Rick Hogg has spent almost 3 decades in the U.S. Army, most of which with joint special operations command. He also spent several deployments as a k9 handler, also at the highest level possible. It was great to sit down with him and hear the story of his career, as well as his thoughts on a lot of what’s going on right as his perspective is about as relevant as it gets. Hope you enjoy!

I said to my wife was it really like that back then. She replied yes it was. Sure seemed like we were at a good happy medium between technology and community. Now I feel technology has pushed in places we have not evolved to live in.
