Go to the Swiss side in Prangins to *Villa Napoléon* . . . It is the property of a descendant of Napoléon as its name indicates, it has its immense access to the lake as large as the lakeside of the city of Nyon and the property is even larger than this one ! It is so big that there is a horde of deer in semi-freedom in the enclosure ! 🦌 It is a very luxurious villa and very well known in the region. 🤙🏽

Just when I think I have a favorite home your toured, you tour something like this. It's massive multi-structure compound with amazing views of the Lake and Switzerland. The neighborhood is to say the least, awesome. Also those driveways. And the fact this house is accessible to water-traveling vehicles and helicopter is insane. The main house's main living area has a Roman feeling to it IMO. I also love that you can add at least another structure, bringing up the value of the property. And because it has security, it also has a great safety factor for your friends and family when they visit. And I loved how the main estate has some of the original parts of it fully restored. that motor court entrance with the Rolls-Royces and Maybach's sets the tone perfectly. We recently got a s650 in that spec.

@@PricillyVargas the charm of the older home with its history really pulls me in. the new building is like a five-star hotel. But, the French Garden wowed me. it's like stepping into a fairytale
@@GregNelson-di4vf yes, the older home is beautiful but for return on investment, the villa is something to consider because its a lakefront home without an obstructed view and those usually have a really high appreciation rate also because of the high demand but limited supply. I for a long time invested in REIT's that focused on lakefront properties the returns on those are unmatched. Even if the rest of the real estate market is down those rarely depreciate in value
@@PricillyVargas a lakefront property would literally double its original value overtime if it has a good view and elevation just like this one. it'll be great for renting as well because it'll feel like an endless vacation, costing would not be regular that's for sure . Imagine the cost of this lakefront on aiirbnb

So many of these massive estates feel rather cold and "hotel-like" in their designs. Maybe it's the location, or maybe the historical aspect, but this house is a HOME. It is impressive from the outside but warm and inviting once you walk in the door. It just flows from room to room. It had everything but a mug of hot cocoa on the table! It was almost a therapy session for me watching and enjoying this video; from the structures, to the views, to the marina, to the incredible gardens and landscaping, this was an escape from reality and I GREATLY appreciate that you dedicate so much attention and time to present it to us like a gift. You are exceptional at what you do. Please don't stop!

A lot of homes incorporate large scale hugeness on the inside but this house accentuates the vastness of the lake and the mountains while leaving the interior cozy and close and comforting. The integration of marina with the property is dreamy for a boat lover like me. I am reminded of Hagadons estate on Couer d'Alene Lake in Idaho (now Copper Rock Estate)--it used to have a great multi-slot boat house and all kinds of kayaks and canoes on the shore like it was primed for venturing into the water.
Simply stunning. The views are breathtaking and I absolutely love how they kept the original facade and then redesigned the interior with modern features.
You guys are so fortunate to have this amazing life touring all these wonderful , amazing & beautiful homes. Congrats🎇

Great tour as always. The James Bond vibes came across really well, especially in the Night Tour. For the property itself I wasn't that keen on the style of the mansion or the lumi pods but loved the guest / pool house, the grounds, the garden, the marina, and the 2nd villa. If I had the money to buy it I'd love to have the 2nd villa as my main home and rent the mansion out for groups or families with the staff to cater for them. Already looking forward to the next video from this or the Enes Plus channel (possible hinting at a property in Geneva?).

I already told you this was your best video, here's why I think that... Most properties, you spend time on the house/interior, and for this property, its the grounds and not the house that make it a great place. You can buy and design any house (and people who have this kind of money will do it exactly the way they want it) but pieces of land like this are very unique, and you did a great job highlighting that with passion.

Oh my word what a stunning house and then to have multiple and a double lot on the lake with a marina. Already loved it but then you showed the funicular and you had me sold! I think I need to win a "few" lotteries for this one. lol The inlay on the marble floors is absolutely gorgeous with that blue colour. The original owners and current owner has exquisite taste. I was curious if the furnishings come with this property like they do sometimes with other properties you have toured? Thank you Enes, Erman and the entire team for this amazing video and touring this magnificent property. Also thank you for taking the time to showcase the property and home at night. It is the first thing that stood out to me with your tours although your presentation, video, drone footage and editing always brings me back to watch as well. No one does these tours better. 👏👏👏

this is such an awesome House and an incredible video, I love the camera shots, the music used and Enes's commentary as always. I feel like this House is a mix of Disney Movie and James Bond Movie with this old look from the outside, the phenomenal landscape and the gigantic walkways with the garden and grass making you feel like your in a Disney movie and this immense contrast with then the motorcade, private marina, own security staff and the possibility of arriving per land, air and sea is just fascinating and feels straight out of a James Bond Movie Thank you for this fantastic tour

Lake Geneva the Gold standard of estate living , Enes this tour was exceptional, the grounds was unlike anything I've ever seen just beautifully done, and the scale and positioning of the property just perfect, the furnishing and decor of the main house was elegant and classy, and the millwork of the kitchen in the guest house was tastefully done, really enjoyed this tour , Job well done 👏🏿
