    • He has surely matured and has shown much respect to his opponents and rivals. Unfortunately he isn't like by fans because of his behavior on court. I've read an article before explaining why Novak didn't win the best sportsmanship award like Roger and Rafa did. Novak is a gracious loser, meaning he admits defeat and congratulates his opponent. But he lacks sportsman behavior during the match, smashing rackets and balls, often shouting at people or even staring down at them. It seems like fans not only likes successful players, but also players that are humble and well mannered on court. IMO, all Djokovic needs to do is learn to contain and manage his emotions on court better and i'm sure more and more people will love him.

    • @@skychaos87 I dont agree that he needs to change his behaviour on court, he gets angry he vents out and than he plays better, watch more of his games it is always like that, he plays bad - he vents out (bracking racket, shouting) and than he smashes his opponent.

    • @@kraljkraljevic9019 Yea i can see that, which is why he has much to learn about controlling his emotions and frustrations. You don't need to break rackets and shout at people to play better. If he is able to do that, i'm sure he is not only the best player but also the best sportsman. Dude is already very respectful and humble off court, all he need is good on court behavior to be an even better role model.

  • Well done to Novak for his kind words and tribute to retired fellow great Roger Federer. He has not always been well liked in the past - though his greatness as a tennis player has always been acknowledged among his critics - but certainly in the last year or two he has won at least many, if not most, of his critics over and I do not think most people will begrudge his successes in the future, including, open certainly, this year’s Australian Open, with all due respect to his opponents. Djokovic has shown, and consistently continues to show, why he is the best tennis player in the world and he thoroughly deserved to hold that title, for a while longer at least, although time will eventually catch up with even him, as it did with Federer.

And then Djokovic said, "wait I am not done", Federer said "wait, we gotta get to the other 20 plus grand slam matches we've played". • @@jamievidd775 ok you tell me what other option he had? That was the only way to not only save his face but to also look cool And noble. It's a well known fact at this point that Djoker has always craved for public support because he receives next to none most of the time. Crowd is mostly against him and for a reason. They don't like his attitude on court. That's why even after he lost GS final to Medvedev he was happy at the end because people were cheering for him(he was losing and people just want longer match). All his actions is always to try to look cool and noble and nice human being just like Roger. In words of the great Nick Kyrigios "I just feel like he has a sick obsession with wanting to be liked. He just wants to be like Roger [Federer],” and that's so true that all his actions and words and antiques before and after the match and off court and everywhere else in public is driven by that one thing, his desire to be liked and not just liked but like Roger. The only time he acts real is when he is playing on court because you can't hide your emotions when playing competitively at that level. That's when the real ugly Djokovic comes out and people see the true Djoker and that's why they hate him. Of course it's the same in his personal life behind the cameras with his wife. • it was sarcastic before up to 2014 but it's not anymore for years he always compliments roger honestly remember in cincinatti and wimbledon 2014 he always said thank you for letting me win here lmao, they are not best friend in the world but respect each other and had a crazy rivalry novak was always a rafa fan even in the early 2000's and a good friend with rafa, federer being older and not having any relationship with him early in his career didn't make him close with roger while rafa and novak are around the same age so they naturally were closer. he didn't hate roger really it was more his fans who were unfair when he played him and once also when roger told djokovic family to keep quiet that one time he crossed the line a lil bit djokovic never told any box to shut up except his but since then he didnt have any true hate toward roger it was only the pro fed fans and the rich casuals who were there being annoying and disrespectful to novak.

  • Djokovic clearly said that sarcastically 😂 he is poking fun at the pretend 🐐 with Federer being preoccupied with fashion and skiing.

    • He got so jealous 🤣🤣🤣 . He tries to fool people by making himself sound very classy but he isn't. His sudden thankfulness of his physiotherapist comes just after people start talking about him faking or over exaggerating his injury and sudden desire to tribute Roger comes as the crowd started to cheer for Roger wildly just on the mention of his name. There was nothing he could have done to save his face so he does the only thing he knows and that is show how much holier than thou he is by asking the crowd to again cheer for Roger 🤣🤣🤣 and showing people how big hearted he is when I'm reality he is burning from inside 😂😂

  • PLEASE, players are being paid off to lose to novak and that is almost a fact. He is not as good as beating these top players in straight sets. He is good, has many majors titles, but not like this. Either the major(s) and organizers are paying them off, or gamblers. They want the white man to tie and pass the Spanish name in majors count. Theory? This is logic and very obviously so. Rune smoked him very recently, yet novak crushed Rublev who beat Rune last match? I don't think so. Yes, it is true "you win some you lose some," but NOT with that score. People ARE being paid off and the ITF and ATP should do something about it.
