Graham this would actually be a great series on self employed entrepreneur window washers, car detailers, landscapers, dog walkers, baby sitters etc
Yes 💯% do it Graham 👍
Flight instructor, doctor, and did I forget he did the garbagemen as well?
Completely agree!
I agree I loved it! We do electronic repairs and its not this great. I wonder how good it would be in utah to wash windows. I bet it wouldn't work in the winter.
@@TechMDKZhead I didn’t even think about that I bet it is pretty seasonal unless you’re in a good climate area year round like California or Florida
20 years old and you already have that mindset?? You are absolutely gonna kill it in life dude very inspiring
totally
You have not seen the gamer kids. They are from 14 and up, and making up to 200k a year, making gaming content, selling merch, coaching other players. Day traders from 18 up making 50 to 500k. And people still talking smack about the younger generations.
@@justicewatch4602 because majority of gen z chooses not to use the tools/opportunities they have available to them
@@ilovecapybaraanimals9411 Takes longer for some if not most. Most, get a job, and stay there, but those jobs are shrinking. There's a lot of side hustle now. Things you don't even see. People never really talk to them, but assume a lot. Is it harder for them? Yes! Young bro, that drove the shuttle to drop me off and pick me up while my truck go serviced had to live way out of town just to afford the rent. Just a few years ago, it was not like that. So, his life already got harder. That window washing can get saturated and undercut very quickly. Just like most things. But there is a guy here that makes bank doing that while he tries to become a writer. Not everybody has got, or even should have that hustle in the riches country in the world.
@@GrahamStephanI JUST STARTED THIS TODAY. I got a good amount of No’s but I’m not stopping. This on the side is very doable just be careful y’all even if there is a “ don’t solicit sign” knock … don’t back down.
It's dope seeing Graham's honesty and humility about doing the door to door. It really is such a heartbreaking feeling when you're nervous talking, going door to door, and then getting rejected. Man, that feeling is not good
Especially interesting considering Graham has made an incredible living talking to literally millions of people. But face to face is a different game completely
@@jonezy6056 Had the exact same thought. Super smooth and in his element in front of a camera but genuinely feels off door to door. Which is totally understandable!
As a sales person and just a person person I absolutely loved this video!
To overcome that fear I became a Security Guard, now people come to me to reject me. Feels better though and gives you more confidence.
It also doesn’t matter. Look how much they made on his first day despite that. That’s the lesson in life and sales: the no’s don’t matter.
Possibly your best video. Listening to Tyler talk for ten seconds, I want to hire him. He exudes professionalism and competence, because he IS both. The crucial part of the pitch for me is “includes all windows, sills, frames and screens”: I start mentally tabulating all my windows, realizing there’s a bunch and I don’t even know how many, and then multiplying that by four … equals THAT’S A LOT OF WORK. At that point, $250 sounds like a bargain for all that, which I’m guaranteed not to be as efficient or good at as this competent guy who obviously does this every day. Easy sale. I wish I had a way to bet on Tyler. I would. He’s a winner.
I LOVE this comment more than anything. He deserves the world and I’m so glad people are now able to see just how great he is. He absolutely is a winner through and through, he wins at home and in his work and kills it every time. Thank you for taking the time to let him know what you see in him. God bless you.
❤
I love watching Graham doing hands on work instead of just talking into a camera. Way to go Graham. 😀
More to come!
@@GrahamStephan that ending was perfect. the look of defeat at the request of cleaning your own windows was so pure and real. haha great video and just shows how the hustle most people don't have pays off for those who take it and run.
Yes bro love this kind of company
Same!
Now if he could work as fast as he speak he could’ve made $3000 that day 😂. Like the ending of the video
inspirational young gentleman. Find problems, offer solutions
totally!
@@GrahamStephan so many bots in your comments section lol
Absolutely!
In agreement with others, this would be a fascinating series to watch Graham try on a day in the life of various other businesses. This could be plumbers, stock brokers, interior designers, caterers, and so forth. Watch Graham as he tries on a new type of business for a day with an established business owner.
This needs to be upvoted!
It's like the show Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe but instead with an extremely unskilled useless employee
@@DJSolistica LMAO came here looking for- or to say this
@@DJSolistica Gosh that's funny 🤣
Wow! What a fulfilling feeling being able to impact someone like that around the world. Congrats on all the success Tyler you have a bright future in the game ahead of you.
Was Tyler part of your program do you remember?
@@nxtgen2666 definitely not bro, you don't need a program, you just need to mentally learn how to talk sales with people lol. You get that off watching these guys free!
Josh ur an absolute inspiration love the work you put out U definitely deserve every penny my man Keep up with the amazing content much love bro 💗👍
Gang gang
Somewhat true. But there's a lot of nuance to door to door as far as why people say no and how to overcome the same objection said at a different point in the sale because they mean two different things.@@Dance_Party
I actually really like this video! It’s a change of content. This would be a really cool series where you spend a day shadowing successful people! I would support it!! **Plus this brings me back to my door to door sales jobs and it also terrifies me 😅
Thank you! Would be a fun series.
The next Mike Rowe
@@owencline6182 I thought about that when I commented, and honestly thought it would be awesome. Instead of ‘Dirty Jobs’ it would be something like ‘A Day In The Life As…’ or something of that nature. I’m definitely not great at titles, but I’m way excited about this 😂
Agreed. Good switch up of content into something interesting and promoting go getters and side hustles and successful careers. And the humor fsho 👌
I want to do videos like that but I'm a small youtuber.
Was LOL'ing for real. Watching Graham do manual labor was so satisfying. And when he said "and there's a bee up here" I dropped. Good on this guy for ditching corporate America and making his own way. I'd love to show this to my sales people. He talks about the fact that sales is just a numbers game - the more doors you knock on the more sales you make - and he also swiftly overcomes objections but does so without being pushy or rude. Enjoyed this a lot.
haha thanks for watching!
I agree, his attitude was really great 👍
Graham, you got me to hit the like button because of how REAL this video was. It’s nice to see the physical work from time to time. Thank you for highlighting this guy’s story. Wishing your back a speedy recovery after all that cleaning.
This kid is impressive. His mindset is unbelievable at that age. Sounds like he had to grow up fast.
This was different, but I loved it. Shadowing entrepreneurs is your new calling man. Great content! 👍
I appreciate that!
Love this style of content. I think we need more of this. It gives us the inside image of a successful blue collar worker. Some people have to swallow the anxiety to become successful. If you don't push outside your comfort zone, then you're holding back a lot of opportunity for growth.
This was so cool. Loved everything about this episode. From finding the guy, linking up with him, to Graham joining in on the work - great stuff! Ty's testimony was so cool to hear. Thanks for sharing Graham.
It's actually so intriguing to see our man Graham out of his comfort zone. I've learned so much from this video. It's so different from your other videos. Very practical learning type of video
"The day a millionaire cleaned my windows". But seriously this is very inspirational for any younger person who is willing to put in the effort. One of my best friends did window cleaning when he was young. Now he has several rental properties and is retired at 50.
Could you tell me what other incomes he got from?
@@thegentleman03 Sure, he worked a full time job doing IT work. He also lived WAY below his means. He actually rented out a house that was nicer than the one he lived in. He is frugal but not overly so. He drives used cars but has owned several boats, a dune buggy, a Jeep, some motorcycles.
@@olliehopnoodle4628 wow, thank you!
Gotta like it and appreciate that Graham did this, pushing beyond his anxiety.
Worth it! :)
This was a much-needed video. Showcasing inspiration, determination, mindset, and that yes you can still make it in today's times. Plus it's got Graham with boots on the ground. Win win.
Echoing what others have said - this has been my favorite video of yours recently. Your generosity matched with his smart request of asking to speak with you really kicked off something great. You have a real opportunity here to use your platform to help shine a light on rising entrepreneurs and show your audience that anything's possible if they're willing to put themselves out there and go for it. Inspiring!
Props to Graham for putting himself through this. This is a good gig and it pays great. It makes you appreciate the position we are in. I work in an office, but I've done landscaping and construction and my family work in the fields of California, so i appreciate the hard workers amd what they do. I wish the guy nothing but success for him.
I’ve watched for years and learned so much and now making a great living from multiple streams. But this…. This is a golden series in the making. Everyone talks about how easy it is to start your own biz and make money. This shows that’s it’s not impossible but nothing in this life is given to you. YOU HAVE TO GO AND GET IT !
Loved this style of video!! One of my favs I've seen in awhile!!
Great video Graham! Love that you're "not above" doing work with your hands like so many people that only make a fraction of what you do. Great video, keep up the good work!
This video was excellent graham! Love that you used your platform to spotlight this hard working young man! Also a good reminder that there are many different definitions and paths to success. And he didn’t even have to take out student loans to be making $1K+ a day! May god continue to bless him and his young family.
Raise your hand if you've been watching Graham Stephan for a long time🤚

I've been a watcher for years and a first time commenter because I wanted you to know how INCREDIBLE of a series this could be. GREAT video and more like tis would be awesome!
What a great video Graham, very inspiring and congratulations to the young man for having that positive mentality. Thank you for taking the time to share valuable information!
This was great! I loved seeing Graham try something new and interviewing someone doing something different to be successful in their own right!
Dude this was honestly one of THE BEST videos to come from you in a long time i really really enjoyed it . Hope you do some more . Cheers from your biggest fan in Colombia amigo!!!
Way to work through the anxiety of knocking on doors Graham. A couple years ago I tried to do door to door sales for a roofing company. I was all good and had the info down, but when I actually walked up to the first door - I couldn't do it, I tried several doors - It was just beyond me, I am an introvert, and cold calling is just beyond me. But I do great when people call me to have work done, I get great word of mouth referrals and repeat customers and keeps me as busy as I want to be. I've been a handyman for over 27 years, but now my body can't keep up anymore, so I need to find something physically easier.
Love this style of video! It’s really cool to see you sharing success stories from people who bust their tails doing all different types of work and are rewarded proportionally. Inspiring stuff from Tyler here. I hope this Undercover Millionaire idea becomes a recurring series. It’s an awesome complement to the financial advice videos.
Graham on the road we need more of this let’s get you into the world that’s where everything’s happening. You could do this series where millionaires try out all these different jobs 😊
THE ENDING WAS EPIC! Good for you and best wishes to Tyler.
THANKS!
Such a refreshing change of pace, love this new type of video
If you were to take him on a real-estate sale, the nerves and anxiety would be reversed. The first steps into the unknown are the hardest, but one you push through and overcome, you become an inspirational example for others to follow.
Like any job/career/trade in life..
You have to admire and respect innovation and hardwork!
Agreed!
Graham please PLEASE more of this, this is why I started watching you stuff like this, ditch the "stock market is crashing" videos
This is my favourite video so far, please continue this series. Great video ❤.

New content format, great work, good on you for taking the risk.
Absolutely fascinating and grateful that you had someone on the show that we can all relate to. I started paying my way through school buying and selling produce on Fort St. in Detroit, driving it to Canada and selling it here. Thank you again. Hank

That was one of my favourite videos, great change of pace and maybe another idea for future videos, that kid is going places. I guess now you have to be his mentor!
This was a great video! So realistic and inspirational
GREAT video Graham! You kicked butt and got through! Don't worry about the ladder, I would NEVER climb that ladder! Tyler is a winner and for sure will be very successful in life. He was great!

OK halfway through and I just have to say I love this video. This is inspiring and entertaining. Keep these type of videos coming.
Really liked this. Entrepreneurship is daunting and it was cool seeing Graham try something out of his realm. Thought it was funny when he would thank someone for letting them work on their house, cuz that’s something I would do😭

Respect respect respect! Did this with my son and it changed our family forever.
the kicker... as you got home.... nice one.... love this
I really enjoyed this video! It was very inspiring. Thank you for sharing this man's life.
The BEST way to get up the nerve to sell anything. Is to know your offering something they may need or want. If you believe your offering value and probably helping them enjoy their home a bit more it makes it easier to approach them or anyone.
