concerned about. I tried spraying a mixture of bleach and water today but it’s super windy and chilly so I couldn’t apply it properly or scrub it. I’ve dealt w it around the water line before but not the entire sides. Thank you!

The grass growing on the cover blew my mind. It was abandoned for so long that decaying organic matter actually turned into enough dirt to grows grass lol. I can't believe it was actually salvagable.

Lovely work! Aside from the lack of steps I would have put a higher edge so dirt and debris can’t just fall into the pool but everyone is different 😊

When they did my pool liner it was the coolest thing. First they pumped the water into holding pools then took out the old lining. The walls of my pool r wood swap Cyprus never seen it before pretty cool
