  • This is better watched on a large screen with speakers or headphones. This is the biggest project I've worked on. A short documentary about Saturn. All images are Visual Effects inspired by real photographs. The music and the images were all created for the video. The narration is done by Octave Masson, who also does the voice over for the ScienceClic videos. As a bonus here is the "behind the scenes" video : kzhead.info/sun/gtuqZdqGr3iFrKs/bejne.html

  • An entire series about our solar system would be awesome. I know only one video takes a lot of work and time, but the effort would be worth it. Being the first video, with such great images and very good narration, it would give a good start for a series. Good work!

I was looking for some sort of videos that could explain me the relativity quite easily, but still in a complete way, not just the classical bended surface, I wanted something more than that. The more i whatched your videos, the more questions I got, but whenever I had a question, just couple minutes later you were answering it. How cool! • The blue tint Saturn shows sometimes may be from rings shading thus cooling the atmosphere. Photochemical reactions that create yellow haze are reduced. The planet's atmospheric methane component absorbs solar red light wavelength, which means more blue light is reflected, as we see with Neptune, when rings shade large areas of Saturn's atmosphere. Also: Titan and Enceladus never see Saturn's rings in wide display like that. They orbit in the same plane as the rings.
