This is better watched on a large screen with speakers or headphones. This is the biggest project I've worked on. A short documentary about Saturn. All images are Visual Effects inspired by real photographs. The music and the images were all created for the video. The narration is done by Octave Masson, who also does the voice over for the ScienceClic videos. As a bonus here is the "behind the scenes" video : kzhead.info/sun/gtuqZdqGr3iFrKs/bejne.html
Thanks for all the insane amount of effort you put into this project. This is some of the best renditions of Saturn I've seen! Great music and narration btw
Didn't they recreate the hexagonal structure in a simulation? I saw a video about it, don't know where.
Love the stoic narration 💟
Amazing piece of art work and documentary!! Reminds me a bit of Elder Fox. Are your documentaries already running in TV? Would love to know you are in contact with some producers
Music and footages are extremely high definition. 👌⭐️
An entire series about our solar system would be awesome. I know only one video takes a lot of work and time, but the effort would be worth it. Being the first video, with such great images and very good narration, it would give a good start for a series. Good work!
The production quality is better than 99% of professionally produced and funded science shows ever made. This is beyond fantastic
Thank you so much 🙏
This was so well done that my mouth was wide open throughout the video. The narration, the background music, the vfx were just......too damn good. Please make an entire series of this!!!!
Thank you very much 🙏 I would like to!
WOWZERS

If you liked this; I recommend the channel Astrum here on KZhead ;) He also has awesome videos about Saturn and way more ;)
So this guy is just going to keep raising the bar for science KZhead when I'm trying to get started huh? In all seriousness your work is amazing.
This quality from the background to the soundtrack is way cooler than what I've seen in movies and many Documentaries out there. The quality is just too good, Thank you for making this!
Astonished that a single person is behind both the writing/research AND the visualisation. Amazing talent and dedication, chapeau
This is probably the best youtube channel I know, you are so underrated. Keep going! And what an amazing documentary.
man, I might've, just for a planck second, been transported to Saturn and back. The quality in this video is hard to fathom.
The music is just astounding! It also recalls some of the finest tracks from Epic Mountain (Kurzgesagt's original composer). Very well done!
I love everything about these videos: graphics, music, voice, script
🙏
Everything about this immersive documentary was as beautifully executed as your other videos! The effects and sound work put me there, and the narration was stimulating, and ringed the appropriate tune of mystery. The images at the end took my breath away. Absolutely masterful! I can't wait for more of your craft!
The Like button is not enough, we need a "Oh my god this is just terrific" button for this channel alone.
Oh my god more of these videos please, this was absolutely incredible. I've been with you basically since day one bro and it's cool to see how far you've come. This is amazing content
The quality of this video is just stunning, can't believe it was produced by just one person... This is honestly the best popular science channel out there. I would pay anything to get a full movie from ScienceClic, on whatever topic! Visual effects, music, narration, explanations, everything is just perfect.
This is the best KZhead channel I've found in 3 years
I’m astonished. 😮 Great documentary 👍🙏🏻⭐️ Expecting for Jupiter as well. 🙂
This is knowledge shown in the most romantic and atmospheric way possible. Imagine math being taught in such a way like all videos from this channel. Never forget that the aim of your life is to gather as much knowledge as possible.
reminds me of documentaries I would watch at the planetarium when I was younger. Really gives you a sense of awe. Amazing work
Sir David Attenborough should rate this narration. This is at his level.
Beautiful video and great voice ! The informations could be deeper. Congratulations for your duo and your work.
Many thanks for this channel. I'm a scientist in another field but this channel I like the most.
I don't regret being subbed to this channel. The best content creater up in this field. Would like to see about Jupiter coming soon
I loved every second of it. Felt transported away.
13:42 i dont know why, but this photo makes my mind travel into the universe. How FREAKING awesome is this picture omg.
This channel is so underrated. This is million subscriber content right here.
That video ratio is butter smooth!
The visuals are great but also thank you for narrating everything because I listen your videos as a podcast.
Did your computers started to sound like jet engines while burning at the same time when making this video?
You are the only one who makes my day beautiful with science, please keep doing this
Thank you so much for the beautiful video and the work you do for us. I wish you Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Beautiful, such a great divergence from your usual stuff. The bits on Titan were amazing
This video is truly amazing. The sounds and visuals are absolutely stunning. And the pictures from all these missions in the end gave me goosebumbs. Thank you for creating this..!
Guys, the graphics, the music and everything on this video are overwhelmingly hypnotic. Incredible work!
Thank you so much!

What a beautiful video it's like fine wine just savor it. The ending is very awe inspiring.
One of the best videos that I've ever seen on youtube. Thanks Alessandro Roussel and Octave Masson!
Incredible video! This is one of the best science communicator channels on youtube for sure. Inspiring :)
I am so glad, that i discovered this channel
good narration, clear explanations, and SCIENTIFICALLY ACCURATE VISUALS?? instantly subscribed. Your video on black holes made me have an existential crisis and also taught me a lot I didn't get from other black hole videos, 10/10
watched every second of this, and i can confidently say it was worth it. beautiful
I wish I could thumbs up this video a thousand times. Awesome music and atmosphere. The universe we live in is a miracle.
THE BEST KZhead CHANNEL EVER
One of the best youtube videos I have ever watched in the last 10 years... SImply stunning visuals and narration. Great job guys!
This channel I love and appreciate almost as much I loved Kurzgesagt at the beginning : precisely for its accuracy and awesome way of making complex topic simple enough for anyone to comprehend😁👌👌
I appreciate the effort so so much, Everything about this video is absolutely stunning! Especially with the upcoming launch of the Webb telescope!
Wow!!! That was a cinematic spectacle. Especially the scene at 6:13 I loved it! Thank you for making a video on my favourite planet :)
I love u alessandro, u are the best. Your videos are hipnosis for my soul. U opened my eyes and im sure that for everyone whatching u, now feels reality in a trascenal and beautuful coeherence. Thanks a lot for shareing your passion and love for the kosmos :)
Absolutely Fantastic! Scienceclic is becoming my favorite channel of all time. Hoping for more documentaries like these for other planets as well as even stars and other exotic objects! Also great narration!
These are the best space videos on KZhead
This was truly magnificent! Thank you!
Can’t get enough of this, I’ve watched it at least ten times. Brilliantly done!
Thank you!
Incredible! Love watching your content evolve 👍🏼
ScienceClic! I'm your new fan! I love watching Science videos, but trust me, you're the first ever Science channel I've subscribed to. Your explanations are spot on! To a point that is just right for me. Can you do dark matter/energy next time? Videos from other channels just don't suffice for me for some reason, and I hope that you'd consider!
Welcome to the club
those cassini pictures are incredible
your channel is an absolute masterpiece just like this video. Super high quality and amazing content.
I'm expecting the usual upbeat music but this was total masterpiece.
Love every single video you make. The effort and quality is top notch as always
Thank you 🙏
We need a Melodysheep x ScienceClic
This video is incredible. Maybe do Neptune next?
Best channel by far for science and space videos
Love it! Please keep the mathy ones coming too ;) Very talented group of creators.
I have an innate fear to large, stellar bodies hanging statically in the dark. Saturn has (since childhood) always been the most menacing. Watching documentaries about the planet helps me understand. I will never be able to turn my gaze from any depiction of the ringed entity.
Loving the more regular uploads. 10/10 once again
Bravo. This was fascinating to watch, extremely well done.
Wtf is that???!!! A amazing work!!!!! 😮Thank you very much for this! Science and art 🎉🎉🎉🎉
It looks pretty realistic. I believe that one day we won't have to make videos like this. Someday in the video we will look at the real Saturn with its rings to inspiring music ! Someday.
Omg this so professionally done amazing! Narration as always great
wow, just wow. what a documentary this is, amazing job.
Just discovered your channel and your vids are AMAZING. I was looking for some sort of videos that could explain me the relativity quite easily, but still in a complete way, not just the classical bended surface, I wanted something more than that. The more i whatched your videos, the more questions I got, but whenever I had a question, just couple minutes later you were answering it. How cool! Very beautiful channel, I ended up looking through every single video. Looking forward to see more!
Thank you very much for this video, this channel is pure gold, every video is made with so much quality. Thank You guys.
Wow, this is beautiful work. It's different from your regular informative videos, and the information involved is not too special to anybody that has looked up saturn before, but the delivery is still astonishing. I played this on my TV and I recommend anybody that can also do such, wonderful experience.
Thanks, really glad you liked it!
Can’t wait to watch this on my 65” OLED and audio setup. Well done!
Magnificent! Simply magnificent!
Absolutely beautiful, thank you!
This.....is brilliant
I'm full with awe. Thanks.
Dude, this is amazing!!! (it is 3am in my local time zone and yet I cannot let myself go to sleep without this)
I've recently discovered your channel and have really been enjoying it but this video just tops it off. Brilliant mate, keep it up 👍
Thank you very much! Glad you liked it :)
mate you are so underrated
Space has something so unsettling and yet so beautiful. I think it's this combination that got me addicted to it ever since I was a child. Great video. Great music also. Narrator also nailed it. Much respect. Gonna smoke some pot and come back for another run.
The blue tint Saturn shows sometimes may be from rings shading thus cooling the atmosphere. Photochemical reactions that create yellow haze are reduced. The planet's atmospheric methane component absorbs solar red light wavelength, which means more blue light is reflected, as we see with Neptune, when rings shade large areas of Saturn's atmosphere. Also: Titan and Enceladus never see Saturn's rings in wide display like that. They orbit in the same plane as the rings.
That Saturn would float in water blew my mind
very fine video. atmospheric and well written. A series with every planet would be wonderful (including Earth)
what a beautiful documentary it really sounds amazing on my studio grade speakers and 4k rez thank you for blessing us 🙏🏾🙏🏾
So beautiful. Thank you.
one word...WOOOOOWWW! Thank you for making this!
My mom would have loved this. Very well done!
This channel is like exurb1a without the hallucinogens, and I need more of it! When I next have free time I'm going to binge this channel!
Fantastic content. Well done!
Great work conveying info in a fun and interesting way:)
What an amazing experience! I haven’t had any form of media strike awe in me in a long time, but this sure did it! Please post the music/soundtrack alone in another video. It is too good to only be used in the background!
Magnificent. I would love to see one done on the Earth.
holy shit those pics at the end. what a treat this video is
Fantastic! One of the most beautiful videos on KZhead.
You are very talented. I am always positively sursprised by the scope and quality of your work.
Awesome video!!! Thank you for making this.😄
Beautiful and insightful
Thank you more for your work, every second I look with pleasure from the Chechen Republic!
yes more of this please. spot on!
That was gorgeous! Wow!
