One thing I loved about this Villa is it had a cozy homey feel, not stuffy & pretentious like some mansions. It felt like a place you could really relax & enjoy. I would have to spend some time with the chef to learn some kitchen secrets.

The inside was hideous. No decorations. No color. All wood paneling with tile. The best room was the marble bathroom. If this interior was on any other house it wouldn't be worth filming.
@@tr5946 There`s this thing called paint. Since it`s a rental there is no point in over decorating it. If you owned it, you could do with it as you choose.

I don't have words to be honest. This is not only one if not the best tour you've done but also one of the most beautiful homes. The location is stunning, couldn't be better. The desing is absolutely fantastic, it suits the house very well, not too modern, not too old, perfect balance, it'll age well. It's beautifull what they did there, the mix of design elements, it's impressive. It's also nice that you guys hired Giovanni! Love the fact that you guys stayed there for a while and got to enjoy the property and got to take some friends with you, it's nice to see people actually living in these places. 5 minutes ago you were almost at 1 million subscribers. Then all of a sudden you are almost at 3 million, and with flawless content like that, it'll be double digits in no time. Sensational video guys. And a semi-holiday very well deserved indeed. And just an FYI, it's a 4 hour drive right around Lake Como, without traffic.
From what i have observed in videos of the lake it is very difficult to get around unless you stay near one of the very few entrances to that lake level ring road. Gorgeous once you get where you are going & settle into your house of course. Maybe getting to your destination property is easier by boat in some cases (or helicopter if you have a landing pad ) ??? So beautiful tho !

The stunning views of Lake Como and mountains would make it easy to wake up everyday but very hard to leave.
This for me is the most beautiful home you have toured. I appreciate the design and furniture details they have curated for each space but it is the overall "feel" of the home. The tones and textures are next level and I would say this is one of the few homes I would actually live in, the amazing San Fran homes would now be a close second. I really like the way this video was produced allowing us to "experience" the home with your guests and getting to better understand how the very lucky individuals would utilise the spaces! Again, Mikey and the edit team have done a great job and this felt like a short film rather than a standard KZhead video. Well done Enes and my hats of to Mikey and the team. Really enjoyed this one.
You made me feel so proud of my country! I liked a lot this format, different from the classical tours you used to do. It was amazing the alternate of yours routine and the tour of the rooms/spaces of the villa, for me. I love not just this house but the entire city you were lucky to stay in. It was awesome you brought your friends over. We got to see what it was like for not just a group of friends, but also how a couple would utilize that place. That gym is probably one of, if not the best home gyms I've ever seen. Doing yoga up there must have brought Mario and Natacha to a new level of zen they probably never knew existed. Believe it or not, my favorite bedroom is not the master bedroom, but the suite bedroom adjacent to the game room. I was feeling the flow. Andrea Meirana and Albano Daminato needs to be applauded for their excellent work in restoring this property. It's also decent that this place also caters to families in case you have little ones. Oh and that lake is definitely one of the highlights of being able to stay there. Must have been like a dream to wake up to seeing that every morning. The town looks lovely and mellow. Also the chef seems very friendly. The staff keeps that place up really well to the point it's immaculate. All and all, a great property and the city it's in. Thanks again for sharing your experiences. You and your team are aces in my book. 👍👍
Every time I think I've seen everything on this channel, you push the boundary even further. "How will they ever surpass this one?" I ask myself. "Hold my imaginary espresso," Enes answers. The video was as phenomenal as the views, the editing and cinematography are absolutely top notch, and it was a genius idea to show how people might actually enjoy the house. At $30 million I think that home is way undervalued, that is one of the most spectacular views I think I’ve ever seen on social media or any type of video, that view that looks at the valley and the lake is breathtaking. Not to mention the house is absolutely gorgeous. Also love the fact that they saved the original house and didn’t just build something modern on it. keep in mind that house prices here in Italy are totally different from american market. This same mansion in USA would have valued $60 millions

This video was absolutely phenomenal! I felt like I was on vacation! The property and views are stunning! You even had your own chef? Wow! Making the gnocchi brought me back to my childhood. My grandfather, an Italian immigrant, used to make gnocchi at the dining room table. All of us grandkids used to help him roll each one with our fingers. Then he would cook them up so we could enjoy Sunday dinner together! Thanks for the wonderful tour, and the memories! ❤
