You accused me of not knowing how to communicate with people because I approached you 4 times respectfully and 1 time disrespectfully according to your opinion. Yet you replied on this message. You don't teach me anything at all about the fact that the world doesn't revolve around me, that's why you will also take the opportunity not to answer this question that kills you and many other people like you who only want to have the first attention! And you have it, I grant you, I am not trying to challenge you, on the contrary, only politely ask you this question. How long can you hold a handstand for ? 2 minutes? Just a guess.. thanks for considering

      @andrystrong1@andrystrong1Ай бұрын
    • That's good progress. I did Parkour as well for 8 years and trained Planche simutaneously. I got straddle after 2 years. Then I lost it because I messed up my wrists (didn't train with parallettes big mistake) And now I do Calisthenics Full Time and I can Full Planche for a couple of seconds. Took forever but it was worth it. Still a long way to go. Just keep pushing, even when it's not going well in terms of gains. It's actually easy to incorporate upper body strength training while doing parkour. That's what I did and it's what they’re doing as well. That's why they are so good.
