10$ Restoration of Extremely Damaged iPhone 11 Pro Max
Today's episode features an iPhone 11 Pro Max that's seen better days. Join us as we embark on a challenging yet rewarding adventure to restore this device to its former glory for less than $10.
First up, we test the screen's touch functionality and give the cameras a once-over. The adventure begins with a delicate screen removal, battling strong adhesive meant to shield against the elements.
Diving deeper, we navigate through screws and metal plates to safely disconnect the battery and free the screen. With precision, we remove the earpiece, delicately handling sensors and microphones to avoid damage.
Screen refurbishing is next on our list. With careful application of heat and isopropyl alcohol, we meticulously remove the frame, ensuring not to damage the sensitive parts. Despite a hiccup with touch functionality near the notch, our expertise shines through as we meticulously separate the glass from the OLED without causing further harm.
The back glass repair showcases the magic of laser technology, efficiently stripping away the damaged layer without harming the frame. We conclude with meticulous cleaning, glass replacement, and reassembly, restoring the phone to its former glory.

Appriciate it! Thanks for the support 💪
FINALLY, someone who replaces the screen glass and saves the original display! Nice job dude.
We love original displays 🤣 thanks for your support !
If stains appear, they need to be completely replaced, but Apple screens are of excellent quality, mostly just the outer layer
Cant believe you have such a small number of subs , you deserve a lot man !!
Working on it 💪 thanks mate appreciate the support !
same here, the quality of the video and everything made me thought he had thousands, people giving subs to the wrong people i swear.
Thank you, that’s a very nice comment 😅😂

Thank you !! We hate them too but sometimes the customer breaks OLED and is on a budget so we don’t have option to keep original :/

Curious, when you added the new touch layer did you transfer the IC from the original cable or do you have the non genuine display message?
Nice spot! Yes this phone has the message :(

Thanks mate! Means a lot 😁
blud needs to repair my phone how much you charge for 13 pro screen replacemnt and do allow shipping of phones
It seems this video is from some big channel😮😮😮❤
Wow 🤩 means a lot thank you !!
How long did it take you to learn the glass replacement on the screens and what did you practice with 😁
We collected broken screens for months before purchasing the machine. We practised on many screens, breaking a lot of them in the process but eventually getting the hang of it. It didn’t take long to learn but it’s down to how much practice you put in and finding the right settings for the machine.
Hi, I am new to backglass repair and when I remove the backglass, I am scared that the pieces of glass that get into the phone will puncture the battery later. Can this happen?
This can most certainly happen, we would highly recommend removing the battery if you’re new to back glass repairs!!
Саn we find 120hr aftermarket display for 12 pro max?
No 120 Hz
Unfortunately this isn’t possible :(
Hey u deserve a sub ❤ and I would definitely buy it for 10 $ and use it as my main phone by the way where did you buy it from for this cheap?
Thanks ! Appriciate the support 🙌 it was for a customer so the restoration cost $10 not the phone unfortunately :/
@@Refurbie_ oh I’m sorry to hear that…
yoo thats sick
Thankssss
Would like to see you restore an S8 plus
Thanks for your support ! Hopefully we will have one to repair in the near future 😁
Excellent work man! Can you tell me, how much these Machines cost? (Laser, Heatmat…)
Hey, thanks for asking! The machines vary a lot in prices and it’s not just the machines themselves, there’s so many little things that add up a lot such as the screen moulds and the spinny thing 🤣. To put a price on it would make me cry to be completely honest 😬😬
@@Refurbie_Thank you for your answer! Every time I see so much of these Repairing Tools I wish I would also have them…but since I don’t make a business with repairing devices I think that these devices are way too expensive. 😅
Great video. I hope you clean any dust that may be on the camera lens before closing the phone 😅. Nothing worse than having dust inside your lenses.
Hey, thank you for the support! We always make sure to clean our phones before sealing them up, especially around the cameras and the glass lenses.
WOWW❤❤❤
What about the labor cost?
Correct, there would usually be a big labour cost however we’re doing it ourselves so there’s no labour cost, this whole process would take about 90 minutes to complete but because we recorded it for KZhead it took a whole day to do !
Man I subbed your channel❤️ At first seeing your thumbnail and content quality I thought that you would have millions of subscribers but it was way less than I expected(327+1 me now)😕 Also can you tell me from which country you are? I am from India 🇮🇳…
Hey man ! Appriciate the support and the sub :) We’re from Dublin, Ireland. Crazy to see we have subscribers from all around the world 😮
Why didn’t you remove the battery when you removed the glass on the back cover of the iPhone?
Hey, that's a good point. For an inexperienced person, it would definitely be necessary, as glass that's stuck between the housing and the battery can cause a lot of harm by puncturing the battery. We made sure to be extra careful while removing the back glass around the wireless charger, and we inspected the phone before sealing it back to ensure that there's no glass left inside the housing. Quick note: if you want to be extra careful, you should remove all the components from the housing before performing glass removal, as glass can end up in the most unexpected places. :)
@@Refurbie_ Understand! Thank you!
Do you think you can also fix my iphone 11 pro max too? I have $22 please and my parents wont go somewhere to fix it or buy a new one for me please im a huge fan❤
The only part broken is the screen
And the screen is not cracked its just falling off and not turning on
Hey, Thanks for your support! Fixing your phone sounds like something we could do but with the import taxes and shipping it would be very tricky 😬. It could be a cool project to do your first phone repair, let us know if you want to give it a shot and we can help guide you through it 💪💪
Keep up the work!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you! 😊😊
👏🎉
Keep growing brother I want you to reach to the level of Phone Repair Guru in subs count ❤ From 🇮🇳 1 sub from me 👍
Thank you brother 💪 really appreciate the support and hopefully one day we’ll get there 🙌
10$????
😂 Yes that’s correct !! Breakdown of costs is $3 for glass and under $7 for touch replacement glass. It comes to a few cents under $10 but requires machines and skills that build up over time.
I am a viewer since u had 15 subs. I lost that account soo...
OGGGG :)
