  • Demonstrating the skill is good. However, the guy clearly knew it beforehand. You do not simply learn on the spot to skin the cat + tuck + tuck open legs and you go from that position to a full back lever just because you threw him some chalk. Just to make a point that this takes a lot of time so that your viewers do not get mislead.

    • Thank you for your comment. This video about : how to achieve skills step by step. SO people can follow this steps and do. If you have good basic strength: 15 pull up good foprm and 40 push up good form. - then you can do this skills in few hours or days. I used to challenge some bodybuilders and he learned bend arm planche in 1 hour, straddle back lever in like 30 minutes. Of course some athletes will spend 1-3 month, because not enough strength. I learned FL in first my workout. Straddle planche in 3 weeks

    • Please do not follow this video. Do weighted calisthenics instead. This 95kg guy in the video is obviously much stronger than he said in the beginning. He can do many more than 15 pullups and 40 pushups. You need to already be very strong if you want to progress fast with skills. Otherwise you will injure yourself. Weighted calisthenics is exactly what helps you get stronger.

      @georgepetrou501@georgepetrou5019 ай бұрын
    • @@georgepetrou501the worst advise. He can do only 12 pull up! His body not ready for weighted calisthenics! He should reach at least 20 pull up to start adding extra weight!

    • @@andrystrong1 so you're telling me he can almost do a straddle front lever at a bodyweight of 95kg and height of about 5'11? Are you kidding me? That's not how that works. I can do more than 20 clean and slow pullups, 3x6 weighted pullups with +50% bodyweight and I can't get past the advanced tuck, even though I weigh 20kg less than this guy. No way can he do only 20 pullups. He's way stronger. Also, of course I'm jealous (of your genetics and your progress) but these progressions are not really the best thing to do if you wanna get stronger

    • Eat clean foods (meat, vegetables, fish, fruits etc), eat 500 calories less than your personal calorie-limit. And over time you will get leaner and leaner. Do not rush into it and completely starve your self. Stick with a diet that you know you can do every day without too much suffering. And of course train as this will increase the amount of calrories your body burns :D
