For weeks, rumors swirled about RFK Jr.'s potential running mate. Would it be Aaron Rodgers or Tony Robbins? Michael Kosta traveled to Oakland, where RFK Jr. finally announced mega-donor tech billionaire and surfer Nicole Shanahan as his VP pick. But Jr.'s supporters seem just as unsure about Shanahan as they are about vaccines. #DailyShow #RFKJr #Comedy

  • It's sad we live in a country that mocks an attempt to give people more choice. Whether you like or dislike RFK Jr., more choice is beneficial for everyone.

    @schwabdizzle@schwabdizzleАй бұрын
    • Not this time around. People capitalizing on "more choice" this year will only throw the election enough to barely give Trump the EC votes he needs to get 270. Once Trump is back in office, we can all throw away the dream of *any* choice because in a fascist dictatorship the elections are shams where votes for anyone other than the dictator and his hand picked yes men literally do not count. To preserve any number of choices higher than "1" going forward, we the people must vote for Biden this year. He is the only person running who could realistically get more votes than trump. RFK Jr. has zero chance of being elected, but definitely can spoil the election in favor of Trump, resulting in the END of choice in this country.

It’s all, “the other guy is detrimental, vote for me.” Edit: Spelling.

Example; A former presidential candidate (John Edwards) pointed out the most important problem of our time; The Global Market Race to the Bottom. This has been ignored because of its association with his failures as a person. This issue is at the root of exploitation, oppression and ultimately conflict. It needs to be addressed through consistent incentive based economic policies. Then the question becomes, will this happen if we give-up democracy?

  • I implore anyone who is open to it to listen to a long form interview with RFK Jr. He comes across to me as incredibly authentic, intelligent, knowledgeable, respectful, reasonable, open-minded, nuanced, honest… I could go on. I’ve never seen someone so mischaracterized in my life. As for his VP pick, I can think of no more important purpose than healing people. Of COURSE our food supply is a major problem - I don’t see how anyone could argue against that - and no politician is addressing it with the attention it deserves. Further, her being immersed in technology would be an asset. I don’t think there’s any recent VP - or politician for that matter - in a better place to help navigate the upcoming technology / AI revolution, which is likely to be the most significant issue of our time. Either way, before you slander him, at least listen to him for an hour or two, as opposed to simply going off the headlines. Edit: and just stop with the flat earth Bigfoot fake moon landing stuff - he’s never said anything of the sort. I think it’s just a bit more reasonable to be concerned with vaccine safety than to believe the earth is flat. And there is so much more to him than the vaccine stuff. I will absolutely be voting for him, donating, supporting the cause. And at least, I am inspired to take better charge of my health as a result of his campaign. Either way, peace and wellbeing to you - we’re all in this together and will get through this, whoever happens to be in the White House.
