Property Description:
"Iconic-Irreplaceable-Impressive. These are just a few words that come to mind when describing this piece of art aptly named Cascade. Designed by world-renowned and internationally recognized designer, Wallace Cunningham, this steel, concrete, glass and stone structure cascades artfully along the mountainside. It sits privately on 5.61 view acres within Promontory and adjacent an additional 37.12 acre view corridor in Rockport Ranches to protect those amazing views of the Park City mountains.
This home is filled with impeccable custom furniture, flawless solid walnut doors, massive sheets of glass for windows, a glass & steel elevator & a stunning floating staircase made of floating walnut. The primary surfaces of the home are all covered in Serpentine Verde stone slabs, that have been brushed for the stone floors, polished for the stone counter tops and cleaved faced for the stone walls. A sunken hot tub with fire features, Savant smart home systems, Venetian plaster walls, and a cascading zinc roof are just a few of the extraordinary ingredients that makeup Cascade.
One whole wing of the home is dedicated to the three room Primary Suite which is a sanctuary onto itself and is guarded by a massive solid walnut door. The Primary Suite is complete with sitting and media areas, a floating fireplace and endless views. An adjacent media room and yoga room gracefully flow from one to another. The grand outdoor terraced patio is heated and large enough to host hundreds of guests in winter, spring, fall and summer. An incredible outdoor space showcasing fire features & mesmerizing vistas of mountains & water."

Hope you all enjoyed this tour and let us know if you want us to do more winter episodes!
Yes please🥰🙏❤
Yes! People in the tropical countries have the chance to learn more about the winter properties.
Oh yes I really love to watch more winter episodes. They have such a different feeling to summer episodes. And I enjoy watching you and your team enjoying that snow this gives your videos such an unique character and I love that.
Yes! And yes to the hardware talk! 👍
I'm so happy you're doing longer videos now! I want to spend as much time in these houses as I can
It's Enes' knowledge of the various architectural and structural details that sets this channel apart. I don't just come here to see beautifully shot luxury homes, although that is a major draw, I also come to learn about the choices that the designers and builders make and why. This channel offers all of that and more. Well done gents!
Well said, so true!
I'm here for the same reason
Don’t forget the amazing camera man!
Almost like the listing agent for the home, Daimon Bushi, gives Enes all the information about the home for his video as it’s his literal job to sell every little detail about a 30million dollar house to potential buyers 🤔🤔
Same here!!
As a home builder for the last 30 years I must say, the difficulty to build this home is off the charts! With all the glass and the different angles and different levels all the while keeping those roof lines waterproof! Hats off to the builders, it’s no wonder it took 6 years to build! Amazing!
couldn't agree more!
Builder here as well. Hats off. Just incredible. Best of the best.
Right? Beyond beyond. It's mind numbing how complex that build is. And good luck getting a replacement custom window quickly if you break it with a 3 ton slab of angled stone.
Yep, and 29 mil worth
@@skorpyo331 Hats off to the general contractor who looked at the plans and said “yeah we can do that”. It’s insane even removing cost considerations. Even with an unlimited budget it’s impressive that they built that.
The videography is top-notch. The editing is second to none. The home is magnificent. Team Enes hits it out of the paark each and every time.
appreciate it!
I personally love it when you talk about the hardware and the architecture of the homes you tour! It's fascinating and you guys make it fun to learn. I can't get over these videos!
Awesome! Thank you!

Best housing content on KZhead! Thank you Enes and Mikey (and extended team) for all the hard work and marking these videos so immersive.
Thank u for watching
@@EnesYilmazer Not the best housing content on KZhead but in the world! Y'all rock!!!
*I agree...absolutely the best!* 😊
The wife and I have followed you for a long time. We have come to the conclusion that you both dominate this media. It has been so nice to watch you grow out of the SoCal area. Mikey, you have become a wizard. We just wanted to say thank you for the education and entertainment you have provided over the years.
happy to hear that! glad our tours were helpful!
Architectural masterpiece and lifeless interior. This is one to admire from a distance.
But you could add lots of color in lots of places. And rugs! And much more that would give it life. Course some people like the cold echo-y vibe. I mean, I could make a pot of chili looking at that view in the kitchen.
its like im at a mall or a hospital
@@i6y155 Well yeah, these type of mansions are too big unless u got a whole family
@@vnkdabaz3513 nah ive seen others where they seem cozy and livable maybe its the stone interior thats throwing me off
Literally the worst kitchen I’ve ever seen, and some of the worst bathrooms I’ve ever seen.
I love that you talk about the fixtures Enes and Micky is a great addition to the videos even though he is behind the camera. Don't change a thing guys, your channel is by far the best of architecture vids that KZhead has to offer!
Mountain glass?? Okay, I just know that this is going to be an amazing episode. The intro is already insane. I’m kind of obsessed already 🥺😍
let me know how you like the video once it's finished!
I’m binge watching the channel, every episode is insanely unique and Enes just deliverers his presentations so perfectly.
I think you misread the title.....
@@drizzify7850 misread*
@@30noir oh oops
What a spectacularly difficult home to build. The angles and windows and seals between stone and glass is just so mind-blowing difficult to pull off. Hats off to the general contractor (and all sub-contractors). It’s a masterpiece.
Homes like from Colorado and Utah have a very natural environment and their scenery is breathtaking ❤️
I love when you show the hardware in the mansions ! You have to show the detail ! Great work guys ! You and Mikey make a great team
thank you so much!
Two things that only Enes can do: 1. Make stainless steel sound exciting 2. Do an over 45 minutes house tour, going deep into details without being boring for even a second!!! And yeah, keep those details, even the hardware... I've been following this channel for quite some time, and I gotta say that the levels of your production and editing grow better and better, and became really incredible! This episode was fascinating and beautiful! You guys are the best! Keep it up ✌
Guys, your videos have been (probably will always be) a therapy for me. Watching you grow in every aspect (filming, details in describing, story telling, gestures, etc.) is just so satisfying, and so clean! You're unique, thank you!
Wow!! That's not a house, that's a museum. Gorgeous!
Not a house I could see myself living in, but what a fantastic example of great architecture. All the details, materials and lighting is so beautiful. And it has been said, but you and your team create such a high standard of videos. Thnx for this one!
Looks more like an artpiece then a house..
I think it's a beautiful home, however, there is too much glass windows for this climate in my opinion. Glass makes heat escape (30% of heat escapes?...I don't remember the exact quantity). I think this house may make people expend more money on the heating system.
@@enibeni2071 There is very good insulating glass, very expensive but in this kind of house probably installed and it does let more sunlight heat your house naturally.
Don't worry, you won't be living in that house. This is only for the richest, smartest and hardest working people on earth who believe in their dreams.
@@CountOfWoodlands Keep on dreaming. Hardest working people what a joke!
Definitely would love to hear more of Enes discussing hardware details! Your commentary on the little details and both of you guys’ ongoing conversations throughout, and the comprehensive tours, are what make your channel so enjoyable. It’s above and beyond the 10 minute video “tours” with techno music thrown on top and no commentary or context given to anything. You guys truly stand out from the pack for this reason. I’m all for even more nerdy detail! We will not be bored!
I had a house like this once that I designed myself. The fire-resistant stonework and ample bathoom availability made it a perfect living space My sims really enjoyed it.
Ok guys, I love when you talk about hardware, door latches, etc and the way Enes's eyes light up when he talks about all of it! Lol Really though, we can all tell how much you love what you do and your passion shines through. You are so fortunate to be able to do what you do. This home is amazing btw, one of my favorites for sure. Looking forward to your next video, maybe someday you could come to Maine!
I love hearing commentary on architectural designs and I'm starting to enjoy the slightly longer video. If I'm able to binge watch a series for hours, I don't mind watching 40+ minutes of a house tour 😁
@Ben Arizola yeah true! It's what I love too
@Ben Arizola agreed! I love it when Mikey asks the questions we all want to ask
Glad you enjoyed it!
45 minutes and I want more. You guys are creating some of my favorite content I’ve ever watched right now
makes us happy to hear that!
You should consider doing a compilation video of just Enes's reviews/reactions to his favorite hardware.
Watch some of our compilations at kzhead.info
You guys are the perfect property duo! Each episode is a different experience. Well done and thanks for the amazing work.
This glass mountain home is so special, it looks like a centipede from above, but it looks like a five-star hotel from the inside! The building materials and appearance are very futuristic, and the snow scene outside the window is really beautiful, it feels like traveling to the North Pole! I love the tile wall in the bathroom with a beautiful rainbow light, it is gorgeous! The coolest thing is you can fish in the frozen reservoir nearby. It seems that no matter how cold the winter is, you will not feel bored! Thank you Enes for sharing, you are awesome! 👍🥰🙏
I agree with what you said, but I must state that a house that looks like a 5-star hotel rather than a home does not have a positive effect on everyone. For example me :)
@@mavieskizz You should be the only one who thinks that, but that's okay, no one cares!
@@giannishen I thought you'd like to see a different perspective, but I didn't know you were a shallow hotel fanatic.
@@mavieskizz I believe you are the most superficial audience on this channel! Don't apply what you think to others, you should see more of this beautiful world!
@@giannishen The attitude you describe is what you exhibit. Either you are mentally ill or you cannot comprehend what you are reading. Either way, you're a waste of time.
Can’t wait to watch this one! You are the best property channel on KZhead 🔥👍 One day I think you could have your own Netflix series, because the production, cinematography and filming is just insane! Keep it up Enes and the whole team 👍
thank you! I just want to showcase the most luxurious properties in the world for you guys!
Netflix? You can't be serious?
@@kisary4962 yah Netflix, why not lol
True they are the best property channel on KZhead
@@arlenendlovu4378 Arlene, Are you kidding? Do you get paid to say that? How much?
I really like it when you show the sorroundings and even the city/village/region that the house is inserted in. It makes more sense like this, after all every house is somehow conected to a comunity and it helps people to imagine themselves living in the house. Besides, videos become more dinamic and interesting to watch in this type of format. I hope you guys keep this format of videos.
The rock throughout this house is gorgeous but it appears cold! I would love to see more wood and a few more warm and cozy elements here. Still one of the most beautiful homes I’ve seen in the channel! 👏🏼
THIS HOUSE IS ACTUALLY INSANE. What a beautiful par to the world! Another masterpiece.
love that, thank you!!
It is beautiful but doesn’t look like a place where u could live. The curve of the house together with sometimes small hallways make it look kinda packed
While it’s obviously a marvel, I do have some criticisms. I can’t believe it’s 8k sqft and only has FOUR bedrooms. That’s just not enough space set aside for bedrooms imho. The fireplaces are too small too, in those large rooms they almost disappear.
I usually never comment on video’s but you guys are seriously killing it! Its so easy to watch and has a good vibe to it! You guys are literally the only house touring channel that I watch. And yes Enes i like it that you point out all the detailes. Amazing camera work also from the team! Keep this up guys👏🏽
I like hearing about the hardware and everything else you two find fascinating about the properties. That's why I'm such a huge fan. It's easy to just go through the house talking about the mundane. I like the fact that you bring attention to things I personally notice myself...the stuff other folks may not ordinarily notice. I appreciate you two! Tremendously!
I just found this channel yesterday and I had to subscribe, I love how detailed and high quality your tours are. Other channels would only mention there are guest rooms but not show them. Keep up the good work and I agree that winter videos are unique and add a special touch especially to homes like this one surrounded by mountains!
YES! i love a good long home tour! you guys do such a good job with these videos that i could watch a 3 hour long tour and not get bored!
Awesome! Thank you!
I love the details about the hardware in these modern homes, if only because it's perhaps the only thing I can actually afford. Great content, as usual.
I feel the same! I try to take inspiration from these videos as much as I can. There is always something that I can apply to my own home, even if it's just a small detail like the hardware 😊
Enes, please keep talking about the hardware! In my opinion, it is the attention to details like hardware throughout a home that can make a huge difference in the overall ambiance. Your tours are absolutely the best because you are passionate about all the details. You and Mikey do a fantastic job!!
This is a great home! Love Enes and Mikeys commentary back and forth. Like a couple of our friends showing us these amazing structures. Living vicariously through you both!
I absolutely love Park City! Something about mountain architecture just speaks to me.
hope you enjoy!
I've seen some knock-off KZhead channels trying to copy what Enes, Mikey, et al. do here so I can only say that must be a sign of the success and impact this channel has and continues to have. Enes has gotten so smooth at navigating while narrating (that just can't be easy) and the production (music, B roll shots, camera transitions, shot compositions, etc.) is just incredible. Great job guys, I watch every video and give them all a thumbs up as it is so well deserved.
The design of this house is so interesting and also balanced between the sharp angular lines of the stone walls and roofline, and the curved lines of the walls, cabinets and the house itself. It is also balanced between the elements: the stone walls and floors, the beautiful wood doors and cabinetry, the amazing views and the water feature wrapping around the house.
No one out here shows us and EDUCATES on us homes the way you do Enes! You guys deliver an exceptional job every single time. Keep talking about all the architectural and hardware details! We love it!
You guys are number one at showing properties so any detail Enes wants to talk about is welcome. Fantastic property, Utah definitely has an abundance of beautiful and unique homes.
we're honored!
I love how gorgeous Utah houses are
I agree!
I definitely love when Enes talks about the hardware and fixtures! please don’t stop showing and talking about the tiny details!
This is absolutely a masterpiece of art! Probably the best residential architecture I've seen so far.
I've said it before...y'all's cinematography is phenomenal!!! This was in my top three houses you've toured that I've watched.
definitely don't stop with the details, even the hardware. in my humble opinion it's what makes your channel soo much better than others. yours and mikeys chemistry works well also.
Enes I enjoy hearing you talk about all the details, hardware included. It all adds to the beauty and uniqueness of each space. I enjoy watching your tours very much!
I love all the details about the architecture, materials, hardware, and energy and water management that I’ve seen you provide on multiple tours. That’s what sets this channel above the rest IMHO.
I really enjoy those house tours and I want to say that I really appreciate the work from your whole team. It‘s just gorgeous to watch your videos and to keep working on to own one of these incredible homes one day!
happy to hear that! keep dreaming big!
Love Love! The Hardware Talk, it’s always the details that take the showing over the Top ❤️

I love it when you are speaking about the hardware. Those details convey how special the property is and the expense of it.
I love when Enes gets into the little details... yes, including the hardware.
Stoked, what a magical place! Your tours are simply getting better and better. As always, you did an excellent job in explaining all the fine details and Mikey making those amazing shots. Please do continue about the winter tours and the HARDWARE stuffs, too. It's cool (literally and figuratively speaking 😄)!
Thank you! Will do!
Mind blowing.. 🤯🤯The Architecture is on another level!! That's why I love this channel, proving there's no limits to imagination
Thank you so much!
Just like watching new designs and architecture, we love to know new, different, and special hardware, even furniture, appliances, or accessories. The way Enes describes it feels like being present there and watching. For me, it's always about upgrading and adding cool things in my house.
I honestly like this whole tour so much, from talking about hardware to touring... Incredible! Best channel when it comes to house touring!
the videography team just absolutely murders it each and every time
Flat out of all the houses you've toured this ones by far the most unique and intriguing. I've viewed so many of your videos but this one is this first that I'm commenting on! Great tour; and yes definitely more winter episodes!
Just keep being yourselves, do what comes naturally. People love you both for who you are, the content is just a bonus.
No words can explain just how stunningly beautiful every single part of this home is!!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us 🌹
IT WOULD BE NICE IF THERE WOULD BE A YEARLY TOP 10 LIST MADE BY THE VIEWERS. As always great content you guys.. Keep the hardware breakdowns coming!!
thanks for the suggestion!
I agree with this idea.
You are far the best ever. You and your team. Just such amazing content, like no other on KZhead.
Wow, thank you!
We love listening to u speak about all the details of the various homes your attention to detail it's all these things that keep us coming back. You really have grown tremendously over the years
This place is a show stopper! I have enjoyed your videos for over 2 years and this home is absolutely stunning. Love the simplicity in the design. The one stone to rule them all solidifies the simple design aesthetic that creates beauty opposed to each room needs a different finish. Love it show me more!
Keep telling us everything Enes. Your descriptions make these houses more incredible. No one can tour a house like you and Mikey can.
thank you so much!
That house is literally a estate of art! I like to know all the details including the hardware! It’s location is astonishing beautiful and no matter the season, a place to enjoy at with family and friends! Great video Enes and team!
Just want to say that I like it when you talk about the various hardware in your videos. It's all of the small details that make a lot of these places special.
I personally become more fascinated and intrigued into the videos when Enes goes in depth with structural designs and hardware details. Thank you for the enjoying content!
This is no house this is an art piece. Thats incredible. After I watched a lot of your videos it seems that the USA is an paradise for architects. I living in germany and for the most buildings you won't ever get the permission to built it. Thank you for showing us. But for living I would prefer the last property from Park City you showed to us.
You got castles in Germany to be fair.
@@attigator yes of course but they were built hundreds of years ago. In germany today you have a lot of departments which regulate nearly everything in the people's life. There are tons of conditions how a new constructed house has to look like. And even if you have the space to build a house sometimes you won't get the permission to build it. Even if it fulfills every condition.
This home was amazing! Got to visit Salt Lake City a few weeks ago for work and seeing those mountains covered in snow like that is truly breath taking. Thank you!
Definitely don’t stop mentioning materials. The fact that Enes has the names, qualities, and design processes of so many materials in his head is really cool. Peace from B-Boy Lectronic!
I love how thorough , attention to detail you are. Youre fluent, making it sound SO easy! FLAWLESS Enes!!🤷
Absolutely love these mountain homes!! Some of my favs! Always enjoy the contrast from the SOCAL homes. This is probably the most architecturally stunning home you've done! The layout is so unique. It's artwork. And yes those views are remarkable. Bravo!
Wow. That is hands down some of the most unique architecture I’ve seen on a home before! It’s a work of art really, I can’t imagine how difficult it would be to put it together just logistically! The design is just incredible.
This is probably the best house ever!!
Since the teasers on instagram i have waited for this tour and i am so glad that you and your hard working team are showcasing this Property and you always make every monday more inspiring.
Thank you so much! Now is your chance :)
The way you guys edit the introduction is crazy🤩 Looks like some kind of movies with billionares and dramas and fights! Looking forward to see these kind of breathtaking edits more in da future❤ Edit: could you please add Vietnamese subtitle for future tours please.....🥺
Details about hardware is one of the reasons I keep coming back to these videos
Yes I always like hearing you talk about the hardware, fixtures and finishes. Your detail and use of words is perfectly described. Well done.
Thank you very much!
I also like more detailed explanations - I love to hear and see Enes and Mikey, both of you - you both make every inspection as lively as if I were there - thank you for that!
Excellent question Mikey about the hardware, please spend time guys detailing the houses, love it ! Thanks for all your work, you're such a beautiful duo. Also, you both tremendously improved your respective skills since you started, we can really feel the passion.
I must agree with Max. You two have the top tour videos. I am nearly obsessed with watching tour videos, and you are Articulate easy to listen to, you have unique tastes and you understand architecture and art. I thoroughly enjoy the Camaraderiebetween Mikey and Enes
I love when you talk about hardware ( door latches, etc...) this gives your videos such an unique character .
Respect! Seriously you and your team find some of the best houses in the world!
So nice of you
WOW! Enes is coming out with architectural masterpieces lately! I love that! 😄 Also, since it's really difficult to comment every detail and shot of these tours, unless I write an assay as a youtube comment, I wanna point out just one small detail. The seamless transition on the last patio from daylight to dusk... EXQUISITE! 👌
I adore all the details that Enes talks about, such as the hardware. Noone else pays enough attention to the small details like he does. I love it.
i AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PIECE OF ART IN ALL SENSES.
Beautiful architecture! The use of natural materials is a Master Class in elegance and style. This home is breathtaking. The community is as well. I wondered if the home had heated roof; so the snow melts quicker and heated floors. You and Mikey have done it again - great storytelling. Please do more winter homes!
thank you for the kind words!
Just watching the news, just want to pay my respects and say how sorry I am what’s going on over in turkey from the earthquake love what you and Mikey do, best wishes and prayers go with you and the people of turkey and everybody else affected by the earthquake
