Doing this for 12 days! Day 1: no changes . Day 2: I still don't see any change but my hands feel really stretched Day 3: feels very stretched and i think there's a slight change Day 4: my fingers are slimmer! Day 5: I noticed that I have thinner and longer fingers its definitely working! Day 6: same as day 5 Day 7: I see some changes and my fingers are much slimmer :) Day8: I have longer fingers and better than before! also 4 more days left, cant wait for the result :D Day 9: there is a VERY noticeable change ..like my fingers are really longer and slimmer now and I honestly cant stop looking at my hands lol Day 10: same as day 9! DAY 11: My fingers hurts a bit but a very nice change! I'll reveal the result tomorrow :) Day 12: (RESULTS) finally the last day! honestly, thank you so much for this exercise it really helped! I will do this exercise for 1 week! Lets Go!! Day 1:: Not much of a difference but feels relaxed! Day 2:: Same as Day with no real change Day 3:: Hands feel very stretched and look a little skinnier✨ Day 4:: Hands are way slimmer than day 1!!😁 Day 5:: Hands are very stretched ad feel very nice!! make sure to like and comment so I don't forget to do it!! Day 6:: Wooooohoo that stretch felt so good! I can definitely see a difference from Day 1! Tomorrow! :) --------FINALY--------------- Day 7:: Compared photos from day one to now and WOWWWW. делаем 12 дней 1 день: не вижу изменений, руки болят 2 день: изменений по-прежнему нету 3 день: 4 день: 5 день: 6 день: 7 день: 8 день: 9 день: 10 день: 11 день: 12 день: результат: лайкните чтоб не забыла
пришла с тик тока, буду делать это 8 дней >< 1 день - пальцы немного жгет, но изменений никаких нет. 2 день - начала сильно растягивать их, больно, но уже вижу маленькую разницу, пальцы стали немного тоньше, немножко вытянулись) 3 день - появились вены на руках, пальцах, пальцы стали намного длиннее! Очень рада такому результату! 4 день - руки настолько привыкли, что боли почти не чувствуется, я вижу что пальцы стали длиннее, по сравнению с тем что было раньше. думаю, что через 4 дня мои пальцы будут длиннее и худее

Doing this: 1. No changes at all 2. I do feel my fingers are more flexible, but nothing has really changed. 3. My left hand grew. It was 15,5cm before and now it is 16cm.

Day 1: Obviously there isn't going to be results, but it was a great start! Day 2: Not much change, but my fingers and hands are feeling pretty tired, which means it's works! Day 3: Well, I can say that I can feel my fingers definitely becoming a bit slimmer! Day 4: My fingers are getting slimmer! I'm loving my hands so far! Day 5: Completed Day 6: Completed Day 7: Rest day! Day 8: Im back and oh.my.gosh! My hands are already looking so much more defined! I'm loving my hands! Day 9:I took a break because I was very busy, but i'm back at it again! There wasn't any changes today :) Day 10: No major changes today. However, my hands overall look fantastic!

My results: Day 1: I had a semi-burning sensation but that's bc I followed the video with the EXACT time and after I finished it I did it a second time as well. Day 2 (straight in the morning): I was shocked as hell bc my results legit were happening. My left hand knuckles were pink redish and my bone was slightly more visible. Day 2 (starting the hand workout): I still had a burning sensation, but it definitely wasn't as bad as the start! I'll continue to update

day 1: no changes day 2: my fingers seem slimmer, they feel nice and relaxed after doing the exercises day 3: defo slimmer and longer day 4: was lazy and didn’t do it day 5: lazy again day 6: lazy LMFAO I’ve been extremely lazy so here I’ll continue it now, I will say though that my hands are a lot longer and slimmer; day 7: bumps in my fingers are starting to appear slimmer along with my fingers as I said yesterday day 8: my middle finger used to be really crooked but it’s now visibly straighter day 9: I’m not sure what else to write, but there are visible changes, if you have the patience id recommend this! *how did this get so many likes lol?? For those of you asking yes this does work with some patience. I did it once a day every night for about a week and a half and I saw changes but it could be different for everyone. this is suuuper helpful if you play an instrument of any sort. I wanted to do this personally because I play the violin and it’s hard trying to keep the tip of your finger on a single string. defo would recommend for piano/sting players*

Hi all!! I want to say in advance this exercise really helps!!! I did it a long time ago, but unfortunately I lost the video.. I saw the result on the 4th day, my knuckles were quite noticeable!! it was wonderful, I was happy!! I am 100% confident in this exercise, so I will continue to do it!! day 1: not difficult, pleasant fatigue and tingling)) did the exercise 2 times. I really hope I don’t give up!! Just like others I've also thought to just update my everyday results , I'm going to do it for like 20 days Day one 23rd nov: my hands are same as before , but this exercise made my hands stretchy 24th November: I did this exercise early in morning, this exercise really made my hands stretchy so I've to apply lotion again and again and can't see any noticeable change , but hope for the best Nov 25: my hands gets really dried and stretchy every time I do this ,but we'll I guess my fingers are taking some shape Nov 26: i can see a bit of difference, my knuckles are getting shaper and visible

Надеюсь, мне поможет это видео!! День 1. Пальцы немного устали и расслабились, изменений пока не видно. День 2. Есть небольшая боль, но они определенно стали тоньше. День 3. Ещё немного тоньше и чуть длиннее. День 4. Ещё длиннее и тоньше, я определенно вижу результат...это впечатляет День 5. То же самое, что и в день 4.

Doing this for 7 days! Day 1 : No change, finger felt weird, hurt a little on some of them. Day 2 : Hands burnt a little, not to much. No noticable changes so far. Day 3 : Fingers felt a bit different, they look a bit longer but no slimmer.They felt really easy to move. Day 4 : Skipped today, felt down. Will do an extra day at the end to make up for this Day 5 : Fingers look slightly slimmer than before!! Did twice in the morning and twice before I sleep

day 1: no change, but a very good warm-up for the fingers day 2: seems to be unchanged, but the fingers have become really flexible and have lost a little weight day 3: my fingers are really flexible and thin!! I don’t notice the length yet, but there are changes day 4: the same as day 3

UPDATE! Soo I gained weight and I noticed my fingers gained weight too lmao I used to have long and slender fingers but I noticed they've gotten chubbier. I have a ring on my ring finger that I've worn for 7 years now so it doesn't hurt but to others, it looks like my ring finger is about to burst. So let's see if this works out for me! Will update as I go~ Day 1: My fingers feel great! They are very well stretched. No pain whatsoever (since I also play golf, I'm used to the first exercise step) Not sure if its the stretches but my ring was able to move around, except past the joint in the middle of my ring finger Day 2: No difference yet. Fingers still a lil chubby. My ring still isn't loose enough. Although my fingers seems really flexible now! They don't burn or anything but the stretch feels really good. Day 3: At first, I thought there was still no difference. However, when I wore my golf glove, my glove was loose than before. I had to pull and readjust it every time, especially at the thumb part. Before it fit me perfectly. So I think that made a slight change. Day 4: My fingers actually looks longer or more elongated compared to before. My thumb is skinnier compared to the rest of my fingers though lmao. But the mark on my ring finger where my ring is is slowly fading. My ring definitely fits but its still a bit hard to take off. Day 5: Slight changes. Still need to keep doing this for a few more days to see the results I want. Day 6: Hmm not sure if there are any differences today Day 7: Day 8:
